Sunlight shining through the cracks of the curtains, blinding your closed eyes, stirring you awake. You stretched under the warm comfy blanket. You wanted to stay in bed for a little longer but another obstacle comes into play.

"Good morning my love," the sweet honey covered voice whispers near your ear. You whined, really not in the mood to get up.

"Renjunnie~" your morning voice was raspy due to the dry throat you always have when you wake up. You stretched out yours hands looking for your boyfriend's figure and to your satisfaction, you find his neck, wrapping your arms around to pull him in.

"It's time to get up," he struggled to break free from your grasp.

"No," you whine, dragging out the syllable as you find a comfortable spot with renjun in your embrace. He is now laying once again beside you, wrapping at arm around your waist. His sweet scent hitting your nose as you buried your face in his scalp. His hair was fluffy, making you let out satisfied hums.

"Y/n, it's almost noon," he says as he circles his thumb on your waist.

"Can we stay like this for a few more minutes." Renjun sighs at your request. "Fine, but ten minutes, you need to eat breakfast."

More like brunch.

And so as per your request, you stayed in the comfortable bed. Renjun's eyes felt heavy as he fell asleep again. Unfortunately for you, you were wide awake. Although, it didn't matter, you were still holding him in your arms, his head pressed against your chest, listening closely to your heart beating.

This is how you wanted to spend your weekends, just in bed with your lovely boyfriend, cuddling all day with no other thought in mind.

But alas, you still had responsibilities on weekends.

Right now, none of that is passing through your mind, all you know is you are spending some alone time with your beloved boyfriend.

Until....

"Y/n."

"Yeah."

Renjun awakens, hearing your stomach rumble.

"Ok it's time for you to eat and get ready for the day," he escapes from your arms making you pout. He smiles at your reaction, literally hearts forming in his eyes as he admires your features.

He places a kiss on your pouting lips making it disappear.

"Get up, get dressed, I made breakfast which is now cold so I'll heat that up," as he was about to get up from the bed, you pull his hand back again and placing a kiss on his lips in return.

"I love you." You say with a smile, making renjun widen his eyes at your sudden confession.

"I love you too."
