🛬I landed in Peru safely, and now I am awake at 2:45 in the morning because of jet lag. I hung up all my clothes and am gonna organize the rest of my things before finally going to bed! I walked into a Victoria's Secret shop in Apgujeong Rodeo (it has closed down now) and they were selling bras for 180,000₩ (roughly 165 USD)! I was flabbergasted. I could buy 3 VS bras and maybe even some body spray for that amount!😲 . . ☕Back to the coffee: one of my friends posted on FB earlier this year that her bosses were getting on her case for walking into work with a Starbucks cup everyday. Apparently, they thought she was "showing off" or "flaunting her wealth." 🇵🇪In one week, I'll be in Peru. It's tripping me out. Apparently, I'll be staying in El Augustino. It's "the Hood" in Lima and one of the more dangerous districts in the city.😵 . . 😦I'm such a nervous Nellie, so I'm getting more and more paranoid by the day.😣 . . 😎My family is straight up from the Hood.
