she  didn't  doubt  their  relationship,  nor  did  it  have  place  within  her  bundle  of  feelings  when  it  came  to  theo.  at  moments  of  self  insecurity,  she  thought  that  he  could  do  better  or  that  she  was  taking  up  too  much  of  his  time.  her  admiration  for  him  was  evident,  learning  from  him  all  while  she  gets  to  be  this  close.  ecrin  was  appreciative.  feeling  his  hand  being  placed  over  her  own,  her  gaze  flickered  up  to  meet  with  handsome  features.  hearing  that  he  wanted  her  caused  a  group  of  butterflies  to  flutter  within  her  stomach.  "  hey,  it's  okay.  that''s  what  i  like  when  you're  expressive.  "  she  softly  reassured,  pulling  his  hand  up  to  her  cheek  to  lean  into  his  palm.  "  long  day?  "

Theo couldn’t help but let out a sigh at her response. On one hand it was good that she shared the thoughts he’d been having, but he almost wished that she didn’t. If the worries had been his and his alone, it might’ve been easier to just brush them aside; push them away to be dealt with another time (if at all). Sensing her nervousness and not wanting her to worry, he reached a hand out, placing it gently on top of hers. “ No, of course not! Of course I want you… ” his voice trailed off as his free hand raked through his hair. His thoughts on the matter were all muddled in his mind, impossible to discern — it seemed putting them into words was quite the same. “ It’s just…I don’t know, I don’t even know why I brought it up. ”

there was a particular territory in their relationship that tugged at a her section of her brain, it went unspoken as she found it difficult to keep avoiding the feeling. yet, some conversations between them only fueled the long awaited reality. sooner or later it was bound to be verbalized. " no . . . you're not thinking too much. i feel like that all the time. " her lips pursed for a second before tucking a strand of red hair behind her ear. a nervous habit. " i might don't know what i want yet, but what i do know is that you're still there. i do want you. " a sheepish confession filling the air. the corner of her lip tugging into a soft grin before it dissolved into worry. " do you want something different? " / @heartbloomed

"you ever get the feeling we just want completely different things? for the future, for now... i don't know, perhaps i'm thinkin' too much," theodore questioned, a dry chuckle escaping his lips. he wasn't sure what was causing this sheer candor to spill out in this moment, but he'd be lying if he said it wasn't something that had crossed his mind numerous times lately. theo enjoyed their relationship otherwise, but it was bound to come with its own set of issues.
