hello anonnie ^^ but yes! i do know about wonyoungism!! i actually did think about what milaism would be like at some point if it were to exist, so it’s nice to see someone being curious about it!! 🤭

based on her personality and the things she’s most well known for, i definitely see milaism being similar to jiaism (as in, song jia from single’s infernal) and wonyoungism, in the self-care/self-love vein, but more specifically in the context of jennieism form of success. so milaism would be all about levelling up and improving yourself by adopting or changing habits, or doing the things that you want to do with everything you have. it doesn’t have to be big, it just has to be something you want.

even though she’s definitely a nepo baby (aka she grew up in luxury and with a lot of privilege), she essentially ran away from home for her dream, even if doing so didn’t guarantee automatically that she would succeed. in i-land is when fans get the sense of the type of person she is, and the main lesson they took from her would be take ownership and control over the things you can do, and learn to accept when you can’t.

milaism would probably be summed up by her quote during i-land, “failing is okay, but failing because i didn’t do my best is the worst.”

oooooh!! well i mostly read fantasy isekai and time travel manhaa with romance, which is kinda overdone now tbh. i’ll try to recommend a few form different genres but sorry if they’re not competent to your taste it’s been a while since i’ve read any and can’t rlly give much without direction TT, but the ones that first come to mind are:

roxana/how to save the female lead’s older brother (roxana, the female mc, is iconic, but be warned it has a lot of dark content so make sure to check before you go into it)

my in laws are obsessed with me (it’s better than the title suggests i promise, and even if it seems generic the execution is better than a lot of manhwas with the same concept)

your throne (not a isekai or time travel but a body swap between the two female leads; the premise, thr world and the characters are all so intriguing.)

hero killer (not a romance fic or a isekai, but a revenge story about a female lead who—you guessed it—hunts heroes. more action orientated, which i rarely see with female mcs.)

unholy blood (another one that has a lot of action but also romance. the female mc is actually a vampire tho.)

idk how to explain it, but they kinda have this agreement where if anyone was to be her first, they’re just glad it’s one of them, you know? they already knew how inexperienced she was going into the relationship, so they just wanted her to be comfortable more than anything. not only that, it’s not like they were the type to air out what happened between them and mila private, so there’s no need for comparison. (at least when they start out—these days there’s a lot of comparison, and should i say, competition?). besides, if anything, they had all at least had some experience before mila, so it wasn’t as if she had all their firsts either, iykwim. i’ll get into their experience (in this universe, at least) below in order from least to most experienced:

jay: no dating experience, but did have a kiss with a girl in his late teens, probably around trainee days, because they had a mutual attraction. but it didn’t work out or become anything because he ended up applying for i-land.

sunghoon: had a few girlfriends during his teens, and a few kisses here and then. but none had gotten too serious because he had always been busy with things like training, age, and just because of personal preference (he didn’t feel comfortable going that far).

jake: had a few girlfriends, got up to kissing and heated makeout sessions at the most, but nothing more than that because like sunghoon, just didn’t want to go that far considering their age and their personal preference. there was a time after debut and when he became an adult that he went pretty far with a girl, but stopped before it progressed any further.

heeseung: has significantly more experience than the others and the only one who wasn’t a virgin. his long time girlfriend (who he happened to be dating when he met mila) was older and gave him more reason to want to go to more intimate bases when he became an adult. and there was a time after debut where he did end up sleeping with someone to blow off some steam, but quickly realised he didn’t want to make it a habit so it stopped there.

i'm actually so sad to see dia go. i've been following her since the second chapter of the rizzing mila up series. i would just spend all my time reblogging her writings and re-reading her works. eventually i mustered up the courage to send an anonymous message and became 🦢 anon. it was so early on that dia let me choose which fic she should release first. i was so excited and couldn't choose that i had to spin a wheel. i gave myself the title of dia's number one fan. i've been able to watch dia's growth in writing and followers.
