hiiiiiii, heres my life hack for suicide ideation (its actually 2 but related) 🤗 meeting more ppl and learning their bdays, ESPECIALLY putting them in my calendar! plus also having an open tab for those stupid "national/international day today" sites or putting in very silly ones into my calendar are great deterrents to indulging in those thoughts lmao bc if youre like ME and just need a thought shift, youll be like "wait naurrr 🥺 i cant imagine killing myself on my dear so-and-so's bday, thats crazyyyyy. lets try tuesday- oh lol thats world book day, who kills themself on world book day ?! wait wtf was [blank] day? .... (falls into different thoughts and ends up on wikipedia ❤️)"
#this works best for ppl who obsessively use their calendars but i think my point stands#💆🏻♂️ obviously... best move is to work through changing thought patterns in therapy... howeverr 💆🏻♂️
