HAS VERONICA logde fallen for her best friend? was she really that much of a cliche? the queen bee turned serena van der woodsen, adding cheerleading into the mess, now in love with betty cooper. this had to be some karma thing, this had to be the unverse getting back at her.

but her thoughts are focused somewhere else once betty moves in the bed, wrabbing her attention. ❝mhm?❞ she snaps out of her thoughts, turning to look at her, tilting her head. ❝what were you talking about?❞

THINGS HAVE changed now, even if she is acting captain of the river vixens, she doesn’t want that weight on her. for more that cheryl blossom is a bitch, she understand where the other is coming from. she has a free pass for now, but veronica needs to know what they’re going to do now.

❝are the river vixen’s still mine to lead?❞ she tries to smile, but of course, the only reason that cheryl left the river vixens to veronica was because she was planning to be with jason again. she had only texted them so they could find her, but now, things have shifted once more. ❝or, you’re taking back your rightful spot?❞

she doesn’t mean to sound mean, and she hopes that she isn’t being insensitive to the suject, she’s trying to get the red-head in better spirits and considering the cheerleading squad was her baby, it doesn’t feel right to take it way from her.

VERONICA GUESSES that this new change ( as abrupt as it was ) will come good for her. cresmont, but as her old town, it had a mistery, but this time it had been solved, and everyone knew what had happened. 

she had fit in quite quickly, joining the cheerleader squad just like in riverdale. and found friends quickly too, jess being one of them. adn this town was different too, veronica was still trying to reinvent herself, she was working on being better. better than she had been riverdale, better than she had been in new york. she could do this. 

❝so, i was thinking after school, we could pick up a milkshake at monet’s?❞ she doesn’t even wait for jessica’s response, already wrapping her arm around hers, quickly moving. ❝wouldn’t that be nice?❞

SO, THIS was the famous jason blossom. certainly not what she was expecting. she had thought him to be more like cheryl. there was certainly the whole red curl blossom thing, but she had thought him up as a taller, much more musclular kind of guy. and with the same attitude that the other blossom held herself. even as the captian of the water polo team ( could this town be anymore preppy? ) and co-captian of the fotball team, he seem more down to earth than his twin.

❝you’re the guy everyone’s obssesed with,❞ she had heard, the town’s favorite ginger. ❝imagine you quite differently,❞ she laughs now. at the same time, betty had painted him to be a heartbreaker. broken polly. and she’s not sure that the blonde would be happy she’s talking with him. ❝don’t... really see the whole appeal in you, sorry.❞

VERONICA DECIDES it’s time to get back into the swing of things with music. which is why she had asked around, about who to go to if she wants to get back into singing. which brings her, here, sitting down next to alex in lunch because it’s the only time she’s seen him around alone. 

❝i heard you were the go-to guy if i wanted to do music again,❞ with archie, she had fun, but alone, she’s sure it could be fun and lucrative if she wished to. ❝how does one get in this infamous jazz band?❞ she tilts her head now, smiling. ❝because i need to be in it like now.❞
