はじめまして、インターンの安藤あかりと言います！！

はじめまして、2023年4月からCGNでインターンさせていただきます、安藤あかりと言います。皆様、よろしくお願いします。

急に誰なんだとなると思いますのでどんな人間か、何をしたくてここに来たのか、何をしたい人なのか長くなるかもしれませんが書きます。暇だなあってときにお読みください。

【所属】

北海道大学農学部森林科学科4年（を4年後期から1年休学し、休学半年目からこちらに伺っています）

学部での専門は「森林」で、特に地質や森の地下を流れる水についてになります（木や植物に興味はありますが詳しくはありません）

【生い立ち】

長野県の南佐久郡、山奥の小さな村に生まれました。両親は小さい有機農家で、森も近く、遊び場所は森や畑でした。

小さな地域なので勝手に畑や庭で遊んでも許してもらったり、地域の人に育ててもらった感覚もありました（今思えば）。

この自然が近くにあること、自然と近い仕事をしている人と深く関わることは自分に当たり前のことになってしまっていました。

【価値観・理念】

　育った地域のコミュニティが狭いなと感じて外に出た大学で

・そもそも森がこんなにも身近ではない

・森や自然などなくても生きていけると思ってしまうくらい森は普段の生活に関わらない

こんなことを実感して、「森や自然と近い場所でその存在を感じながら共に生きていく」考え方や生き方、経験を残すことについて考えるようになりました。

もうひとつ大切にしたいことが

「その人のすごさ、個性を生かしたい、そしてその結果、みんなが、（周りも未来も）幸せな社会をつくる」

（どちらかというと、こちらに森や自然と共生することは内包されています）

【休学とCGNインターン】

ですが、全くそのためにやるべき��とも世の中がどうなっているのかもわからず、まずは何をすべきか探るという目的で1年の休学を決意します。

ここまでの4ヶ月は、日本の森で活動されている方のところにお邪魔させてもらったり地域で活動することを勉強させてもらったりしながら、「結局ビジネスで解決できないと変わらない」と思ってビジネスやイベント運営をちょっとだけ経験させてもらったり勉強させてもらったりしていました。

CGNにたどり着いたのも、

①森や自然と持続的に共生するってどういうこと？→日本だけじゃなく海外の（昔からの）人と自然・森の関わり方を実際に目で見て感じて知りたかった

②つくりたいつながりをビジネスで持続的にするってどういうこと？→森×人×ビジネスで関係者に持続的でありながら環境・森としても持続的である活動をしている現場で吸収したかった

主にこの２点でたどり着いたような気がしています。

なので、海外、留学経験もなければ、英語も得意ではありません。どうなることやらですが、頑張るしかありません。

このインターンの中で上の２点のインプット・アウトプット等、「自分に何ができるか」を考え、短い間ですが、コーディリエラの人、森、日本の人、森…等関わるものの、何か誰かにとって小さくても価値あるものを生み出せる期間にしたいと思っています。

４ヶ月弱という短い期間ですが、できればここをいい助走にして、日本、フィリピン、または他の色々な場所の自然と人に対してより良い選択肢を自分が動いて作れる人になれるように、たくさん学び動きます。　

もしかしたら目指すものも何もかも変わるかもしれません。とにかく見て、聞いて、感じて来たいと思います。先行きは決まっているようで全く決まっていないふらふら人間ですので、温かい目で、たまには厳しい目で見守ってください。

I want to tell you about me（Who am I,　What do I want to do, Why did I decide to come here... )If you have a time , I'm presure if you read it.

Department of Forest Sicience, Faculty of Agriculture, Hokkaido University 　4thGrade

（Take a year off from Oct 2022）

【How I grow】

I was birth and growing in NaganoJapan（The local area in mountains）My parents are littlle organic farmer and I played in forest or field. The neighbours growed us　too（We were played there house or field😂）

But that was obvious for me.

【My Values】

When I went to University(It is far from my home town)　I noticed that

・Usually, The forest is not so familiarity for Jananese people.

・People will think that we don't need forest or nature without leisure.

So I was interesuted in [To live with nature or forest]

The other thing I have in my mind is

「Let peoples personality shine and make a world everyone(themselves,someting around there,and the future)are happy」

（About nature is included In that）

【School absent and CGN intern】

But I didn't know how to realize these future,so I decided to take a year off and　be broaden my horizons.

Before I came here ,　I went to many people who are working in forest or local area.　And I was learning about bussinesss because I thought it is important for soccial

The main reasons I came CGN is

①I want to learn about to live with nature or forest (Limited resours of these)　By my eye,ear,and mind.　Not only in Japan,but also in other country.（I'm interested in tradutional thinking or living）

②I want to learn how to realiz　a　Sustainable system for people and enviroment At the real place.

I want to think 「What can I do」For people (here or in japan) in this intern.　And I will learn a lot by my eyes,ear,and so on...

It is so short time,but prease watch over this　Blog warmly.
