Is it worth it, the heavy cream?

lord yes… i used to have so much trouble getting it down, but figuring out a mixture that actually tastes good is game changing!! it’s an extra ~1000 calories a day, which really builds up with how easy it is to drink a lot 🤭

the last ~40lbs i’ve put on were from heavy cream :))

#10lbs are attributable to mass gainer #i just hate the graininess that stuff gives shakes #gets so gross and clumpy and thick #i usually do ~10oz heavy cream a day . mixed with chocolate milk and ovaltine powder #i’ve also been drinking sonic shakes tho #for an extra 1k calories #talk #ask
