Hello!! Could I request an angsty/fluff fic between Remmick and a reader that is getting used to him being a vampire? They found out recently and now they are adapting? Thank you so much keep up the great writing!!
Still trustworthy||Remmick x GN!Reader
Summary-Remmick never Told you that he was a vampire and now after accidentally cutting your finger you learn the truth and learn how to adapt to him.
Word count-2.5k
@abriefnirvana @fuckoffbard
A/n I kinda went off the request a bit I’m sorry it’s still good tho
I was also inspired by that one scene in the vampire diaries when Elena accidentally cuts herself
It starts with a cut.
Small. Barely noticeable. Just the edge of a kitchen knife nicking your fingertip when you’re slicing tomatoes.
You hiss, more from surprise than pain.
Remmick is behind you, halfway through pouring wine. He stills completely.
You don’t notice at first—your attention on the faucet, washing the blood away. It’s already clotting. No big deal.
“Shit,” you mutter. “I’m fine. Just stupid.”
Still no answer.
You glance over your shoulder.
Remmick’s not moving. Not a twitch. One hand grips the neck of the wine bottle, the other clenched tight at his side. His face has gone… blank. Too blank.
“Rem?” you ask, confused.
He lifts his eyes to yours.
And something inside you freezes.
His pupils are blown wide, nearly swallowing the irises. His breath has gone shallow. Sharp. Almost panting.
“What the hell—“
You instinctively step back, fingers still dripping faintly red. The scent of copper is faint, but it hits the room like perfume.
“Remmick?” you repeat, slower now.
His jaw tightens. He sets the bottle down with almost mechanical control, every movement deliberate. Too careful. Like he’s holding himself in place with everything he has.
“You need to leave,” he says, voice hoarse.
“What—?”
“Go to the bedroom. Shut the door. Please.”
Your stomach drops. “Remmick, what’s going on?”
He turns away from you—violently, like looking hurts.
His shoulders shake. Not with pain. Not even with restraint.
With hunger.
You see it now.
You smell it. The blood. It’s not even much—but the room is different. Like the air thickened around you.
Your brain is scrambling for logic, for sense. But your instincts know before your thoughts catch up.
You take another step back. Cold creeping up your spine like a whisper.
He’s gripping the edge of the counter now, knuckles white. You’ve never seen him like this. Not even close.
He always had perfect control. Always.
“Remmick,” you whisper. “Talk to me. What is this?”
He swallows hard. Then again.
When he finally turns his head—only slightly—you see them.
His teeth.
Elongated. Sharpened. Not bared like a threat, but unmistakable.
You stop breathing.
He sees it—your stillness. Your silence.
Sees the moment you realize that he’s not quite human.
His face crumples.
“I never meant for you to find out like this.”
The world tilts.
This isn’t real.
It’s a joke. A dream. A delusion—
But your heart is pounding too loud. Your hand stings where you cut it. And the man you’ve been waking up beside for months is standing in front of you with fangs and trembling restraint and eyes like a wounded animal.
“You’re—” Your voice breaks. “You’re not serious.”
“I’m sorry.”
It’s the way he says it that makes it real.
Not with malice. Not even shame.
Just grief.
Like he knew, eventually, this would be the end of everything.
You stumble back a step, and it’s automatic. Not even fear—just the lizard part of your brain begging you to put distance between you and a predator.
He doesn’t follow.
Of course he doesn’t.
He’s still gripping the counter like it’s the only thing keeping him from doing something monstrous.
“I’m not going to hurt you,” he says. “I would never—”
“You can, though,” you snap. It comes out harsher than you mean it. “Don’t lie to me, Remmick. Not now.”
His face hardens—only slightly. “I’ve never lied to you. I just… didn’t tell you. Yet.”
You almost laugh. “You drink blood.”
“Yes.”
“How long?”
“I was turned in the 5th century not long after the Christians came to my land and converted my people.”
Your breath leaves you like you’ve been punched.
He’s older than you.
Older than you ever thought possible.
You clutch the edge of the sink. You’re shaking. You don’t know if it’s rage, terror, betrayal, or some mix of all three.
He stays silent. He lets you feel it. Doesn’t try to talk over your panic.
That somehow makes it worse. Because he’s not denying it. He’s not chasing you down to convince you he’s harmless.
He’s letting you choose.
That’s when the tears sting your eyes.
“Were you ever going to tell me?” you ask.
“Yes.” No hesitation. “I was waiting for the right moment.”
“There is no right moment for this,” you whisper.
“No.” He nods. “But I still hoped I’d find one.”
You stare at him.
Not the man you love. Not right now.
Right now he’s a stranger in the same skin.
Something ancient, restrained, dangerous—and heartbreakingly sad.
“Do you feel it?” you ask suddenly. “Right now? My blood?”
He closes his eyes. “Yes.”
“Do you want it?”
He doesn’t lie.
“Yes.”
The room goes still. All you hear is the clock ticking, and the distant hum of the fridge.
And your heartbeat.
Loud. So loud.
He hears it. You know he does.
He’s always heard it.
You turn your face away.
“I need space.”
“I’ll go,” he says immediately. “I’ll stay at the old place.”
You nod. You can’t look at him again.
He leaves quietly.
No door slam. No dramatic last look.
Just the soft click of the latch and the sound of your own heartbeat in the silence he leaves behind.
You don’t move for a long time.
You stand in the kitchen with the tiny cut on your finger stinging under the faucet, and your legs locked like if you move, the truth will catch up to you.
It already has.
The first night is the hardest.
You leave the bedroom door open out of habit.
You think about texting him.
I’m okay.
I’m not okay.
Please tell me this is a dream.
Please tell me you still love me.
None of them get typed. None of them get sent.
You turn over in bed again and again. The pillow smells like him. The sheets feel colder than usual.
You don’t cry until three in the morning.
You don’t stop until five.
The second day is worse, because there’s no shock left to pad the grief.
You wake up to sunlight through the blinds and it feels wrong. Like too much light is hitting a world that’s cracked open and bleeding underneath.
You sit on the couch and think about every moment that now feels like a lie.
The way he used to press his nose to your neck like he was breathing you in. The way he knew when you were getting sick before you did. The way he always ran warm somehow, like magic.
It wasn’t magic.
It was blood.
You curl up under a blanket and stare at the window all day.
You want to be angry. You want to scream, to break something, to call him names that would hurt.
But you just sit there. Hollow.
And you miss him.
God, you miss him.
By the third night, you’ve stopped trying to sort it out.
You’re just tired.
You don’t know what you’re grieving: the man you thought he was, or the comfort of not knowing the truth.
Maybe both.
You’re lying on the couch again, wrapped in that same blanket, when you hear something shift on the front porch.
Not a knock. Just the faint scuff of boots.
You freeze.
You know it’s him.
It’s a full minute before you stand up. Before you walk to the door, slow and heavy. You don’t open it.
You just press your palm to the wood. Like maybe he’ll feel it.
“I don’t know if I’ll be here when you come back.”
“I know. But I’ll come back anyway.”
You say nothing.
But you don’t tell him to go.
The next morning, there’s no sign he was there at all. Just a tiny wet mark on the wood from where he must’ve leaned his head.
You touch it.
It’s gone by the time you blink.
But something in you softens. Just a little.
The fourth night, he knocks.
Once. Quiet. Like he’s testing the world.
You’re already sitting on the couch, wrapped tight in the same blanket.
You don’t move. You don’t speak.
You just look at the door.
And then you do something you didn’t expect.
You whisper.
“Come in.”
The door clicks open.
You don’t know why you said it. Your heart is slamming in your chest. Your body screams at you to run.
But he steps inside like he’s afraid to break something—and maybe he is.
And now…
Remmick’s standing at the threshold of the living room, coat half-unbuttoned, boots tracking in mud on the rug. He hasn’t moved since he walked in.
You’re on the couch, knees drawn to your chest, the blanket bunched in your lap like a shield. You’re not cold, but your hands are clenched tight in the fabric.
He looks at you like he’s waiting for something.
Maybe permission to speak. Maybe permission to leave.
Instead, you say quietly, “You fed.”
His lips press into a tight line.
“I did,” he replies.
You nod, barely, and try to keep your voice steady. “You’re still warm.”
He’s not supposed to be. Not usually. But after feeding, he flushes a little—almost human.
Remmick doesn’t answer that. Just takes a slow step forward and stops again when your fingers twitch.
Your pulse hammers in your ears, traitorous and loud.
He can hear that, you think.
He always can.
He always could.
“Do you want me to go?” he asks, voice soft, like he already knows the answer and doesn’t want to hear it.
Your throat tightens.
No, you want to say. Stay. Please. Don’t make me do this alone.
But your body remembers what your heart keeps trying to forget.
The first time you saw him bare his fangs.
The way he growled—actually growled—when someone brushed against you in the bar.
The look in his eyes when you bled, just a little, and how he froze like every atom of him was screaming.
He didn’t hurt you. He’s never hurt you.
But he could.
And that knowledge coils in your stomach like cold iron.
“I don’t want you to go,” you whisper, not meeting his eyes. “But I don’t know how to be near you yet.”
He nods slowly. Like that hurts—but not more than it should.
Remmick takes a few steps forward and kneels on the floor in front of you, careful, deliberate, like you’re a wounded animal and he’s trying not to startle you.
Not touching. Not even close enough to.
“I’ll sit here,” he says. “If that’s okay.”
You nod again.
Silence stretches between you like a tightrope.
He doesn’t fidget. Doesn’t breathe, even. Just watches you with that quiet reverence that used to make your heart race for all the right reasons.
Now it just makes you ache.
“I’m not scared of you,” you finally say. “I’m scared of what I don’t understand.”
“That’s fair.” He swallows hard. “What do you want to know?”
You hesitate.
There are a hundred questions. A thousand.
How do you feel when you bite someone?
Can you smell my blood right now?
Do you want it?
But what comes out is smaller. Softer.
“Do you ever wish you hadn’t told me?”
He blinks. His expression doesn’t change but his shoulders stiffen like he’s been struck.
“No,” he says immediately. “Never.”
Your gaze finally lifts to his. You expect pity or guilt, maybe that practiced calm he wears like armor.
But what you see instead is fear.
Not of you. For you.
“You deserve the truth,” he says, voice low and tight. “Even if it means losing you.”
Your breath catches.
He’s terrified, too.
That realization cracks something open inside you.
You study him in the low light. His jaw, sharp and tense. The soft dark shadow under his eyes. The way he’s holding himself back from you—not because he wants to, but because he knows you need it.
Because he doesn’t trust himself either.
“I miss you,” you murmur.
He closes his eyes. “I miss you too.”
Slowly, you shift forward on the couch. Not close enough to touch. Just a few inches.
It feels like a mile.
“I don’t know how to do this,” you admit. “How to be near you and not be afraid sometimes.”
“You don’t have to pretend,” he says. “You don’t owe me that.”
“I’m not pretending.” You pause. “I’m just learning.”
Remmick looks at you, eyes shining faintly with something raw and aching.
“Then I’ll learn with you.”
You want to reach for him. You almost do.
Instead, you say, “What does it feel like… when you feed?”
He blinks. You’ve never asked before.
He takes a breath, just for the motion of it.
“It’s not like hunger,” he says slowly. “It’s more… need. And noise. Everything sharpens. I feel everything—sound, scent, your heartbeat… it’s like drowning.”
You don’t interrupt. You let him keep going.
“And then when I feed, it’s quiet. The world gets quiet. I don’t feel like I’m going to lose control. It’s the only time I feel… human.”
Your heart thuds. “Does it hurt them?”
“No. Not when I do it right. But that’s why I go to the clinic. No risk. No fear. No guilt.” He pauses. “I’d starve before I took it from someone who didn’t want to give.”
You believe him.
You do.
But the fear isn’t logical. It’s primal. And it sits just under your skin like splinters.
Still, your body starts to loosen. Just a little.
Your hand falls out of the blanket.
Remmick’s eyes flick to it—then back to your face.
You see the restraint in every line of his body.
And you reach out.
Just a few inches. Your fingers brush his.
He goes perfectly still. Not tense. Just reverent.
Like your touch is holy.
Like it could save him.
You don’t pull away.
“Your hands are warm,” you murmur.
“I won’t be, in a few hours.”
“That’s okay.”
You inch closer.
Now you’re only a foot apart. He’s still kneeling, and you’re still guarded—but the space feels different. Less like a wall. More like a boundary you’re both respecting.
You slide your hand into his fully.
He closes his eyes like he might fall apart from that alone.
“I want to be able to touch you without flinching,” you whisper. “I want to kiss you and not wonder what’s behind your teeth.”
He swallows.
“I want that too,” he says, voice thick. “But I’ll wait. As long as it takes.”
You lean in.
Slow. Slow.
And press your forehead to his.
He exhales like he’s been holding his breath since the day you found out.
“I love you,” he says, voice cracking. “Even if you never let me close again.”
You tilt your head, just slightly, and brush your lips against his.
It’s not deep. Not urgent.
Just real.
He doesn’t kiss back not fully. Just lets it happen, lets you lead, lets himself be chosen.
And when you pull back, your heart isn’t racing out of fear.
It’s just beating.
“I do love you,” you whisper. “Even if I’m still figuring out what that means.”
A flicker of something wild and gentle flashes in his eyes.
“I know, and that’s okay too. Take all the time you need.” he replies.
Later, you fall asleep with your hand in his. He doesn’t move, doesn’t even shift his weight. He stays sitting, holding your hand like it’s a lifeline.
And maybe it is.
Not for you—
but for him.

Leather Jacket
logan howlett x fem!reader - established relationship, cute, romantic, logan being soft, no y/n used, no reader description
Logan gives you his leather jacket.
prompt idea from @Silverskyeline from their logan promptober: #18-leather jacket
Logan cared about you deeply, though he wasn’t the type of guy to express it with grand declarations or flowery words. He didn’t know how to be soft or romantic in the conventional sense, but that didn’t matter. For you, it was the little things—the small, thoughtful gestures he made without even realizing how much they meant to you—that lit up your world.
He could always tell when he’d done something that struck a chord with you. He might not have been great with words, but he’d gotten damn good at reading you.
Like that time he’d spent hours scouring the city, searching every used bookstore until he finally found a copy of that old novel you’d mentioned offhand one night. You hadn’t even expected him to remember it, let alone track it down. Yet he’d come home late that night, and handed it to you right before bed, his gruff voice mumbling something about “figured you might want this.” You’d stared at the worn book in disbelief, your eyes wide with surprise before they filled with tears.
Logan had just stood there, a little awkward, rubbing the back of his neck like he didn’t know what to do with himself. “It’s just a book, darlin’,” he’d muttered, but when you smiled up at him, your eyes shining, he couldn’t help the small, pleased smirk that tugged at the corner of his mouth.
That was the thing about Logan—he didn’t try to be romantic. He just was, in his own rugged, understated way. Whether it was hunting down that book for you or staying up late to fix your broken faucet without saying a word, it was in those quiet moments that he showed you just how much he cared.
Perhaps the most telling gesture was when he gave you his favorite leather jacket.
It was an old, worn, brown leather jacket that fit him perfectly, molded to his body in a way only years of wear could achieve. He didn’t remember exactly where he’d gotten it from, but it had been with him for a long time, through many fights and hard times. It was as much a part of him as his claws, as the deep lines etched into his face. He’d worn it the first time he met you, too—scruffy, brooding, leaning against the bar with a cigar hanging from his lips, the jacket slung over his broad shoulders like it was made for him.
He always figured the jacket had a certain kind of luck to it. After all, it brought you into his life.
So when he handed it over to you one chilly night without so much as a word, just draping it over your shoulders when you shivered on the way back to his motorcycle, it felt like more than just a way to keep you warm. It felt like a piece of him he was giving to you.
“Logan, I’m fine,” you had protested lightly, your hands automatically reaching to adjust the jacket on your shoulders.
He shrugged, giving you that familiar, nonchalant look. “Keep it. Looks better on you anyway,” he said, though you could see the faintest flicker of something softer in his eyes.
You hugged the jacket around you, breathing in the familiar scent of leather and faint traces of his cologne. It was warm, comforting—so him. You didn’t even try to give it back after that. It had become yours, just like he had.
The first time you wore it out in public, Logan couldn’t take his eyes off you. It was subtle, of course—he wasn’t the type to make a scene—but every time you caught him sneaking glances, you could feel the pride radiating off him. He liked seeing you in his jacket, liked knowing that everyone who saw you would know exactly who you belonged to. There was no possessiveness in it, no need to control you or keep you close out of jealousy. Logan wasn’t like that with you.
He wanted to share everything with you, even the things that meant the most to him. And that jacket? That was a piece of his history, of who he was. But more importantly, it was a part of his present—a part of you.
He would never say it outright—he wasn’t the type to get all sentimental—but he felt it every time you threw the jacket on before heading out the door. His chest tightened with something he didn’t quite know how to name. Something like love.

Close Encounter 「Dick Grayson」

The apartment was small, tucked above a bakery that always smelled like cinnamon and burnt sugar. One of those places with uneven floorboards and a faucet that whined when you used hot water. It was the kind of home that clung to you, familiar in all its imperfections.
The kitchen was quiet. Late evening light filtered in through the blinds, casting soft golden lines across the counter where you leaned, phone in hand, scrolling through nothing.
Dick was in the other room. Or had been. You weren’t sure when the background noise of him—his footsteps, his low humming—faded out.
Until it came back.
You heard him approaching before you saw him. He didn’t move like most people. There was control in every step, but not the cold kind. He moved with intent. With ease.
You didn’t look up.
But you felt him. The way the air shifted when he entered the kitchen. Like gravity leaned toward him.
Then—
One hand slid around your waist. The other pressed to your hip. Gentle, but sure. He turned you, slow, like he wanted to see your expression when he did it.
Your back hit the counter. He lifted you easily, settled you on the edge like he’d done it a hundred times before. Your legs parted automatically, muscle memory or instinct—you weren’t sure which.
His gaze met yours—dark blue, bright, full of mischief.
You held your breath. The tension between you had always been there. That subtle, charged thread neither of you quite cut.
The corner of his mouth curved, slow and wicked. Like he knew exactly what you were thinking.
For a second, it felt like something was about to happen.
Like maybe the waiting was finally over.
And then—
He bent down. Opened the drawer between your legs. Pulled out a plate.
That was it.
A stupid, white plate.
“Sorry,” he said, trying to sound innocent. “Didn’t mean to interrupt whatever you were doing."
He flashed you a grin as he stepped back—one that almost made you forget how annoyed you were. Almost.
He walked away. Back to the living room. Sat on the couch like nothing happened, flipping through TV channels with lazy fingers.
You sat there, blinking. Thighs still warm. Heart still racing. Pulse skipping like it was in on the joke.
He didn’t look back.
But you heard him laugh under his breath.

“ I have…”
Drip. The sink was running down without anyone’s request.
“Both the liquor of ressurection and fresh blood on my hands. It stenches of alcohol, the undead that were dragged six feet above by my hands, and strongly of antiseptic. Disgustingly distorted scents that dance around and die by my feet.”
And yet water just kept flowing. Again?
“Do I really have the right for this? The license to decide someone’s will? To bring back monsters to life?”
Drip. One that was silenced by the forceful close of the faucet. Wailing must be kept silent.
“But once a life is brought back, bringing it down is not an option.”
…
“It’s, for all, love’s fault. Compulsion’s fault.”
Therefore, you knew what you were doing. Didn’t you?
With a disruptous sigh that carried the weight of the world, the door was slammed open. The cracked, vandalized walls of an abandoned hospital immediately came into focus. The purple, almost opaque light that bounced through the half-destroyed building dimly lit the cold corridors, guiding the steps of the meek nurse through the rooms, that surprisingly were still occupied. - “Whoever comes into this unkempt place has quite the death wish” - He thought, but kept walking. “How low can people go just to get taken care of, to find salvation?”
He quickly cut the train of thought off, to avoid finding his journey to be way too similar to the people he was so concerned about. After all, everyone was haunted by the same pointless wish of salvation. Everyone lets their blood run down cold just to find a glimpse of a warm welcoming into home, of familiarity. Everyone has a fixation, a figure that looms over their shoulder, laughing at their choices, tempting them into pointless love. These people, who can’t control their fixation, deserve to be destroyed.
“Keep telling yourself that, Baron. It’s quite the show, really… You could have just said it.”
Baron halted his pacing, not even looking behind him. This voice, this mind-wrecking voice, He's grown used to it, yet... “Can’t you… leave me alone?” - he whined politely, looking down at his stained hands, resting against the sides of his body, in constant agitation - “I need some time to think. Please, I’ll do whatever it takes… ”
The decomposing curtains gave way to the faint moonlight to get inside. It danced along the glass shards on the floor, briefly illuminating the ceiling, to finally fall on his face. The jazz music from the club nearby was dizzying, slowly seeping into the cracks of his tired mind and giving a soundtrack to his sloppy despair. De facto, it wasn’t truly despair, but an overextension of his automatic task-completing, robot-like behavior that was starting to wear off. A dream of efficiency can’t be lived forever. A tool needs sharpening and disinfecting after being used.
“So, that was what I really came here for.” - A click of his tongue and the rubbing of his forehead. Baron continued to mindlessly walk, now with a supposed destination. - “This is messing me over... I'm sorry.”
“Well, if you’ve forgotten, the laundry is in the room just next to your very body…. You won't pass by it again, will you?” - The cunning whisper purred just close by, along with a laugh that tasted just like sugar decorations. Counterfeited, but undeniably sweet. “Your clothes could use some tending to, Franken. As well as the disheveled face of yours.”
“That is, maybe if you quit talking for just a second…” - It was clear he was keeping his composure together by a single thread, as thin as a spider’s leg - “I might not.”
The woman, as rapidly as she appeared, quickly retreated back into her shell as she heard a quiet sound quite… unfamiliar. Between the shuffling of clothes, the footsteps of the mindless, zombified doctors and patients, she picked up the gentle pitter-patter of his built-up distress. Of course, in this dreamscape-like place, every sorts of things were broken, but she didn’t recall or see any leakings, or even the usual rain that stained the dusty mirror. It was a very humid night, per se, but the source remained unknown.
"Baron, isn’t that strange…?" - As a rhetorical question - "Or have you really grown used to not processing anything at all?”
Alas, the creaking of the half-rotten entrance weight being moved echoed around, leaving behind a trace of shame, like it was a sound that wasn’t supposed to be displayed, in such a quiet dawn. Like a crack in a pristine porcelain vase, the start of instant action did not give place to futile thoughts. The words, yet not intended to, kept repeating in his head. It was a dance in an abandoned ballroon, between what he should do to live a safe life, and what he has brought himself to do, just to path up his own heart. Indeed, it is hard to die and to be reborn. Even harder to keep going on when the soul is already far deceased.
Baron took off his pristine white coat, that was stained by every sorts of fluids, and quickly turned on the washing machine.
Exposing his skin to the cold, filthy air felt like stripping himself naked. He thought to himself, he had to get out of there, of this vulnerable state. He could no longer stay somewhere silent, where it was quiet enough so he could feel the creaking of the walls, the blood running down his veins, his bated breath. Where it was so quiet so he could feel. A lot has happened recently. And letting the impact of it sink would, surely, freeze him eternally.
Still, working in a place so empty and so full at the same time, thinking wasn't debatable. He had to wait for at least three hours until the next part of his shift. And this was the declaration of a foreseen, inevitable disaster. It was clear to him, as clear as it could be, and yet... He found himself siting down in the unused, breaking down stretcher. It was his resignation, the sign that he had far accepted whatever could happen once he allowed himself to rest.
He still hadn't found the courage to touch it, move it around, or even wash the handprints, the leakings and wine-colored tears that covered the thin wool sheets. He didn't even feel the right to touch it, like it was too sacred and delicate, it still held the moment it supported perfectly. He could almost feel how could their skins were, how he was stared at all through the process, how the memory was almost all he had left of them, and how no contact was secured since... It was hard, torturing not to think about it. It was like a leech or a vermin, squiggling, eating and hollowing his brain from the inside out. Clawing at the back of the nerves of his eyes, and making him eternally blind, consuming the flesh that covered their path, and keeping him conscious all through his suffering. It was sickening, it was so sickening he felt the urge to gouge his heart our and rip it apart.
And despite it all, ignoring the agony that shook his body to it's death, the sadness that threatened to destroy him completely, he couldn't help but deeply love everything and foolishy hope, illusion for the best. Even as he heard the violent knocking of the door. He closed his eyes, used to a rapid beat of the heart, it wasn't phasing at all. All he could do was wait, as his carcass could no longer move on his own. Wait until the call of his name made him wake up from the dream-like reassurance that what had happened wasn't real.
Hii!! For context, this is a preview of a FrankenX fanfiction i'm working on. This happens a few days (3-4) after the canonical death of Noman and Nicole, and their subsequent revival. Nothing much has happened yet, I do have a few more parts of this i'm working on, but I decided to first of all, try to adapt into Tumblr and see how this is taken by the readers, as well as to warm up my writing. Nothing much, but worth to give a try. If you have any feedback/suggestions, don't hesitate to leave a comment or an ask! Love you!

You do realize that you’re saying being accused of the sexual trafficking of underaged girls isn’t as bad as giving tell-all interviews about how unfairly you were treated growing up.
At no point I mentioned what Andrew has done. I never said a word about anything of that matter. My whole point is that's no longer any benefit for having Harry around anymore, since according to your own metaphor of pissing in the tent, Harry's pissing no longer does any damage. Bringing him back in would actually make him have more to say.
While Andrew is perfect for that Metaphor, he can do more damage outside than in. Realizing that is not agreeing with what he did, or agreeing with the RF's decisions on that matter. It's just what it is, right or wrong.
The metaphor isn't about damage or damage control. It's about controlling the situation in the first place.
Andrew doesn't talk anymore because he's still in. He is being controlled by the BRF. That makes the rules very clear: you play by our rules and if you're in, you don't talk and we take care of you.
That is the benefit of bringing Harry back. To shut him up. To control what he says. To issue consequences when he does talk. They will dangle over Harry the same thing they dangle over Andrew: invitations to the family events that are quasi-public engagements - aka legitimacy.
You don't think Andrew has people beating down his door offering the same money they give to Harry for intel and access? He does. He gets those offers too, all the time. He just got ensnared in a Chinese espionage scandal, for crying out loud! The only reason that scandal wasn't as big as it should have been and the only reason we haven't seen Andrew's own memoirs come out is because the BRF still protects him.
Yes, what Andrew did was heinous and no, you did not say anything about that. But when you sit here and tell me Harry can't ever be allowed back but Andrew is a different story, it's an implicit endorsement that Harry's talking is far worse than Andrew's doing. Which is exactly what this whole thing looks like - Andrew's still in, despite what he did, because he keeps his mouth shut. Harry's still out because he can't keep his mouth shut.
All Harry has to do is shut up and he's back in. It's not an automatic in and it'll take time, but the fact that all he has to do is shut up and he's back in eventually means his crime of talking is not worse than what Andrew did because Andrew's still in. And when you say there's absolutely zero chance that Harry can come back, when Andrew is right there with all the perks and connections still firmly protecting him...that's exactly what you're saying. That talking is a worse crime than alleged sex trafficking, or espionage, or cash-for-access bribery.
But to get back to the metaphor, it's about control. And that's the whole point of why the BRF will take Harry back on their terms and their terms only - to control him. To shut him up. He's still going to leak, but it's going to be a drippy faucet instead of a constant fire hose at full pressure. A drippy faucet in your own house is far easier control than someone opening a fire hose at your front window on full blast.

*rattles metal cup with one penny on it*
Any girlseb wips you can spare sir? Any girlseb?
ok so i have a couple, the only one i've made any tangible progress on has been sitting kind of stale for a while, but it's an AU where seb blackmails mark into having an affair with her
here is a snippet since you asked so nicely
warning for unhinged teenage (18/19) sexual behavior, semi-public masturbation type stuff, and the aforementioned blackmailing agenda
***
Seb is sprawled out on the tiled floor of the guest bathroom with the handle of her hairbrush stuffed in her cunt when the doorbell rings. She holds her breath, waiting for one of her parents to pass through the hallway on their way to answer it, but there’s only the sound of her blood thumping against her eardrums.
The doorbell rings again.
“Sabrina!” her mom yells from the backyard, causing Seb to jolt, the hairbrush slipping free from her pussy and clattering loudly onto the floor. “Can you please get the door?”
Seb picks herself up off the floor and takes a quick look in the mirror as she smooths down her dress over her thighs. Seb had never liked wearing dresses—mostly because she didn’t like the way they only seemed to accentuate her round, boyish features—but she’d discovered recently that it was a lot easier to slip away from a social function to masturbate when she didn’t have to worry about things like pants. Or underwear.
The hairbrush gets a quick rinse under the faucet before being tossed carelessly into the cabinet under the sink. Seb hurriedly exits the bathroom and hopes that the pink flush in her cheeks will be written off as something far more innocent than the truth. It is a sunny Saturday afternoon, after all, and whoever is waiting at the door doesn’t need to know that Seb hasn’t set one foot outside all day, instead taking advantage of her parents’ preoccupation with cleaning the house by fucking herself in any room that happens to be uninhabited for the moment.
She lost the ‘privilege’ of having a bedroom door when she was fifteen and got caught watching porn. It wasn’t just any run-of-the-mill video either; she might have been a late bloomer when it came to masturbation, but it hadn’t taken Seb long to grow tired of missionary and doggystyle. The trauma of her parents walking in while the woman on Seb’s laptop screen had a dick in her ass and a dildo down her throat was enough to put her off masturbating altogether for the next two weeks.
Seb had ultimately been able to convince her parents that someone at school had sent her the link and that she would never watch something like that of her own volition, but her door still came off the hinges, and even now, there were parental controls on the internet router, forcing Seb to be a little more creative than a typical teenager about procuring spankbank material.
Seb can feel wetness rubbing between her bare thighs as she approaches the front door, and she makes an effort to tug her dress down a little lower. It is a church function, after all. No need to scandalize one of the elderly couples that were slowly taking over the sleepy beachside suburb she’d grown up in.
But when Seb opens the door to let in their first guest, it isn’t a frail old lady standing on her front porch.
Seb gapes openly at the stranger, too taken aback by his towering stature, dark stubble, and strong jawline to do anything more than stare with impropriety. The stranger stares back at her for a moment with a stoic expression and then lifts an eyebrow, looking almost annoyed.
“Is this the wrong house?” the man asks.
Seb shakes her head automatically, not even bothering to ask if he’s there for the barbecue. She moves out of the way to let him inside. “It’s just through there,” she says in a small voice, pointing down the hall toward the kitchen. “The back door is on the right.”
The man starts to move past her, then stops, turning so they’re facing each other with only a few inches between them in the narrow entryway. Seb has to crane her neck to look up at him.
“You’re Bert’s kid, right? Sabrina or something?”
“Seb,” she corrects, feeling her face go hot.
The man frowns. “Seb,” he repeats slowly, like he’s testing out the way it feels in his mouth. “Isn’t that a boy’s name?”
It’s not the first time someone has made that comment to Seb, but coming from this tall, handsome stranger, the words feel like stones settling in the pit of her stomach. She wants to run away and hide, all thoughts of slinking around the church barbecue looking for a suitable prospect amongst the stringy teenage boys to help her lose her virginity gone in an instant.
Seb takes too long to come up with a response. The stranger doesn’t wait for one. He continues on as if they hadn’t spoken at all, strutting down the hallway with his hands in his jean pockets before disappearing around the corner into the kitchen.
It takes Seb over an hour after the rest of the guests arrive to figure out the stranger’s name: Mark Webber. She also learns that he’s moved into a house a few streets down, and that Seb isn’t the only one interested in him. Every middle-aged woman in the church is already in a tizzy over him, gossiping openly at the picnic tables outside about whether he’s single—even though most of the women themselves are not.
Seb is, though. And despite the fact that Mark is clearly a fair bit older than her, he doesn’t actually seem old. Certainly not anywhere close to her parents’ age, and Seb would be surprised if he was over thirty-five, at most.
The boys she’d gone to high school with are starting to seem a lot less tempting, as far as losing her virginity goes.
That’s Seb’s ultimate goal for the summer, the one she’d jotted down in her seldom-used diary as soon as she’d officially come home on her last day of senior year. She’d have been happy to do it even sooner, but Seb had always been shy and not very well-liked at school, and it wasn’t until recently that she’d started to fill out. Most of the boys she was friends with still treated her like a kid sister.
Mark wouldn’t treat her like a sister. And Seb plans to make damn sure he doesn’t treat her like a kid.

Why Foot Pedal Faucets Are a Must-Have for Your Home or Business
As technology advances, even the most mundane fixtures in our homes and businesses are being reimagined. One such innovation is the foot pedal faucet, a hands-free solution that’s revolutionizing how we access water. Here are five compelling reasons to consider installing foot pedal faucets in your home or business.

1. Superior Hygiene and Cleanliness
Germ-Free Operation: The ability to operate a faucet without using your hands significantly reduces the spread of bacteria and viruses. This is especially crucial in environments like kitchens, bathrooms, hospitals, and restaurants, where maintaining high hygiene standards is essential.
Ideal for Public Spaces: In places with high foot traffic such as public restrooms, restaurants, and healthcare facilities, foot pedal faucets help ensure users don’t touch potentially contaminated surfaces, enhancing overall cleanliness.
2. Significant Water Conservation
Efficient Water Use: Foot pedal faucets provide precise control over water flow, allowing you to quickly turn the water on and off as needed. This efficiency helps prevent water wastage, making it ideal for high-traffic areas like commercial kitchens or busy households.
Automatic Shutoff: Many foot pedal faucets feature an automatic shutoff mechanism, which stops the water flow as soon as you release the pedal. This helps conserve water and can lead to noticeable savings on your water bills over time.
3. Unmatched Convenience
Hands-Free Multitasking: Whether you’re a busy chef juggling multiple tasks or a parent with your hands full, foot pedal faucets offer unparalleled convenience. You can wash your hands or rinse vegetables without manually turning the faucet on and off, freeing up your hands for other tasks.
Accessibility for All: These faucets are also an excellent choice for individuals with limited mobility or disabilities. The foot pedal mechanism makes it easy for everyone to access water without needing to use their hands.
4. Durability and Longevity
Reduced Wear and Tear: Traditional faucet handles can wear out or break over time due to frequent use. Foot pedal faucets, however, experience less physical stress because they are operated by foot, extending their lifespan and reducing maintenance costs.
Built to Withstand Heavy Use: Constructed with high-quality materials, foot pedal faucets are designed to handle heavy use in both residential and commercial settings, ensuring they remain functional and efficient for years to come.
5. Enhanced Safety
Minimize Accidents: In busy environments like commercial kitchens or homes with young children, foot pedal faucets add a layer of safety. The water stops flowing immediately when the pedal is released, minimizing the risk of overflows or slips due to wet floors.
Temperature Control: Many foot pedal faucets come with pre-set temperature controls, reducing the risk of scalding. This feature is particularly beneficial for homes with children or elderly individuals, providing a safer water access solution.
Conclusion
Foot pedal faucets are transforming both residential and commercial settings by offering a blend of hygiene, efficiency, convenience, durability, and safety that traditional faucets can’t match. Whether you’re looking to enhance the cleanliness of your kitchen, conserve water, or provide easier access to water for everyone, foot pedal faucets are a smart and innovative choice. Consider making the switch to experience the numerous benefits they bring to your daily routine.

Bathroom Faucet Designs to Enhance the Ambience of Your Bathroom
Bathrooms have evolved to be a personal sanctuary where you begin and end each day. While many focus on tiles, lighting and colour schemes, one element that significantly influences your bathroom's atmosphere often goes overlooked is the bathroom faucets. The right types of faucets can transform an ordinary washbasin into a striking focal point, setting the tone for your entire space. Whether you are after sleek sophistication or advanced technology, understanding the various types of faucet available can help you create the perfect ambience for your daily rituals.
Basin Faucets
Basin faucets are essential elements in your bathroom, but they do not have to be boring. These fixtures come in countless styles, from traditional designs to contemporary pieces that look like works of art. The beauty of modern basin faucets lies in their ability to blend seamlessly with your bathroom's overall design while providing precise water control. Whether you choose single-handle convenience or dual-handle elegance, these fixtures create visual harmony that elevates your entire space.
Sensor Taps
Sensor taps are among the most innovative types of faucet you can choose today. These clever fixtures turn on automatically when they detect your hands, creating a touchless experience that is hygienic and incredibly convenient. The clean, minimal design of sensor taps adds contemporary flair to any bathroom, while their water-saving technology helps reduce waste. They are ideal for busy households where convenience matters, eliminating the need to fumble with handles when your hands are full or soapy.
