ppl - people within the context of the entire paragraph and this sentence, yes im talking mostly abt queer women, that including both bi women and lesbians and other microlabels. not just lesbians. in fact, in my entire post i always mean all kinds of queer women.

heartbroken - having a reaction of sadness/disappointment. put quotation marks around it to express my own frustration with the framing of the reaction.

hot woman - i’m guessing this is kinda the epicenter of your issue. what i mean by hot here is who the queer women in question are attracted to. i’m not saying that they are not attractive as well, i just mean that the woman im talking abt is attractive to the ppl having the heartbroken reaction.

bonus points if she “looks” gay - whatever this means to the ppl who see her w regards to current and past trends of looking gay so to speak. short hair/undercut/buzzcut, eyebrow slit, nose piercing, handmade earrings, some kind of alternative styling. basically anything someone could make a tiktok abt wearing and saying “why would ppl assume im straight if i look like THIS?”

being w a man - self-explanatory.

as if you ever had a chance w her if she was single! - this is another part of the sentence where i’m afraid you’ve misunderstood what i meant. ok, so obv i used a hyperbole to emphasize, but what i specifically mean here is that this behavior (expressing heartbreak over somebody being with a man when you expected them to be with a woman/single) is weird and invasive and offputting and unattractive, bc it just sounds like they wish this woman was available to them, and since she’s not, it’s her fault. it sounds like a guy in a teen comedy going “this hot girl is with a stupid ugly jock when she could be with ME” kind of plot, but bc it’s a woman saying it, it’s somehow not seen as weird.

i guess i could have clarified, but the rest of my rant had to w my frustration to reactions/expressions/behaviors, so i didn’t think what im saying might be influenced by the implication of somebody being hot or not.

i guess i could also bring some examples:

natasha lyonne - an icon for queer women, was/is w a man for the longest time. you can find ppl’s surprise and heartbreak and frustration with this fact anywhere on the internet.

the cast of bottoms - when the film came out, a lot of ppl were talking abt both ayo edebiri’s and ruby cruz’s boyfriends with a very strong sense of betrayal. i think being frustrated that a lesbian character isn’t played by a lesbian is understandable, but the way ppl were reacting felt like they were actively being hurt by their celebrity crush not dating a woman.

using the word “partner” - the frustration with ppl using a gender neutral term for their significant other and then it not being somebody of the same gender. some ppl simply prefer the term over boyfriend/girlfriend, some are not strictly cisgender even if they present in ways that ppl might assume they are, some ppl actually do like the gender neutral part of it and use it as a way of allyship to not give too much information when it’s unnecessary. in general, the term is more often used to protect ppl from homophobia by divorcing it from the implication that partner necessarily means a partner of the same gender, but ppl are too used to assuming

strangers on tiktok - i see a lot of tiktoks where a queer woman will have an interaction with a woman they find very attractive in a gay way bc she looks kinda gay and then find out that she is with a man and then feel very disappointed. and then everybody in the comments is agreeing with that sentiment. now, that woman might be with a man bc she’s straight, but she might also be bi/potentially be attracted to women. and if she’s also queer there is a chance she looks kinda gay bc it’s a part of her expression. but the reaction feels like she’s being accused of misleading the other person into believing in her availability.

tldr: i think it’s rude and invasive to make inferences abt somebody’s relationships and then reacting like it’s personally offensive to you if they are dating somebody who’s not you/your gender AND then framing it like a positive/feminist/queer/political reaction. this behavior is why the person in question wouldn’t want to date you, not bc they are hot and you aren’t.

like if i was with a man, then that relationship ended, then i was interested in a woman, but then i found out that she had some kind of weird opinion on me having been with my ex boyfriend (saying that since i have the option to date women then why am i with a man, saying that im wasted being w a man, implying anything abt our dynamic/gender roles without actually knowing details abt our relationship, assuming that he’s automatically dismissive/not respectful of my identity and/or fetishizing it), i wouldn’t want her.

I'd have to know your placements and his rising sign to go really in-depth but like I mean there's a lot I like about his chart, but everyone vibes with different placements differently. I will say if you're earth heavy idk if you'd be able to deal with him because he has no earth in his personal planets and that Aries Moon is hanging on for dear LIFE.

Starting with the mix of the Aquarius and the Aries.First off, for better or for worse I always find myself being obsessed with Aquarius men and Aquarius placements in general. And secondly unfortunately despite my best efforts I do enjoy an Aries Sun or Moon..or Mars. But with the Aquarius and Aries combination (especially because of his Sun conjunct Mercury) it explains why he's BEEN standing on business when it comes to his political positions, in a way you don't see from most people in the public eye. Like the Aquarius explains the humanitarian side of him and the like, idk how to explain it, but like display of like intentional and intellectually backed activism he does. But the Aries explains why his activism is very lived in and like not performative, to the point where he ends up in places/spaces and does things, that nobody expects (the revolutionary and mouldy breaking nature of Aries). Especially when you add in his North Node in Sag which basically means he's here to talk his shit no matter what the consequences, think about the bigger picture and explore different avenues and learn about different cultures which obvs he absolutely does in his work, his life and his activism. Like he literally went viral for talking about how another culture's food is underappreciated and calling out Michelin. He's working with the Black Curiculum to tackle like the genuine root causes of racism i.e. lack of education and also every (and no that's not hyperbole if there's a way to sneak it in there no matter the interview he'll do it, look into it😭) chance he gets he says something to try and highlight lack of representation for people of colour (moreso Black people) in film, fashion, education, food like you name it. Basically, it all fits scarily well with this kind of mix of energies.

I did a whole post on here about why I like his chart personally but it depends on you, your planets/houses, how you feel about certain placement and certain dynamics in terms of houses and aspects if he can truly be an ELITE employee for you, because I'm quite errmmm messy😭. If I'm giving like a breakdown of like the more general things I like (Disclaimer: I'm not an expert I just know what I like 💀)

The Mars in Cancer in retrograde honestly however is a massive red flag because I HATE Cancer placements in men like across the board. Mostly because it usually manifests as being a whiney little bitch in my experience. It's like a triple whammy though because it's such a key placement, and not only do I HATE that it's Cancer, but Mars is in fall in Cancer, and then the retrograde just makes it horrendous. Like if I got into a fight with him I'd probably go insane because he'd be moody, reactive and driven by emotion rather than logic.

HOWEVER firstly the Aquarius placements could bring him back down when it comes to the lack of logic (it depends on aspects) and secondly the Cancer energy combined with the Venus in Pisces does mean that he's most likely the sweetheart everyone says he is, and is probably a real ride or die. All of which tracks with everything I've ever read/heard about him.

the genre of joke is upsetting to me because the specific wording makes it feel like wether or not a space is progressive doesn't matter, my masculinity will never be seen as something that has to be fought for. even if it's just a joke, it's still really uncomfortable to hear the underlying message of "it would be more groundbreaking if you were feminine" or "you should be feminine for me specifically" when that hits too close to home, even if the person doesn't really mean it it's still uncomfortable to see. appreciation of feminine men is great and I'm all here for it! but putting down masculine men doesn't only target cishet white men and people act like it does when you point that out

i just saw some post about break ups and it got me thinking about how part of why some of the general attitudes towards girls i see on here and in similar communities kinda grate against me. like im all for girl positivity, uplifting each other, celebrating girls loving girls, that’s all great

i dont have any hard facts on this, just my personal experience that abuse and unhealthy dynamics in same gender relationships go kind of ignored. i dont want any wlw to be misled into thinking that a relationship is gonna be perfect just cause it doesnt involve a guy. or for people who’ve had bad experiences being in relationships with girls to feel invalidated

like obvs it’s different to date a girl but the basics are the same like it’s just as complicated. and like im not a girl but when i was dating betrayonnaise i was presenting as one and basically it was a lesbian relationship, and after we broke up i wanted to be angry and bitter and feel validated in that. but i never rly got that from the wlw community cause it was all “uwu girls are perfect angels” and i was just like Fuck That Bitch. so anyway girls can suck too and romantic relationships are terrible

EIGHT - ( last film or show watched ) : I’ve been rewatching The Clone Wars with my mom (who is very concerned that Anakin and Padme are going to “break up”, oh mom lol), but the last show I watched on my own was the latest ep of The Patriot Act with Hasan Minhaj.

NINE - ( inspiration for muse ) : I just love Ahsoka. There’s a lot of room for exploration for her character that I get to play around with, from the time frame right after the fall of the Jedi to SW:Rebels (like hello, she’s basically the Rebel Alliance’s Nick Fury), to the time following ANH after the Empire falls (dave filoni tell me what happened in that sith temple !!). I like exploring her morality following her departure from the Jedi Order and how she comes to terms with the world around her, her light and her dark and how she remains balanced/neutral.
