oh to be a lil boy exploring the various rooms of a big mansion and all the nooks n' crannies of rocky beaches with so much joy and whimsy

oh to be a lil boy all curled up in my caregiver's arms while I nibble sleepily on biscuits with my belly full of tea and my eyes barely staying open

「 ☁︎ regressing has become part of my nighttime routine atp ... 」

⟡ ꒱ I love laying down in my bed after a long day and letting myself get all small ,, rubbing my eyes as I hold Wallow (my whale stuffie) in my arms ,, and snuggle deep under my weighted blankie n' into my pillows. ⌣

⟡ ꒱ In that dark comfy place ,, that safe harbour where it's okay to be little ,, bad thoughts & insomnia can't reach me. I can simply think of running along the seashore in lil vintage striped bathers ,, collecting sparkling sea glass and feeding the friendly seagulls — or sliding around the wooden floors of a big old house in my stockings ,, the scent of tea and freshly made biscuits hanging in the air — or maybe even just laying down like I am irl ,, except in a ship with a big thick quilt n' the hull creaking comfortingly as the sea rocks me to sleep ! ⌣

⟡ ꒱ I can even imagine Mister Lukas (my fictional cg) saying things to help me sleep ;; "It's time to sleep now, lad. Tomorrow is gonna be a brand new adventure and a little sailor like you needs to get plenty of rest for it, yeah? Don't pout now." *forehead kiss* "I'll stay right here with you to make sure you're safely shipped off to Dreamland. Ah- don't worry, I'll be here when you get back too. Rest now, lad. I've got you." ⌣

(Sometimes I have a lil cry ,, but that's okay ,, I just remind myself that big emotions are hard and it's not shameful to let it out when I need to.)

☁︎┆I try to be bubbly n' warm online but secretly .. I dunno know how to interact with anyone at alllll. Like ,, the part of my brain that's supposed to hold that knowledge decided it was better for holding other things ;; like whale facts & snippets of poetry !

↳ It's more than just bein' awkward n' shy frankly ,, I've spent way too long being distant and alone. I'm a peculiar hermit of a boy if you will — spending way more time in my own head than I do connecting with others — and it feels quite obvious when I stumble through socializing like I've never spoken to anyone before.

my lil name (Moby) is a reference to Moby Dick .. I read that book lotsa times growin' up and I thought the name was fitting because of how much I love nautical things + my big name (Martyn) starts with an M too ,, so it doesn't stray too far or change my initials :•) !!

◞ but in all seriousness ;; this is my first time having my period since I started regressing regularly (I'm intersex with a large hormone imbalance so I usually go anywhere from a couple months to years without having one ,, but they're always rlly rlly hurty when they finally happen) n' all I wanna do is curl up n' be lil.

◞ wishin' I had an irl caregiver to take care of me rn .. I keep cryin' and I just want to be held n' cuddled n' told everything is gonna be okay. I feel so desperate for comfort. sniffles ｡°(°¯᷄ ତ ¯᷅°)°｡
