❝ finally! someone that speaks my language! ❞ callie cheered at the brown bag in addison's hand and moved out of the way to let her inside her apartment. a lot had happened since addison had moved to california and callie missed the hell out of her. no matter what crap callie was putting herself through, addie had always been supportive... something she desperately missed. now that it was official that addison's brother was going to be okay and addie was sticking around for a bit of his recovery and a consult on a case, they could at the very least have a night to catch up in a way that would never quite translate over the phone.
