2020…Guidance!

2020 We all Need Guidance…These past 8 months have been something else. We have seen the Highs and the Lows, the Good and the Bad, the Blessings, and the Curses. We have watched time and time again from cellphone videos, the despicable and tragic deaths of Black and Brown people killed at the hands of the police, we have watched as the match lit the keg knowing that once it reached its destination the explosion would come, chaos would ensue, the New Civil Rights Movement would be kicked into High Gear. We have also been witnessed to the horrors of the Corona Virus (COVID-19) ravage the world and swept through it like a dry brush fire. We have watched friends and family succumb to this dreaded disease, with no end in sight and the world has stopped rotating on its Axis. People refusing to wear masks, all the while following behind a demonic person who in less than 4 years has exposed the hidden hypocrisies, racists (people that we knew and had no idea that they harbored racism in their hearts), we are in the middle of the Biggest Health Crisis since (The Spanish Flu 1918) and we are in the middle of the Biggest Economic Crisis since (The Great Depression, started in 1929 and ended in 1939). Yes, it feels as if we are in the middle of a Category 5 Tornado, standing in the darkness of it, while everything is swirling around and destroying every single thing in its path.

And now that I have gotten that out of the way, let’s talk about “Guidance.” It is very, very important to allow yourselves to be guided in the right way, we are emotional beings, we are created this way, so we feel everything and at times it can cause an explosion but I am learning and I pray that you are too, to the Holy Spirit to speak to you and through you. Get still and quiet, listen to your breath (inhale, take it in, exhale, release it out). Listen to the rhythmic beating of your heart (put your hand over your heart and feel it). This my friends are allowing yourself to be guided, allowing the Living God to enter into your spirit and do the soul work that only He can do, repairing and restoring us, into the person He created us to be. It’s hard out here, it’s loud, it’s a complete mess and this is why we need the guidance because it’s very easy to become lost and devastated with everything that is going on.

We need to be guided because it is time for every one of us to take our rightful places in this movement and finish what our Ancestors started. The Old Guard is transitioning or have transitioned, they have left the blueprint of Guidance on how we are to continue. The curtain has descended upon them, and it now is rising for us. We have to allow ourselves to be guided, this is critical and crucial because we are at the Pinnacle of Massive Change and when we allow Guidance to take the lead, We Will Not Fail at whatever it is we are to do, We Will be Met With Great Success. Change is Here, Change is Now, Change will Not be Denied. Allow, Allow, Allow, Allow True Guidance to Lead You.
