12月10日　朝一で、昨日来てくれた助産師Nさんから電話が。その後どうかということと、搾乳も一日2回ぐらいやってみてとのこと。乳腺トラブルにならないようにぐらいの気持ちでお願いしたのだけど、後に引けない感じになってきた。完母なんて全然期待していなかったのだけど、とことんやってみようかな。出ない母乳でも健気に吸ってくれている子は可愛いし、期待にも応えたいものだ。そもそも、おっぱいのことも全然知らなかった。真ん中からぴゅーっと出るんだと思っていた。実際は王蟲みたいな感じで出る。入院中にネットで注文した電動搾乳機は部品が多くて、くじけそうになったがやる気を奮い起こして消毒、組み立てをし、一度目の搾乳。10ccぐらい。赤子はお昼前からぐずぐず言い出したが、そんなにでもなかったので少し放っておいたら盛大にうんちをしていた。わー、布団も洗わなきゃ。洗濯機を買い替えて本当によかった。夫グッジョブ。前の洗濯機だったら詰んでいた。晩ご飯は、かまどやのお弁当を頼む。夫はのり弁、私は幕の内。今日の CDはサントリーCMソング集『chai』

12月11日　夫は夜勤明け。肉とハーゲンダッツを買ってきてくれる。晩ご飯は作ってもらった。肉、キャベツ、ブロッコリーを焼いたの。もくもくさせすぎて、火災報知器を鳴らしていた。

12月12日　一泊二日で義実家にお世話になることに。産後、しばらく泊まったらいいと何度となく言われていたので。赤子を連れていくとなるとすごい荷物。移動が大変だなぁ。家が近いのもあって結婚してから泊まるのは実はこれが初めて。着いたら、まずは沐浴。さすがは経験豊富なお義母さん。子は気持ちよさそうに入っていた。私たちだとギャン泣きなのにな。いろいろ言われて多少イラッとするとこはあったが、我慢できる程度。それ以上に気をつかってくれてるんだろうし感謝しないといけない。晩ご飯は中華のオードブルをとってくれていた。義実家の布団はとてもふわふわでよく眠れた。お義母さんのこだわりだそうな。

12月13日　朝はサンドイッチ、昼は煮込みラーメン。どれも美味しかった。何度も言うがお義母さんはとても料理上手だ。たくさん食べていっぱい寝て、体も休まった。昼過ぎに病院へ。母乳相談の予約を入れていたので。先週、助産師さんにマッサージしてもらっていたので、今日はマッサージはなし。母乳の出は良くなってきているが、哺乳量はあまり変わってない感じ。今後のミルクの増やし方など聞く。といっても、「様子を見ながら10ぐらいずつ増やす。120まで」みたいなざっくりとしたものだった。産後の育児については、産む前に教えてもらえることは最初のほんの少しで、あとは行き当たりばったりみたいなとこがある。再度、義実家に寄り、お風呂に入れてもらって、晩ご飯（炊き込みご飯、ほうれん草の胡麻和え）をもらって帰る。家に帰るとほっとする。布団はペタンコだし、ご飯も適当だけど。晩ご飯は、今週からコープのお弁当を頼んでいた。ハンバーグ、炊き合わせ、茄子の味噌煮込みなど。炊き込みご飯も美味しかった。

12月14日　今週は夫は日勤。何となく週末のイレギュラーな疲れがたまっていてしんどい。赤子もリズムが違う感じだ。少しずつ立て直していこう。ひとりでの沐浴はかなりひどかったが、服を着せたら泣き止んでくれたので大丈夫だったのだと思いたい。お義母さんが見たら発狂すると思う。助産師Nさんから昨日どうだったかという電話。こうこうと話すと、今週も来てくれることになった。今日のCDはHAIRSALON『The Honeybunch TV Show Program』、晩ご飯はお弁当（赤魚の塩焼き、しゅうまい、ロマネスコのマリネ）、ほうれん草の胡麻和え。

12月15日　朝、ヘルパーさんが来てくれる。掃除をしてもらえる状態に部屋を整えておくのがなかなか大変。「お母さんの���になってるね」と言われる。そうなのかな。嬉しいな。最近、ミルクの量はお昼間は70ccにしているが、ずっと起きてることが多くて少し足りなさそうな感じがする。難しいなぁ。飲むのにも時間がかかるし。晩ご飯はお弁当（鷄のさっぱり煮、れんこんのマヨネーズ和え、カンパチのカツなど）、かぶと豆腐のスープ。CDはハンバートハンバート『道はつづく』。

12月16日　助産師Nさん、二度目の訪問。今日は新生児訪問もかねてとのこと。体重の増えが今ひとつということで、もう一度来週にも来てもらえることになった。引き続きマッサージもしてもらった。母乳も少しずつ増えてきている。哺乳量の測定の前は、お腹を空かせさせておかないといけないのでこれが可哀想。結構なストレスになってそうな気がするのだけど。夫から義実家に寄るとの連絡が。インターネットのことで用事とか。こっちもなかなか大変だったので少しイライラする。晩ご飯は、お弁当（ぶりのバターソース、きゅうりのピクルス、肉じゃがなど）、味噌汁（小松菜、豆腐、大根）。帰ってからの授乳は一回夫にお願いして寝ることに。次起きたのは夜中は3時ごろだったので６時間ぐらい続けて寝られて、かなりすっきりした。血圧も正常。睡眠大切だわ。
