Our event for June will be focused on Identity! What is our sense of who we are as individuals and as members of communities, in our discovery of ourselves in relationship to the world around us. Inspired by pride month, this prompt encompasses LGBTQIA+ identities and beyond. What does it mean to define yourself and stand in that affirmation and the journey of that discovery.  This is the month to showcase those narratives and characters, what makes them unique but the threads of commonality that we share. This can be about characters who you identify with, or share characteristics with, or characters and media that highlight a certain community. Make any type any type of visual content (gifs,  edits, fanart, fmvs etc) that showcase these moments and characters from Asian produced content. This event will run from June 1st to June 27th.

          THAT MUSIC, HOW IT CHIMES so sweet across the streets, each shade stepping in tune as the woman freezes in place. charlatan, something so unfathomably mysterious beyond her comprehension, a parasite that preys upon those lowest in the moment. no... perhaps it simply always feeds upon others when ideal, an opportunistic manifestation that makes its play when the most ideal situation of its target appears. ❝ Why are you... ❞ the words are shaken, uncertain of what was happening, especially in regards to the last time it spoke to her.

                                                 this was not her parents, rather...

                    it would be a shame, finding out. after all                     your hard work? but if you tell me that                     name of yours, i can grant your wish...

          frozen, the voice of a lord mimicked so well, which freezes her blood so deeply none would think her to be the renown hellfire witch. fingers clasp around her gauntlet, keeping herself standing as she listens to the temptation. no, even now she’s far too aware of what this is---a threat, veiled subtly under the sweet seduction of a wish to make it not happen. how much of her life has been dictated by such things? coerced into a role that receives relentless hatred for sins she has never committed, cornering her every which way she turns.
