這天底妝先半完成了！也選擇了極淺咖啡色的隱形眼鏡！ 想要用SUQQU光與影系列打造女人味的妝容~

眼影美翻天了!!!!!!!!!!!!! 我拿到的就是限定色107唷~ 我連單品其實都拍了N張哈哈，一種在拍寫真集的概念！

先用左上角的光感色打底後！右上角的中間色塗眼窩之後！ 立刻使用超美重頭戲的重點色~宛如紅寶石般美麗的顏色~ 非常顯色！不管你是想用刷具或是指腹！都是非常OK的唷！

再使用右下角的深邃色，我這天是把深邃色當成眼線 因為我想要是比較溫柔的感覺，所以就不再使用眼線筆、液之類的！

再使用光感色化下眼影的部分！這個的珠光非常細緻！ 更有透明感~想要讓眼睛有水汪汪的感覺 可以使用這顏色化臥蠶唷~

喜歡比較紅潤感的人，這腮紅真的不能錯過！ 腮紅炸美！可以單一使用也可以混在一起MIX使用唷~

非常的顯色！我自己是將重點色打在笑肌上後 另外兩色去做打亮及漸層的感覺~

另一個超實用的顏色唇膏！ 這顏色我覺得是幾乎膚色都能使用~ 而且一擦上後就有好氣色了~ 不喜歡太明顯的人也很適合囉！

先擦下唇給大家比較一下！ 立刻有水水潤潤的感覺~ 光澤很美!!!!!!!而且是滋潤的款式 不用先擦護唇膏就這麼潤了~

這顏色一打開蓋子的時候我覺得還好，因為我這種顏色很多 但一擦上有驚豔！超水潤又帶有水漾透明感呢！

妝容就完成啦！想打造一個溫柔小女人的感覺！ 我覺得這次的光與影系列質感真的非常好！ 帶有光澤感的產品，珠光都非常非常的細緻 讓人擦上後，在光線不同遠近不同的感覺上，呈現出來的感覺也不盡相同！

El Grupo Inveriplus (http://www.inveriplus.com/) ha decidido continuar con su estrategia de expansión a nivel nacional adquiriendo activos inmobiliarios en Galicia.

En concreto, el grupo empresarial ha apostado ahora por adquirir viviendas y garajes en la zona oeste de la comunidad autónoma, en las provincias de Pontevedra y A Coruña, todas ellas ubicadas a menos de una hora de distancia de la capital, Santiago de Compostela.

En la localidad costera de Sanxenxo, Inveriplus ha adquirido 15 nuevos apartamentos. Con más de 36 kilómetros de costa, en el municipio se encuentran algunas de las mejores playas gallegas, que destacan por su variedad y la calidad de sus aguas.

A tan solo dos kilómetros de distancia se encuentra A Revolta, un pequeño pueblo en el que Inveriplus ha adquirido 21 viviendas. 

  Situado un poco más al norte, Carril es otra de las apuestas del Grupo, que ha invertido en este pueblo de tradición marisquera, adquiriendo 5 nuevas viviendas. La localidad ofrece multitud de ventajas, entre ellas, la opción de adquirir una casa a pie de playa y disfrutar de la tranquilidad del lugar.

  También ha adquirido un total de 9 propiedades y 9 garajes en la conocida Isla de Arosa, situadas en una de las zonas con los paisajes más idílicos de la provincia, donde se ubican importantes atractivos turísticos, como el parque natural de Carreirón o el entorno natural que rodea el faro. Además, cuenta con rápidas conexiones a la península y a otras localidades cercanas.

La última apuesta del Grupo ha sido en la localidad de Puebla del Caramiñal, un municipio ubicado al suroeste de A Coruña en el que ha adquirido 4 nuevos inmuebles.

Este nuevo despliegue de inversiones en los distintos puntos de la comunidad gallega, suponen para Inveriplus una puerta abierta a la expansión en la zona norte del país, en la que ya se espera firmar dos nuevas operaciones y en la que prevén continuar invirtiendo.

Estas inversiones llevan a Inveriplus a reforzar su desarrollo y expansión en la comunidad autónoma gallega. En febrero de 2017 adquirían  una promoción de 30 viviendas en el municipio costero de Barreiros  en Lugo.

“La compra de estos inmuebles suponen para Inveriplus una puerta abierta a la expansión de su mercado de viviendas, por el norte del país. Estas primeras promociones, que se adquieren en Galicia, estimulan la aparición de nuevas oportunidades de negocio y posibles futuras compras de viviendas, en esta localidad” , explicaron en aquel momento.

Pocos días después se anunciaba la adquisición de 38 viviendas en el municipio coruñés de Betanzos (Galicia).

      Tras esa primera compra de promociones en Galicia, en octubre de 2017 Inveriplus continuó la expansión de su mercado de viviendas por el norte del país. En aquella ocasión, fueron un total de 97 residencias las que se adquirieron, todas ellas ubicadas en la provincia de La Coruña (Ares, Ribeira, Aguiño y Cambre). 

        En muchas ocasiones, aseguran desde Inveriplus, han podido comprobar que “algunas viviendas aparentan más de lo que realmente ofertan, pero en este caso, las propiedades están compuestas de calidades considerablemente altas y sus ubicaciones permiten el fácil acceso al núcleo urbano”.

Según Oscar Bellette, Director Ejecutivo del Grupo Inveriplus, “la apuesta por la comunidad gallega responde a que ofrece interesantes oportunidades de inversión y, de hecho, seguimos buscando nuevas oportunidades de empresas y bancos que tengan activos inmobiliarios susceptivos de ser saneados”.

People with strong personalities often get a lot of flack for being so outgoing and forward about what they want or are willing to put up with in life.

It takes a special kind of person to know themselves so well that they don’t need to bother with crap others flying at them.

They are comfortable in their own skin, and they know how they want to spend their time, and that makes a lot of people really uncomfortable.

Here are 5 signs that you have a strong personality that says you won’t take shit from anyone, no matter what.

1) Simple Conversations Bore You

People with strong personalities are very intelligent, and they do not have time for boring or useless conversations that don’t contribute to their missions in life.

This can be bothersome for people who are trying to interact with those with strong personalities, but unfortunately for them, you have better things to do than sit around and gossip and worry your life away.

2) Ignorance Makes You Crazy

When you have a strong personality, it can be hard to hold back the urge to scream at stupid people, especially people who are stupid because of their ignorance.

Ignorance at any level is not tolerated by you, and shouldn’t be tolerated by anyone else.

But you’ve already made up your mind that you won’t be associated with those kinds of people.

While you could try to turn their eye toward a more enlightened outlook on life, you know that your time is better spent with people who don’t ignore or belittle others.

3) Excuses Are For the Weak

As a person with a strong personality, you don’t take no for an answer, and you don’t let others off the hook so easily.

You expect people to arrive when they said they would show up, whether it’s a business meeting or brunch.

You don’t let others get away with excuses because you expect more from people.

And if they don’t measure up, well it’s their loss because you are moving on to be around people who respect your time, friendship and companionship.

4) You Don’t Need the Attention of Others

With social media use on the constant rise, you find seeking the attention of others to be a bore.

You can praise and entertain yourself and don’t need to seek the approval or attention of others, especially online.

You know that your time is best spent doing the things that you enjoy and being with the people who matter most.

Why worry about what anyone else thinks? If they aren’t in your immediate circle of very important people than you don’t need their attention.

5) You Make Your Own Opportunities

People with strong personalities are not afraid to ask for the things they want, and this can be a little unnerving for those of us who sit by the phone waiting for it to ring ripe with opportunity.

The calls never come, and you know that the only way to get what you want is to go out and grab it for yourself.

This is pretty intimidating for people who don’t have the confidence to build their life in their own visions, but you know that opportunities are best when they are sought out and conquered.

You’ve got the know-how, the drive, and the personality to make sure your life is exactly as you hoped it would be, except instead of hoping, you’re working at it.

People with strong personalities embrace change and accept the challenges of life head-on. They don’t sit around and wait for people to solve problems for them.

兩個女生在淡水老街到底用1000能夠吃幾家美食小吃呢？

原本想說兩個女生我和 霸比凱莉 用1000元應該剛剛好！ 沒想到我們太高估自己了((笑))吃了十家才花了520元>/////< 吃完十家有種肚子已經是三個月的身孕感了XD 下次來淡水老街也不妨像我們一樣挑戰看看吧((笑)) 但千萬切記要空腹啊！！😂😂 我們總共吃了❤️
