Throné dismissed the joke, listening instead to the details of the meeting. It almost sounded like this woman could handle the matter by herself. A small group of amateurs not even deemed worth killing? And yet still the bartender needed the help of a professional... Something about that didn't quite track, but Throné kept the thought to herself for now.

"I could do either, but given the choice, sneaking in the shadows sounds preferable." The former assassin placed her hands in her lap. "But you still haven't told me where and when the meeting is supposed to take place."

A small satisfied smirk tugged at her lips. Despite the chaos that ensued for the past few months, she came on top and earned quite a bit of money that she could spend with ease. So hiring this talented young woman was not a waste she was most certain of that.

"How about a free drink whenever you come to visit here " she joked pretty certain that her drinking partner wouldn't come back here for a good while after this.

She would take a last sip from her own glass while she raised a brow at her questions. "Simple for the most part a meetup, the group is relatively small most are very unskilled and not worthy of the blade. Around 10 so to say mmm, but the number of captives is concerning, other than you I have a few of my own people to work with us but two positions I'm missing. I need either someone to infiltrate inside in the shadows or....act as bait for the meeting. Which would you prefer hm?"

Recreated the bloodthirst dagger from Baldur's Gate 3 carried by Orin. The design was so beautiful and unique. I could have done something simple, but this screamed display piece. With the help of @foiledimagineer we created something beautiful, and I can not thank them enough for helping me make this idea into reality. Sitting at almost 26in tall .. I'm obsessed 😍

Materials used :

- Air dry clay

- Air dry foam

- Resin (mold had to be made from scratch. A replica soap carve out sealed heavily was used to form the mold)

- Inner claws made out of buildable nail gel filed down to shape

- Teardrop /bloodrop beads

- Black marker / Acrylic paint

And of course, the star of the show ✨️The Blade✨️ made out of a vibraint, fiery hint of orange glass cut by the wonderful @foiledimagineer.

I can't wait to get it up on the display case. Currently mid staining the wood. Had to get a custom shadow box made with how tall it is. 😅

He bit his nails, pressing his teeth down till they clinked against each other and broke through the bone. He tangled his tongue and teeth against the fracture and ripped. It split down the finger, pulling bloodrops from their caves into dull light. He placed the finger on his tongue and pursed his lips. The clouds frowned at him.

“That’s dirty,” The clouds said. Spittle and clear bloodrops landed on him. He looked up and hummed.

He spoke, his words muffled by the finger teasing the back of his throat. “So are you.”

The clouds didn’t respond. Blood continued to leak from his finger and it fell from the sky. He looked back down at his free hand, removed the salt and iron from his mouth, and inspected his right pinkie for leverage. His teeth clinked, and bile rose in his throat.

“You act like you're dying,” The clouds laughed. Their laugh was the pitter patter of blood on roads and roofs. He didn’t look up.

“You act like you're alive.” He responded, his hands slipping into his pockets with a twinge of pain. “Isn’t that worse?”
