손씨 “재구속 다시 판단해달라” 청구

[더팩트ㅣ송주원 기자] 세계 최대 아동 성 착취물 사이트 ‘웰컴 투 비디오'(WTV) 운영자 손정우(24) 씨가 법원에 청구한 구속적부심사가 종료됐다.

3일 법원에 따르면 서울고법 제5형사부(윤강열 부장판사)는 3일 오전 10시30분 시작한 손씨의 구속적부심사를 열었다. 심사는 약 15분 만에 종료됐다.

구속적부심은 구속된 피의자가 구속이 합당한지 법원에 판단을 구하는 절차다.
