cursed personal interpretation just for fun: I see Lucci as a classic prison-gay guy. Whatever he is by nature, for all practical purposes and application, he's prison-gay now, even if he was originally gay.

Killing his way into being raised by Cipher Pol just cemented the whole loyalty = for-life = power dynamics = intimacy associations and I feel like in his own limited way, he got attached to Spandam. So Spandam's weaker-than-him yet is-his-superior thing became a cornerstone of Lucci's development in general (incl. sexual). This is why Lucci keeps Spandam around as his gopher when he became CP0's director - it's kind of a power dynamic subversion to him. For now. He's still getting used to it.

(am I down a rabbit hole?) I think fem!Spandam would get menopause around the average time (early 50s) but she wouldn't get more bald because her androgenetic alopecia (runs in the family rip) would make her kind of overcorrect the menopause's temporary female pattern balding and get a bunch of hair transplants. fem!Lucci barely notices that Spandam did anything to her hair
