I think I have chapter one for series two just about finished up. It’s going to be completely new territory for me since there is no film to follow along.

I really want to focus on Seven and bobs growing relationships and I do plan to eventually add some nsfw content but not until much later.

A pause when Leo bites back so immediately, frown as he looks over at her. Confusion riddles his entire expression. Like he had no idea what had her all up in arms.

"Am I," he asked dryly, too tired to have this argument--whatever it was about. He sniffled lightly, pressing his fingertips to the bridge of his nose and closing his eyes for a moment as she slammed the door shut. A low, exasperated hum.

By the time he looks up again to ask what the hell she was on about, she's already storming off to the apartment. He blinks, left standing out there with his hands on his hips, sniffling and staring blankly at the direction she went. A passerby gives him a look as if they'd heard some of the one-sided argument, to which he simply flashes a tense smile and lifts a hand in greeting. The person takes that as a sign to fuck off, hurrying on their way and averting their gaze from the dirty boy on the side of the road. He directs a sneeze toward the ground before turning on his heel and heading toward the pharmacy, hands shoved deep into his pockets. He'd get some cigarettes from the gas station while he was at it.

𖡼𖤣𖥧𖡼𓋼𖤣𖥧𓋼𓍊𖡼𖤣𖥧𖡼𓋼𖤣𖥧𓋼𓍊𖡼𖤣𖥧𖡼𓋼𖤣𖥧𓋼𓍊𖡼𖤣𖥧𖡼𓋼𖤣𖥧𓋼𓍊𖡼𖤣𖥧𖡼𓋼𖤣𖥧𓋼𓍊

They are gone for a little longer than they initially had intended, partially to give Leo some space to cool off and partially because they're trying to decide what to pick up for her at the gas station. Although they hadn't asked if she wanted something, they knew full way what she always got at the station from their time working there. They'd also had a bit of a run-in with Pete, who had been all-too-happy to share a beer with him.

Now, he was climbing the stairs to the apartment, more drained than before but at least a bit buzzed, chewing on a bit of gum and carrying bags of snacks from the station. Once inside, he slips off his boots, noting Leo and the dog ignoring his entrance. He swallows, then moves to set down his things, immediately pulling out her usual purchase from the gas station. Instead of a single can of coke, though, he's gotten her a whole case and a giant sized package of the candy she loved so much. He sniffs slightly, gaze flickering up to meet hers wordlessly when she finally turns to face him.

Arthur’s silent treatment has Leo on edge for the rest of the drive. She holds her emotions back, keeping them contained and mostly compartmentalized. The only thing she seems to say to him for the rest of the trip is something pertaining to the dog or needing to stop for the bathroom.

Once they hit Dayton, she sits up a little taller in the seat. A bitten-back smile on her face as they pass through the worn-down buildings and familiar faces walking the streets. She’s grateful for the familiarity – even more grateful when they pull up to the apartment.

“I-“ Arthur is out of the truck before she can say anything, and she’s right out after him with a fire brewing inside. “You are such a fucking child sometimes, you know that?”

The back door is ripped open to allow Bandit out, who takes off towards the nearest patch of grass to piss. Her bag is retrieved from the back, momentarily shuffled through to find her apartment key. She glares at Arthur when she slams the door shut, stomping past them.

“Well I think that’s a great idea. I’m so glad we came to that conclusion and didn’t sit in silence about it for days!” She sneers at him as she walks past, calling Bandit to follow her into the building and up the steps.
