I love my B12 supplement. #myB12supplement #mysupplement
#for context I was recently found to be surprisingly low on B12 levels from a blood panel I had done#and it turns out that can affect cognitive function WHICH definitely explains why I’ve been experiencing brain fog like crazy for awhile now#anyways I’m on a supplement for B12 now and it genuinely is helping like. I can THINK and it’s not all jumbled up anymore!!!#it’s still not perfect and I think that’s probably because I have a shit diet tbh (<- guy who has Food Issues)#but it is SO much better than it was a couple weeks ago now and I’m so happy!!! I like using my brain to um. to do the thinking !#I also feel more creative too?? like I am actually coming up with new stuff in my head for potential art stuff I might make!!#idk I love my supplement. MyB12supplement Yay !

There are also transparent versions for those who’d like it, see ⬇️
#fire emblem three houses#fe3h#fire emblem roster#roster template#free template resource#golden deer#black eagles#blue lions#myart#at times this was a tortuous undertaking#did not enjoy myself lmao#could probably be better but i’m on new meds and they’re wreaking havoc with my cognitive functions

So proud of myself, I came home and got straight on with cooking for myself so I'll have food for the week ahead. I'm making chicken & red lentil curry!
#i've not calculated the exact nutritional content but it'll be around 20-25g protein/portion which is what i usually aim for#and i've added carrots and spinach to it so lots of veggies too!#really trying to fix my uh. bad habits. shall we say. which unfortunately requires effort but it'll be worth it#i'm really seeing and feeling the benefits of exercising regularly and eating just that little bit better already#which is truly maddening like how dare it actually work that way the sheer AUDACITY of it#wdym giving my body & brain the nutrients they actually require to function causes them to function properly#wdym subsisting off a pack of mini naan breads and 3 litres of pepsi zero/day has a significant negative impact on my cognitive functions

#HNNNNNN#survived a full youth group overnighter none the worse for wear!!#despite some hits to my pride (wiffle ball. also I lost at foosball several times alas) I think mayhaps I am even better for it#had a full functional one on one conversation with the sound guy which was. wild#but I was just wondering how long he'd been doing production stuff so I asked and we talked about it for?? several minutes???#also girl it's so weird bc I really really do not want children but how is it that watching him be SO good with kids#is one of the most goshdang attractive things I've ever seen#like it's almost cognitive dissonance bc I can't stand the thought of having kids but I also love doing youth group#and also that is. very attractive to me that the sound guy is so good with kids.#I spent like half the time watching people play ping pong. I played ping pong a little bit too as previously mentioned#also ough I love being with the kids... being a youth leader is so so fulfilling#like I never thought it was a ''calling'' until this year but it fills me up so much#and I think the kids like me#at least one girl in particular likes me skdkfnskgnskgns#even though I'm a doof and don't know how to play baseball#I just hope that my motivations are for THEM and not for ME yknow??#Lu rambles

#iwtv is so much more fun if you're willing to actually dissect the story and characters and their world in good faith#which also means applying faults to characters as they are actually seen and not exaggerated or diminished simply by a bias#But when there is nothing actually definitive (only assumption to confirm) you can't actually say who's doing what w/o some bias involved#and yes a lot of times thats entirely going to be the right assumption because we can definitely infer#But there's a realm to where you do have to consider all possibilities are possible if they are left unanswered#you can place inferences but you can't claim them as definitive if they are just inferences#and other people are just going to have different inferences even bias. But this shouldn't mess with what's definitive about it.#basically taking a good faith journalism stance on it so your not falling into possible problematic biases#there are also functions of vampirism and how it works in this context which do not mirror our world 1 to 1#for instance whereas humans have to live in direct contact with society and its various problems bias and ideologies vampires live on the#outskirts of this. Only ever coming into contact by influencing onto that world by their outside actions or appearances#the human world serves nothing for them except as threat or supply for wants or needs. There's no real connection there.#When mapping vampiric existence onto human existence it can a lot of times lead to problems in trying to bridge this cognitive dissonance.#You can not be in community with humanity when you are by nature a being opposed to it. Which is contentious when you want to be part still#They can be effected by this and effect onto it yes but they are not actually a part of it and never will be.#I'd say if you effect onto humanity positively it's better to have it for the enjoyment of it alone as opposed to seeking human connection#as any criticisms of this connection your trying to seek is essentially denial your own sought humanity as opposed to the object of doing#and this would always be a lost cause#but i think I digress here#there are also cultural beliefs and practices of vampires that are not found in our world such as laws and covens and ideologies#a lot of which are quite actually opposed to normal human understandings of rightness and morality#they culturally are more open to accepting those who are viewed as less than or moral because this is a reflection of themselves#And we can and should certainly point to all of this stuff for what it is I feel

gotta say it's kind of discouraging to eliminate thc, alcohol, caffeine, and fake sugar, and also drink a lot more water, and feel no change whatsoever
i'm like one bad day away from claiming 80% of mental healthcare is pseudoscience. and brother. all my days are bad
#i think i have slightly fewer migraines without caffeine which is interesting#though that could also be due to better hydration#zero effect on mood or cognitive functioning though#honestly my functioning got worse but i'm more willing to ascribe that to worsening depression and medication changes

lowkey I might have been wrong for several years and cognitive functions are a better typing system than the enneagram
#not better per se#enneagram is good for personal understanding but can’t really be used for interpersonal stuff#and cognitive functions excel at that

ProNervium: Sharper Mind, Calmer Days - My Experience
Feeling foggy-headed and on edge had become my new normal. Work deadlines loomed, and daily life felt overwhelming. My sleep wasn't restful, and simple tasks took a frustratingly long time. I knew something had to change; the constant stress was taking a toll on my mental and physical well-being.

Seeking Support for Cognitive Function
I wasn't keen on relying on harsh medications or stimulants. After exploring natural alternatives, I came across ProNervium. The focus on promoting healthy brain function with a blend of natural ingredients appealed to me. The idea of improving my focus, memory, and overall cognitive function without resorting to chemicals seemed like a promising approach.
Enhanced Focus and Sharper Thinking
Within a few weeks of incorporating ProNervium into my daily routine, I noticed a significant improvement in my mental clarity. The brain fog seemed to lift, and I could finally concentrate on tasks without my mind wandering. Recalling information became easier, and I felt sharper overall. This newfound focus translated into increased productivity at work. I could tackle projects with renewed enthusiasm and complete them efficiently.
Improved Stress Management and a Calmer Demeanor
But the benefits went beyond just improved focus. ProNervium seemed to have a positive impact on my stress levels as well. The constant feeling of being on edge subsided, replaced by a sense of calm composure. I found myself handling stressful situations with a clearer head and a more patient approach. This not only improved my work-life balance but also made me a calmer and more approachable person in my personal life.
Better Sleep and Overall Wellbeing
Perhaps the most welcome change was the improvement in my sleep quality. Falling asleep became easier, and my sleep felt deeper and more restorative. Waking up feeling refreshed made a world of difference in my energy levels throughout the day. The combination of improved cognitive function, better stress management, and quality sleep led to a noticeable boost in my overall well-being.
A Safe and Natural Choice
ProNervium is a welcome addition to my daily routine. It's a safe and natural way to support my cognitive function and manage stress. The fact that it's formulated with natural ingredients gives me peace of mind, knowing I'm not putting harsh chemicals into my body.
Overall, a Valuable Ally
ProNervium has become a valuable ally in my quest for a sharper mind and a calmer disposition. It's helped me navigate the daily grind with greater focus and resilience. If you're looking for a natural way to enhance your cognitive function, manage stress, and improve your overall well-being, I highly recommend giving ProNervium a try. You might just be surprised at the positive impact it can have on your life.
