Carole gets a jet tattoed because of the three of them she is the only one who doesn't fly and it's her way to be part of that.

(Slider gets the miniature version of Les Danseuses bleues because he gets very little about art but it's Carole's favourite painting and Goose gets a little frog because it's her favorite animal and it's kinda funny thinking he's a goose and has a turtle on his ankle, doesn't it?)
