Back in Sinnoh

Once again~ Who are yoooou~?”

Emmet asks getting another small scolding from Agent Looker as they watch the nervous teen in front of them try to compose themselves .

W-well I’m Lucas ! The Champion of Sinnoh! WHO ARE YOU?”

They asks giving a suspicious look to the two men in front of him.

The subway Boss immediately brightens up at the teens words as he quickly cleaned himself up , flattening his frazzled hair from the trial he just completed and making sure his nose no longer bleeds.

CHAMPION!?” he practically vibrates in excitement

Mr. Emmet Not NOW- Looker quicklyshuts down hisexcitement making the Conductor pout at the Agent and huffs .

-Apologise Mr.Lucas I’m Agent Looker of the International Police , the fellow beside me is Mr.Emmet of the Nimbasa City Subway in Unova-

Looker quickly takes charge in introductions though this seems to make the teen Champion even more confused as he looks the two men over curiously .

“Ooook so what is the I.P and a Subway Boss doing here ? and why did Azelf test you and hand you a fang? This is all suspicious stuff you know and as Champion it’s my job to make sure your not a threat to the region”

That gets Emmet to tilt his head curiously as the teen is in a slight tense and ready stance in case they attack him , despite the nervousness this kid has spirit and bravery to be willing to stand up to the two of them so quickly though suppos emakes sense seeing as he is a Champion and they are strangers with possible suspcious goals , he speaks up .

“I am Emmet , we mean no harm , we have a goal that affects no one , Azelf and the other guardians are assistanting me in finding my brother “

he gets straight to the point making Lucas blink a few times, soon they seem to relax and put their hand to their chin curiouslythinking.

“Oh yea i think i heard that the other Subway Boss went missing yea? Geez sorry about that, wait WHY would the Lake Guardians know where your brother is?”

The Subway Boss hums rocking back and forth on his heels thinking of the best way to explain the situation more clearly , though Looker seems to step in while he thinks .

- We have found evidence that Subway Boss Ingo was sent 200 years in the past by unknown forces here in Sinnoh or in those times Hisui -

That makes Emmet blink and he looks at the Agent, sure he knew Ingo was in the past but Emmet never bothered to keep up or delve deeper into EXACTLY where or how far Ingo was in the past , he was just speed running through it when he got the means and abilities to find his brother and the location of where he was, but seems Agent Looker picked up his slack and delved deeper to find the exact location and time .

Honestly he should of expected this from a Agent now that he thinks of it , the conductor copies Lucas placing a hand to his chin in thought, how many other things has Emmet missed ? He was conducting himself down a one track lane , tunnel vision fully enveloped him as he rushed to his next destination only barely taking breaks at both Sprits and Lookers insistence , ah not good no no not good at all he is not maintaining his cabin correctly, his steam be running low soon if he doesn’t brake and rest , check his safety procedures and maintainence , especially now after such a tiring trial , speaking of his mind is started to feel a little fuzzy.

Oh Ingo will be disappointed if he learns of this.

Mmt!-

Emmet jolts out of his thoughts blinking a few times his vision blurry he barely makes out Looker holding him up by the arm and the Teen Champion who is surprisingly closer to him holding his hands?

Glancing down he sees his hands shaking , most likely his whole being too, he hears muffled speech as he stares at the teens hazy blue eyes filled with worry , huh why is he worried? They just met, Looker he can understand but-.......oh is the world spinning ? he feels so light suddenly .

“Mr.Emmet!?”

Lucas calls out as the conductor starts to suddenly fall backwards blacking out, Looker catches him lying him down while Lucas hovers nervously and confused.

“W-what happened to him!?”

Looker checks him over frowning concerned and sighs .

-I’d say the exhaustion and stress added by the trial he passes has caught up to him, considering he had a nose bleed as well from the trial , his mind and body simple couldn’t hold itself anymore-

he looks up to the teen - Would you happen to know a place we could take him too? he needs rest and a check up on his health -

Lucas nods “ The pokemon Centre is close nearby , i can ask for a private room for you guys “

Looker nods and picks Emmet up bridal style slightly surprised by how light theConductor is, makes sense he hardly ate the entire time they started this journey and only had one full meal at that restraint a bit ago , he follows the young Champion who ushers him to follow to the pokémon centre in town , the teen gives him a look as they walk no doubt wanting more info on what’s happening and judging by the glint in their eyes , they are Defiently gonna want to join them.

he sighs

This ship would really ever work for my Emmet honestly as he is a Timetraveller and is basically an anomaly in his own way .

It’s not CANNON to my story least not yet , maybe a little ? i’m still writing and updating the story over time so this is just a food for thought .

Chapter 8

Proceed with Caution :

After spending a few weeks in Celibi’s forest to adapt and learn of his new abilities , Emmet is practically vibrating in unused energy and frustration to move on and proceed to his destination which is to go back to Sinnoh and use his powers to grow a stupid berry for the stingy Lake Guardians for the stupid Trial he has to complete .

Emmet huffs at the small condensed version of information of thoughts in his mind his foot tapping impatiently , suppose he is to be blamed for this , he abandoned his usual Safety Checks to become a Timetraveller which would be the next big step to find his brother and Agent Looker’s worry is getting reeeeeallly annoying and forcing him re-check himself ,listen to Celibi and put back aaaaalll his safety checks for he can not leave till he is absolutely sure all Safety measures are accounted for etc etc.

Cel-Bi!Bi!-

The Subway Boss looks up at the mythical time travelling pokémon his head tilted as he listens to them address him , he can sorta understand what they mean now that all the power has settle in his body, not as clear as Sprits voice as she uses telepathy to talk to him but enough to get the gist of Celebi’s cries.

“I am Emmet , you say i can leave now?”

bi Bi!- the pokémon nods

He grins “ Brillant! Thank you for your accommodations and kindness in teaching me what you know! Sprit! Mr.Looker ! we are moving to our next destination!!!”

he starts marching out of Celibi’s territory following the barely made trail and avoiding any flowers the Mythical likes to avoid stepping on them and inviting their wraith , he hears the fairy pokémon and Sprit hovering over to him and Lookers footsteps hurrying to catch up as he sputters.

Mr.Emmet! are you sure your re-

The conductor cuts him off “ I am Emmet and i am Fine! Thank you for your concern!”

Looker frowns “ Emmet sir i can understand your hurrying but i don’t think a week is enough time for you to fully adapt to such powers!”

The Subway boss hums smile twitching as he keeps walking .

“Maybe not ,but we will never know! unless we continue forward , we can not stay stuck on one track forever and i refuse to dawdle any longer ! “

Looker sighs as he follows catching up to his pace and looking the other over , he is still concerned at the many wrong or worst possibilities that could happen , there will be questions when Emmet reamerges in civilisations, his clothes have strange markings that be difficult to explain not to mention the fact if these side effects that Celibi warned happen in public.

Continue to worry Mr.Looker and you stress yourself into a early grave !” Emmet speaks up making the Agent sigh

“I can say the same to you ,how are you so sure you can achieve such a goal? How can you be so sure these consequences your willing to take won’t affect others around you? Keep you from your brother where ever he is more and more ?” he questions making Emmet pause and blinking a few times , the conductor slowly turns to him.

“............Nothing will keep me from my brother.....i will not stop and i will make sure all passengers are safe along the way !”

he turns away and continues marching his voice was low as he spoke monotone but picks up to normal again

“After all! the safety of my passengers always come first! Check Safety ! Everybody smile ! ALLLLL ABOARD!”

The two mythical quickly speed up as Emmet does and Looker pauses standing still as he watches them get farther away , he shakes his head muttering low.

“Safety of your passengers ? What about your own safety ? Do you care for yourself aswell as others?”

Agent Looker quickly catches up with the other three a frown on his face -Just what have i REALLY gotten myself into?-

Chapter 7

-Darkness ,is what he notes first , with the strange heaviness of his body and strange warmth? energy flowing through his body, overwhelming at first crushing even then it slowly calms , swimming around stretching through every nerve every muscle through his body till at a calming temperature and not as heavy feeling-

-Then buzzing noise slowly turning to ringing ? that slowly dissapears aswell and he can hear someone talking? saying his name , who is that?-

*Emmet! Emmet!*

He groans as he feels this person shaking him gently ugh his body still isn’t co-operating as his fingers twitch and eyes feel glued as he opens them vision blurry , focusing best he can at the figure in front of him.

“Uugh??” he manages out words still escaping him.

*MR.EMMET! , are you alright!?* Agent Looker asks worridly helping the Subway boss sit up .

“Ugh...Maybe?” Emmet lets himself be pulled up by the other man blinking and rubbing his eyes a bit as function comes back to his arms he glances over at Celibi who seems to be watching curiously .

“What happened ? I remember Celibi showering me in their power?”

*You collapsed! Was near instant i honestly thought.....i thought you perished , it looked like you stopped breathing for a few mins and when i was gonna try bringing you back, your Mesprite friend stopped me *

Looker explains a frown on his face worried , said mythical pokémon floating over .

>Couldn’t risk you messing something up , the power of time is unpredictable < Sprit says looking Emmet over .

>How do you feel?<

Emmet hums and looks himself over , his clothes from what he can tell have small alterations it seems , silver buttons now gold , a more prominent brownish red stripes , strange runes? no roman numerals along his collar and sleeve , slightly darker blue tie and patch .

he picks his hat up blinking as the badge on it has turned into a clock? Emmet gently pokes it curiously .

“I feel quite sluggish and a bit confused i wasn’t aware i get a slight uniform change with such powers granted to me , speaking of my head is killing me, what’s with this clock? what are roman numerals ? how do i even KNOW of them? how long was i out for for? wait it’s been 30 mins yes? how do i know this?”

Emmet rambles on becoming more confused and frustrated, a tad nervous aswell, soon he has two hands landing on his shoulders ,Agent Looker looking at him quieting him.

*Woah woah hey calm down Emmet, slow down and breath , you need to stay calm ok? just breath*

The Subway Boss nods and does as told breathing in for 2 seconds then out in 4 seconds then out, his mind though keeps running a mile a minute with questions and information he never knew of before maybe this is one of the consequences he gets for not asking more questions.

Bi ! Celi-cel bi!

The humans look over at the now chatting Celibi who makes gestures and talks to them , Sprit the Mesprite hovering over to listen nodding then translates to the two humans.

> Apparently gaining the power to time travel has side effects including gaining knowledge of certain topics , Roman Numerals are an ancient number chart of sorts from extreme ancient times and your most likely getting a bunch of knowledge right now <

“Certainly explains the throbbing headache !” Emmet replies holding his head with a wince and strain smile.

“I do hope this passes soon yes ?”

*What other side effects ?* Looker asks keeping a comforting hand on the Subway bosses shoulder .

The two mythical pokémon covered for a bit Celibi explaining to the shiny Mesprite who hums listing .

>A number of things it will mostly effect Emmet or anyone real close to him until he gets the hang of his powers or it settles down and fully merged with his body<

Goodie” Emmet drawls quietly thankfully the headache is subsiding by now just a bit.

Agent Looker sighs standing up hand to chin thinking a frown on his face a million thoughts going through his mind , oh lord the pros and cons , goods and bad of things or possibilities that could happen!

-If this information ever escapes to the public who knows what will happen! The amount of people who personally seek out legendaries and mythical help ! Who else will be granted powers!? What if the evil teams hear of this ?! Team Rocket,Team Galatia’s, Team Plasma, Team Flare!!?!?!! etc etc!-

glances to the new Timetraveler ? TimeLord? Being ? to Emmet , the man who was stupid enough to go so far for his goal, a goal to save his brother no find his brother , prove his alive and being him home -

Looker sighs *You do realise i can’t let you out of my sight now yes?*

Emmet looks over at the Agent and grins “As long as you don’t try to stop me Mr.Looker i have a free seat in my cart for another passenger !”

he stands slowly placing his hat on his head and dusts himself off humming .

“Thank you Celibi! you have helped me with my second step in finding my brother ! If i may ask how do i control my new abilities ?”

Cel, bi celi!

>They say your gonna have to stay here a few days for the basic of lessons on time travel before you can continue our journey < Sprit translates

Emmets eyes twitches “I suppose that makes sense, veeery well! shall we begin?” he smiles and Celibi nods clapping

Looker crosses his arms with a sigh *What did i get myself into?*
