Panel Mount Bracket for 1029 series for Panel Mount Industrial Monitors and Touch Screens. 1. Remove two M2.6*5 scres from the bottom of the L bracket.

2. Place the monitor into the PMB-1029 Panel Mount Bracket

3. Secure teh monitor to the PMP-1029 Panel Mount Bracket by fastening two M2.6*5 screws into the left side, two M2.6*5 into the right side, and re-install the two bottom M2.6*5 screws that you removed from step one.

4. Create a shortcut on the wall or panel where you want to mount the monitor and install the monitor into the cutout.

5. Install the eight mounting hardware into the PMB-1029 Panel Mount Bracket as shown in the diagram below. #rugged #digitalsignage #displays

6. Fasten the eight M4*20 screws to secure teh PMB-1029 Panel Mount Bracket onto the wall or panel.

10.1" IP67 Sunlight Readable Optical Bonded Capacitive Touchscreen LCD Industrial Display Monitor w/ HDMI, DVI, VGA & AV Inputs

Description

The 1029GNH, built from the chassis of the extremely popular 1029CNH IP65 dust/splash proof industrial-grade display, brings ruggedization to another level.  Not only is this 10.1” industrial display monitor IP67 and NEMA6P dust and water proof, it is also optically bonded for better viewing clarity, as well as resistance to any environmental humidity that could cause fogging or condensation in certain situations.  The cabling and connectors are also water tight, giving this monitor further durability and versatility in any environmental situation.  This 10.1" industrial display monitor unit is available without Optical Bonding and with an IP65 rating in the 1029CNH.

The 1029GNH offers all of the innovation and inputs as our 1020 series models along with a capacitive touchscreen panel.  Capacitive sensing provides a more responsive touch interface than resistive touch.  It achieves this by using the capacitance of human skin to detect the proximity or position of the input.  Proximity sensing allows the touch interaction to work even if protective glass or coating is used over the 10.1" industrial display.  The touch panel is optically bonded to the LCD panel, eliminating the air gap between the two, increasing clarity, contrast, and durability.  Further, because the unit is water tight and air tight, ambient humidity will not affect the clarity or viewability because of the optical bonding.

This IP65, NEMA4 rated water and dust resistant high brightness 1,000NIT monitor is the ideal solution for work in various tough applications under direct or reflected sunlight. An anti-reflective coating is also used to work comfortably with the display outdoors. Fingerprints on the touch panel will not be an issue anymore with the help of an anti-fingerprint coating. 

In addition, proximity sensing allows the touch interaction to work properly even if protective glass or coating is overlaid onto the display. Moreover, a special protective casing protects the monitor from environmental hazards, and the IP65 rating protects the monitor from liquids and microscopic dust.
