I’m gonna be honest…2019 was not fun.   This year was met with more personal pain and more adversity than I have ever endured.  From the medical situations, the mind-bending reclusive spiral that often comes with such, band problems, subsequent unwarranted and unfair lambasting, and other miscellaneous yet damaging things, this year seemed like a rather darkened end to this decade.   But I made it through.  And things got brighter.  Much brighter.   While not 100%, things got better and better.  I made new amazing friends, and reconnected with others.  I made the last quarter a memorable one by doing a few shows that were nothing short of EPIC in my opinion.   Without God, McGiggles, my family, my friends new and old, the radio show, the awesome power boost that was the #mayvinvylchallenge, many many many retail therapy trips to my favorite home away from home away from home @parkavecds, all of my bandmates (complete with a new awesome bandmate!), the stage, and MUSIC in general...I don't know if I would have gotten through it.  I thank and love you all.   2020 is upon us with many projects coming to light.  More videos, more vinyl posts, more dopeness!  The return of LIVE! Here's to another year down 👌 I finally have the mental freedom that I've sought after for years. No more crying myself to sleep. No more weeks without eating anything. No more home issues. Ok. I've decided as much as I yell at everyone for their heartbreaking posts, they are my favorite. So I think you know mine. Carrie and her pregnancy. The fact the family came out so much stronger on the other end. You had me so worried and rooting for them. And the emotion behind it all is beautiful.

Ahhh thank you! I was super scared writing and releasing that section of my story, but I’m proud of how it came out in the end. I think that was when I really fell in love with Carrie and Naomi and their kids. It wasn’t nice, but it brought the whole family together. I feel like it was a bit of a breakthrough moment for me too, in terms of my writing style and how I want to tell my stories

2019 I’m going to be like everyone else and only think about my shit. Tunnel vision until I get to Texas.

So over checking on people who are going through shit and getting back shitting behavior. Like I’m aware that when people are down that they don’t care, but I’ve been fucking depressed since the end of high school, yet I still worry and check in on folks. This whole year let me know that nobody truly cares or have the capacity to do so, which is cool. I’m not mad I actually get it. However, fuck off! I have a select few that I’ll deal with until I start living my new life.
