Cyberpunk 2077 killed it with its in-universe slang. It's genuinely charming and adds a lot of flavour to what could have either been a misery porn shock-value grimdark setting or a Rick and Morty-esque hellishly meta farce. Like it's admittedly ridiculous out of context but when you're in the world it feels 100% natural, partially helped by the great voice acting.

So a while back my beloved sister @accidental-spice and I were playing Lego Star Wars The Complete Saga. And I discovered this Red Brick called Super Gonk, which makes gonk droids super fast and able to jump really high in the air

Naturally I immediately started playing as the gonk droid all the time and would go on dramatic rants about how I had been Changed, and was no longer just a droid, but was something Different than other gonk droids, something Unnatural and Wrong. I would also ponder the point of my existence

It was extremely entertaining

I love my favorite girl, and I love micheal keaton, and I love my stuffed animals, and I love that when I take out the trash at work I am always filled with joy because our flowers are fragrant enough to attract butterflies. I love that for the first time in years I love myself and the kind of person I am. I love the fact that my car is riddled with cds and when you start said vehicle the Godzilla soundtrack plays. I love Snoopy and the sweet new hire that acts like my little brother. I love my favorite blonde, even though I'm angry with him right now. I love my new water bottle and the way the girl is always willing to watch a movie with me, even if she won't like it because she likes me and that's enough. I love my mother and father in this complex and deeply southern way that only a lesbian daughter could love a pair of hateful republican parents in. I love my bed and smelling like vanilla and coffee. every day I wake up and I am filled with the overwhelming presence of love, everywhere I look. what a foreign and terrifying feeling, to be filled with love. what a blessing it is to have the privilege to be terrified.

i hate flexing on people because i think its stupid and makes people just look like assholes especially when they use it to put others down and/or turn it into a moral standpoint upon which they measure themself and others. However

Just saw this guy on top of our dresser drawer after not noticing their existence for like. the year i've been here. No idea what their name is or how they got there or what their vibe is however the vibes are that this is an object and or a being of unimaginable power and I'm flexing on everybody with them because you do not have this creature in your home and that's a damn shame honestly.

i was in the car on my way home listening to various deep dives into mandalorian history and started putting some very amusing threads together about my muses: rey allies herself with and is adopted by the mand'alor in both her canon and legends timelines, eventually learning to speak their language fluently. she also fights closely with the clones in her tcw verse to the point she considers them her closest friends. ahsoka fights alongside clones trained in the mandalorian culture nearly her whole childhood, continues to utilize more and more beskar style forms of armor all the way through current canon after using them during the clone wars, allies herself with mandalorians repeatedly and holds them in high regard, and is romantically involved with several. she even marries one in her old republic verse to create an alliance between mandalorians and the togrutas of shili. (she can also eat their food without turning into a pillar of fire.) chrissy falls in love with a "metalhead" after escaping from hapes, only to be brought back home by mando bounty hunters (and then escapes back to them one more time lol). max is a foundling. etain is, well, etain. her whole life is practically surrounded by them. sheeka was involved with THE mandalorian. hunter and omega are cloned from THE mandalorian. heda's broken helmet became the symbol of revan and his campaign of chaos.

.....so i'm thinking i might be into these guys.
