Okay so the fic I'm looking for was a multi character fic and I'm pretty sure it took place in 4th year. So Draco goes to stay with Harry at the Dursley's for his safety because his parents don't want him there when Voldemort gets there. When Draco gets there, Dudley developes a crush on him and he and his dad roofie Draco. When Harry finds out he punches either Dudley or vernon (I don't remember)

The Dursley's call the police and Draco and harry are sent to a detention centre or an orphanage for a few nights
