「浅草本願寺（冨嶽三十六景）」は、江戸時代の浮世絵師・葛飾北斎による浮世絵木版画シリーズ「冨嶽三十六景」の中の一枚です。この作品は、浅草本願寺（現・浅草本願寺）の境内から見た富士山の景色を描いています。画面の中央には、威風堂々とそびえる富士山が配され、その手前に浅草本願寺の五重塔や本堂が描かれています。五重塔の朱色と、富士山の青い山肌のコントラストが美しく、江戸の人々の信仰と富士山への憧憬が感じられる作品です。北斎は、様々な角度や季節の富士山を描き、その多彩な表現で知られています。この作品も、富士山を背景に江戸の風情を感じさせる名作として、世界的に高い評価を得ています。
