Magnus x Simbai

-That's probably my ship that comes the most out of nowhere but I still like it. I read DO MANY fics that had Artegor x Simbai as a secondary pairing (that I disliked) that it made me wonder if I'd ever ship Simbai with someone. And honestly? I seriously doubt I will find a ship for her that I'll love unconditionally and I even think she might be aromantic. But if I had to ship her with someone I'd take the broken pirate who thought he'd built an empire to realize he'd been manipulated all this time. It reminds me of Aarch but where I think Simbai wouldn't date Aarch for long because he'd rely on her too much, I think she'd have an equal to equal relationship with Magnus because he didn't need anyone to build himself again. He is the perfect example of someone who was strong enough to rise like a phoenix and that's what Simbai is attracted to. She loves strong minds who become stronger with adversity. As for Magnus... I think he doesn't believe in love at first sight but he'd experience it with Simbai. I also think a relationship like theirs would allow tons of funny but not ridiculous moments. They are so different that it would work.
