Arthur can play piano two-handed even though John has the left hand. I know in my head that it's probably just a goof, and I'm willing to overlook it because it wouldn't change the story if we had an explanation. I can suspend my disbelief.

But I also like to imagine Arthur sitting at the piano, forgetting he doesn't have his left hand, and John frantically trying to keep up after seeing Arthur play "Faroe's Song" once and just having the most intense anxiety for the next two minutes and four seconds.
