i was dumb (wanted to give myself a treat) and had a nice, chilled, glass of coke at night so that kept me up

i bawled my eyes out courtesy of the new Lucy Dacus & Hozier song so that kept me up

i ALSO bawled my eyes out while reading a fic which was my attempt to lull myself to sleep so... 😅😅

oh and i made the mistake of opening tumblr, specifically going through the ST main tag and it got me riled up and i had some thoughts i needed to let out lest it eats me alive if it just stays inside my head 🙃

but yes please do tuck me in bed, or put me down idk man i gotta sleep it is 3:35am HALP

Happy start of Pride month 🏳️‍🌈🥳

From last weekend, Pride Month kicked off in Utrecht, a big city in the Netherlands. I’m still grateful for living and being in an accepted place where everyone can love who they want to love and be how they want to be. It’s making me truly happy to see so many queer people in one place. Lots of old and new queer songs and the most iconic gay anthems! I definitely should create a new playlist for all those new songs. Just some queer pals who wanted to party, or lovers who came here to party as well. The energy was absolutely amazing.

3. What’s your favorite fic that you’ve written?

Oh alright, I don’t have one but a few I’ll name!!!

This one is a part one to a multichapter fic for Bradley x pregnant!reader x Jake I really like, there’s a really nice lazy Bradley morning smut I love.

Also for Nat I have two fics: meeting Nat’s hispanic family is one of them, but I also really like this one.

Last but certainly not least, I have the Hacksaw Ridge inspired Bob fic, I really like the way I wrote it, even if it was a rather early work!!

11. Do you have specific playlists for writing fics?

This is an easy one, no.

When I focus on writing I focus on it, I’m not listening to anything on the side.

18. What’s one of your favorite lines you’ve written in a fic?

Alright, I’m not sure if it’s my absolute favorite, but it comes to mind right now.

It’s an excerpt from my Hacksaw Ridge inspired Bob fic:

“Call me, soldier,” you suggested, and even though he was happy to receive your phone number an amused smile spread over his lips.

“Lieutenant Robert ‘Bob’ Floyd, Weapon Systems Officer. Not quite a soldier, ma’am,” he answered you as his fingers closed around the piece of paper.

“I’m not quite a ma’am, Lieutenant,” you answered him with a grin, which received a soft chuckle from him.

Loved the new chapter! Elphie is characterized SO well, it feels amazing! And even if it was only for a minor moment, I really liked the monkeys showing up! :D
