Shoto never forgave Endeavor in this verse nor his remaining siblings let alone reconnected with them due to the isolation faced; the brief interaction Shoto had at the festival with Midoriya didn't completely last long with Shoto on accepting his quirk as his own which created a domino affect as he already felt at fault for the downfall of his family. This verse plays on the given concept more in depth about Shoto being Dabi's foil / his role in the dynamic and acknowledges the way the family as a whole largely ignored Shoto after/during the Final War arc instead of brushing past it.

In this verse, he's graduated from the academy with his own Agency in the works with the intention of inviting others and joining partnership with the Quirk Therapy experiment to avoid people like Dabi/Toya from happening because of another Endeavor situation but, like in canon at this point he's still stuck in his father's shadow which casts doubt in certain areas due to the big reveal of Dabi's identity along with his connection to the Himura Family / Geten however his popularity grows due to what he's done in the Final War which still causes vast discomfort and his appearance which only proves Stain's words true and is currently making Shoto rethinking his choices.

This is based on an AU where All Might is severely injured during the Kamino incident where Endeavor's talk with All Might didn't get to happen and thus, there has been no improvement in anything on Shoto's behalf; Shoto’s path of growing as a person has been stunted following the death of All Might and the disgrace brought upon UA, he's accepted his quirk as his own however he's potentially been more reserved than ever due to the possibility of Endeavor pushing him beyond expectations be it by himself or Endeavor ( this is dependent on Endeavor's mun choices, I won't force anything ).

He's still feeling the weight of being his family's demise even if not directly and now being completely alone to deal with it as he never really relied much on his friends and no longer attempts to visit Rei due to the fear still engraved in her, years worth of guilt heavy on his heart as he subconsciously regresses back to being asocial and just focusing on graduating out of obligation. His goal is to figure out if he truly wants to keep down this path and potentially continue the cycle to make something completely different of himself
