This is our third consecutive breakfast off of a small menu at the resort. The chef kindly offered to provide alternatives such as sandwiches, oatmeal and wraps. We sent back the sandwich- it was a Frankenstein of French toast and something else. My wrap, although looks beautiful and seemingly delicious, it has an odd flavor profile of Chinese oyster sauce combined with cheese and vinaigrette.
