Wild Ass Theory - IT'S ABOUT TYME!

As much as I think Tyme is coding on that table in the first episode, I believe both of them are dying, and it would make sense that Great is on the table coding at the exact time that Tyme gets shot since that's what we were shown, which could mean they end up here as some sort of limbo

Because at first, I thought maybe they'd go on a little vacay together, but we only have eight episodes to bake this biscuit, so . . .

Tyme wants to stay in limbo but Great knows neither can, especially Tyme who needs to survive, and when Great is banging on the door in the trailer, it's Great's apartment that he is in because the paintings and pool table are there but Great is missing.

But the biggest WTF is in the first episode scene when Tyme is shot, it's raining on him,

Just like it is in the hallway from the trailer.

TYME NEEDS TO LIVE!

I think the light from the doorway is the light the patients mentioned seeing from the operating room, so I don't think this is the light of heaven. I think Tyme will survive, but Great is wearing white all the time which the patient said she thought were angels but were actually nurses, but . . . like . . .

Once a character wears white, chances of death increase because blood shows up well on white or something, but also Great's powers are pulling him to Tyme which we saw with him being kicked back so he would accept Tyme's dinner request, so all roads are leading him to Tyme, so is Great the angel who is supposed to save Tyme or even sacrifice himself for Tyme?

Once again, as much as I think Tyme is on that table, it makes sense that Great is being operated on because we keep seeing the light over him as if he was on the operating table!

(There is also another theory about the light but I don't have time for that)

So what I'm trying to say with my cork board and sticky notes is that even though the show is being framed through Great's perspective, the most important character is Tyme since he is the one who needs to make it out of limbo, so Great has to make him see the light.

(Also, I think this woman is connected to Tyme)

TLDR: It's about Tyme

And Great needs to save him.

Things That Have My Attention in 4 Minutes Episode 5

If you watched this on iQIYI you missed a few scenes! A couple of which I think were actually important. Gaga has the full cut.

The show did a nice little montage summarizing the core theory (that is clearly correct): Great is in the midst of a NDE and is experiencing a mix of things during the 4 minute window: memories, perceptions, rewinds and do-overs, and a new start with Tyme who he purportedly had a relationship with in the original timeline.

Also as theorized, the NDE seems to have begun at 11:00, so Great has until 11:04 in this limbo space. We saw the clock advance to 11:03 in today's episode.

We still know very little about the original timeline, including how Great and Tyme got involved the first time around and what happened with their relationship there that might inspire the desire for a fresh start.

Re: the cold opens with Tonkla and the murders, I do not think we're being shown those events in chronological order given Title was still alive in today's open.

Speaking of, only a brief appearance in the open from Tonkla before he sat the rest of this episode out. Interesting after several weeks of him dominating the story.

I am still trying to make sense of the way this romance is advancing in the redo timeline, and it only works if both Great and Tyme are in this 4 minutes limbo together and coming with pre-existing knowledge of and inclination to trust each other. Otherwise, their instant closeness and partnership in this situation with Great's family really doesn't make sense. Why would Tyme tell Great everything and trust him to handle his family after just meeting him and having sex one time? That goes beyond straining credibility unless he is also reliving things.

The smartest thing Tyme could have done was to take that bribe money and run. If he wanted to be decent, he'd have given Nan a cut and helped her run, too. But he seems preoccupied with Great in a way that doesn't really track unless he also knows him already.

Speaking of Nan, that poor woman has been through it. I was yelling at Tyme when he told her nothing and expected her to just accept that he was not going to take action. As fucking if, dude.

The rewind/do over in this episode felt different than the others. When Great went back, he didn't actually relive the same scene, he and the shooter were just suddenly in different positions. And all he accomplished was getting himself shot along with his mom.

I liked the way the lady from the initial accident came back around this episode to cause that, BUT it also just opens up more questions about the timelines because if she died in the original timeline, she would not have been able to set up a hit on Great's family. So, did saving her cause new bad shit? Did Great's mom also die in the original timeline, but differently? And will anything that happens in the redo actually stick?

We saw in this episode that when Korn is actually in trouble he goes to Fasai, not Tonkla. I get the sense that he has been with Fasai for years and likely the entire time he's been messing around with Tonkla; I was not surprised that she's always known. They are not a love match but they need things from each other. He never intended to be with Tonkla for real.

By the way, I was dying at Korn's little motivational speech to Great. He has to help his father do evil shit so their family can "survive." Survive what? Not being filthy rich, I guess. Great's mom was similarly desperate to cling to the status and wealth she clawed and scraped for. Nobody in this family has any true morality.

And yet I find it weird that they are letting Great run around causing a ruckus and not putting a stop to it or even punishing him. He is remarkably spoiled and pampered compared to Korn. Is this their dad's feelings about his two wives being acted out on his sons? If so, why does Great hate his dad so much?

LET'S TALK ABOUT THE FINAL SCENE. As Tyme was running through the tunnel, lights flickering around him, there were bruises appearing and then disappearing on his face. Are we seeing his NDE??

This show is still so much fun to watch and think about even if I am scratching my head at some of what happens.

Hot Take: Be On Cloud and Sammon out GMMTV-ed GMMTV with that lame-ass 4 Minutes finale

(TW: Ummm, this ended up being a rant, so don't read this if you enjoyed that finale.)

This is not the central thesis of this post at all, but I need to get this off my chest, FIRST OF AWL: GET AN ORIGINAL OST. WOW.

LIKE, ACTUALLY, I want to not get into this, but I actually need to talk about this for a second. ICONIC OSTs like, SAY, "Why Don't You Stay" or "Just Friend" (OR THE DARK BLUE KISS THEME SONG, THE BEST ONE) are meant to invoke THE SHOW FROM WHICH THAT SONG HAILS, AND THE FEELINGS THAT THAT PARTICULAR SHOW MADE ONE FEEL. WHAT THE FUCK WAS 4 MINUTES THINKING?! THIS SHOW WAS NOT KINNPORSCHE. NOT AT ALL. I FELT NO KP FROM 4 MINUTES. I hope Jeff Satur sues BOC for copyright infringement. ANYWAY.

I mean, this is gonna be messy, but in yet another case of shippy roooooomance, a kind of rooooomance that's supposed to leave us feeling like the central couple is worth redeeming against both the obstacles that the story gives them, AND/OR a weak script as well (I wrote about this recently during a rewatch of The Eclipse), I mean, BOC and Sammon just threw an otherwise really amazing storyline to the dogs.

We were supposed to get a lot of moral and ethical loops closed here. I would have been okay with a Ton Kla redemption! I would have been okay with Korn living the rest of his life in pain and suffering for neglecting Ton Kla! Instead, they're both "redeemed" by their own deaths?! I get Win being upset, but Win, you knew who you were sleeping with! Come awn!

AND. I'm supposed to believe that Great is worth redemption because he threw a corrupt government minister under the bus and prevented his parents from coming back to Thailand, while we see him walking away from a woman having a heart attack???? Like, THAT'S NOT GOOD!!!! He's had a messy life, but he's not necessarily a good person, folks!!! HELLO!!! "He's a good person?!" TYME?? Like, Great's hot, BUT LIKE, DON'T BE LIKE THAT, TYME, GURL, ACTUALLY LOOK THRU AT WHO YOU'RE DATING.

ALSO, TYME, HIPPOCRATIC OATH, DUDE. I KNOW YOU WANT THAT GUY DEAD, AND HE DESERVES BAD THINGS, BUT YOU CAN'T MAIM HIM PURPOSELY, HOMEY, YOU'RE ABOUT TO BECOME A PROFESSOR.

And LIKE, WHAT THE FUCK, putting a whole new story point about Warit's kidnapping from some dude named Wanchai who we don't even know, and finding out that Warit is a general?!?! It was JUST CONFUSING.

Also, Den dating a patient. I know medical ethics are probably different in Thailand, but they cannot be THAT DIFFERENT, friends, they can't (right? right?).

And. Finally. TYME GOT SHOT MULTIPLE TIMES IN THE CHEST AREA. He survived after two months of recovery?! HE SURVIVED POINT-BLANK SHOOTING?!?!?!??!?!?! AND GREAT SURVIVED HIS POINT-BLANK SHOOTING, TOO?!?!?!?!

LISTEN. LISTEN. I get that BOC wants GreatTyme together. JesBible are a good pair. It's fine Great and Tyme are together. It's nice.

But there was an ACTUAL storyline, told WONDERFULLY for seven episodes, that had these characters in moral and ethical chokeholds that could have received different and very much more appropriate endings. This is fiction, of course, but the moral and ethical prisons these characters were in were very real-to-life by way of what humans value, and how you balance those values against the real-time decisions that humans need to make for themselves and their families.

Instead, BOC took the wild GMMTV playbook of late (The Eclipse, 23.5, Only Friends, Wandee Goodday, even Last Twilight and My Precious) and just railroaded ethical explorations for, my GAWD, guitars and boats. GUITARS AND BOATS! If either Great or Tyme had died, how would the story have expressed regret, uncommunicated feelings, unsolved mysteries?

The ending sucked the mystery out of this series, and frankly, made light of the fact that we were not in a Series Y for seven-eighths of a runtime, only to truly suck us back into Y territory -- real, sugary, cheesy Y territory, GUITARS, THE KP OST OMG -- that just clashed with the tonality of what was shaping up to be a great queer crime murder mystery show. GMMTV already does this. BOC did not need to go there.

Funny that some of us are watching Kidnap now, and commenting (I'm stealing @shortpplfedup's words here) that Kidnap is not a crime BL, but a crime BL. Kidnap knows what it is: it is shaping up to be a fun, unserious Y series that's centered around two himbos not really understanding the consequences of their decisions, and being googly while doing it. It seems to be taking its unseriousness seriously. Good on GMMTV for taking initiative there.

4 Minutes? 4 Minutes needs moral closure, not sappy romance. I could have used a hint that we were gonna get punked earlier. I wouldn't have taken this show as seriously as I did if I had known otherwise.

So is the happy ending going to be that they both end up in a coma or dead and live happily ever after in limbo? Because I do not see any other way atm unless they both miraculously survive the gunshot wounds. But we don't know if Tyme actually gets shot in the OG timeline so maybe not?

But wait... What if Tyme has second thoughts about the way he ended things with Great (holding his hand and leaving him all sad and lonely in the middle of the street) and goes to his apartment to talk things out? It's more plausible that since we're in the OG timeline, Tyme would want to use Great for something else but I choose to believe in love lol anyway he finds Great in the elevator and saves him? But Great ends up in a coma? And Tyme can't seem to and/or doesn't know when to let go, as pointed out by our beloved Dr. Den earlier in the show.

Ahhhhhh I don't know what to think anymore so I really need some answers today ;;

Whatever is happening is happening so that the current Timeline’s (timeline2) Great + Tyme are bonded closer. Whatever resulted in other timeline’s Great to the brink of death (will call this Timeline1) has a lot to do with the fragmentation in timeline1’s Great/Tyme’s relationship going to shit.

If we are seeing this and all of these events are playing out from Great in timeline 1’s mind (dying one), then Great in timeline 2 (what we as viewers are seeing play out) , he needs to be pushed to Tyme. He needs to redo the choices he made in timeline 1 in order to have Tyme’s love, friendship, trust!

I also think if all of this is from Timeline1’s Great’s perspective, it explains why episode 3 was so strange?

1. Tyme knowing which College Great attended, what class he was in, what was Great’s favorite drink. In a way, I think he’s being fed this information so that he feels like he’s being directed to get closer to Great (outside of his own personal ulterior motive). Everything leads to Tyme and his relationship with Great. For timeline2’s Great to survive, his relationship with Tyme needs to be resolute and strong.

2. Great in timeline 2 does find Tyme in timeline 2 to be a little strange but he doesn’t necessarily find him off putting. I think it’s because Great in timeline 1, since these are events from his perspective re-happening, he’s removing a lot of the red flags since Great from timeline1 needs to expedite the relationship between Tyme/Great in timeline2. He can’t have Great questioning Tyme’s stalkerish tendencies because that isn’t conducive to his end game, which is for the relationship between the two to be formidable, in order to prevent the death of this timeline’s Great (timeline 2)

3. The claw scene at first watch, for me, felt so off and just happening so fast? But I think , after rewatching and analyzing it differently, the claw scene was a crucial moment in timeline1’s Great/Tyme’s relationship. Maybe in timeline 1 it happened much later after they met but it was something that really bonded the two. Great from timeline1 pushed this event to happen sooner in timeline2 because we see what the claw event date & the resulting car scene’s impact - they are bonding on a very intimate level by revealing their childhoods and their inner conflicts. They connected and that was crucial.

Also, do we think the visions that Great from timeline2 has where he’s holding Tyme’s hand is actually a memory that happened with Great/Tyme from timeline1?? Hence he tries touching Tyme’s hand in the car?

Finally, my thought dump about 4 Minutes

Just some thoughts that have been floating around since 4 Minutes ended.

As good as that show was, it needed to be longer than 8 episodes.

I would have liked to have seen Tyme's 4 minute version of his sex with Great. It wouldn't have added to the plot, I'm just that shameless.

This is my resus kink talking, but Tyme's resuscitation was too short and the view too limited for me lol. A hot body like Jeff's AND IT WAS RAINING, and I could barely see anything...Don't ask me to explain.

I would have LOVED to have seen the hospital staff's reaction to Tyme being rolled into the ER lol. Like their top resident was shot and almost DIED, on top of having another gunshot victim being treated (GREAT).

I would have thought that at least Great's mom would have had the car turned right around so that she could be with her son (if she even knew about him being shot). Or that Korn would have gone to the hospital after he found out. But perhaps they didn't want to risk being arrested. Yet Korn had no problem going with Tonkla to the convenience store after his face was plastered across news stations.

I think that for some viewers, they were expecting to see an in-your-face passion and romance between Tyme and Great in the real world. However, I think the best way to look at it is as these two developing their connection after what they've been through, in reality and in their 4 Minutes.

Although I understand and liked the set up of the "surprise" of Great surviving, I also would have liked to have seen what was going on with Great while he was being worked on and Tyme calling out to him. This might be my resus kink talking again. Don't judge me lol.

I would have liked to have seen Great and Tyme reconnect with each other while they were patients and during the 2 months afterwards (Den mentioned something like Tyme being out of work for 2 months while he recovered).

Did Great ever realize that him and Tyme were childhood friends?

I think that with each 4 Minute timeline, there were cosmic rules. Like how in the real world with Great's mom living, 4 people died. But in Great's 4 minutes, while 4 people lived, Great's mom died instead.

Wouldn't it have been romantic and dramatic if Tyme was the one to bring back Great? Through both Tyme's voice reaching Great in his 4 minutes and through his resuscitation efforts. This is NOT my resus kink by the way, I just love the angst and dramatics of it lol.

And finally, I would have liked to have seen Tyme come to terms with his parents' role in the gambling crime syndicate.

So yeah, that's it. WHAT A RIDE!

So here is my thoughts about numbers in 4Minutes.

2. The brain can only survive 3 to 4 minutes if the heart does not start again. Also, 4 means death in Chinese and Japanese language. In many places, there is no 4th floor or number 4 in China.

I think that, Tymes parents death can be related woth Casino, Greats family owns. So it's kind of revenge thing for Tyme. With no emotions and cold demanior, he has goals and keeps going. That's what nurses are gossiping. Maybe he sat the plan to use Great against his own family and they actually fall in love. Great willingly helps him and during that time something happens, Great went to hospital with heart stop, while Tyme is near Casino where he is chased and shot. The time can be 11:00 and while both of them are fighting for their life, Great is going back to his memories and all the things he regrets doing and not doing. The date, the playground, saving lives. The same time Tyme is also time travelling. With small differences. Great doesn't understand that he is actually time traveling, while Tyme knows that he is time traveling and he tries to make a difference. Maybe to save Great, to save himself and everyone who died in between.

In ep2 and 3 time went from 11:00 ->11:01->11:02 all this when Great and Tyme are getting closer and closer. The time goes on. And if the 4 minute is time before our brain dies when heart stops, Great has 2 more minutes left to change things, save Tyme and their relationship.

But there are so many many many things...

Like the woman who also sees 4 minutes ahead, she said that her heart stops. It means that Greats heart is stopped as well and everything is happening in past/time travel.

Also, Tyme is very suspicious, with too much knowledge, that's makes him a real-time traveler.

Also, I need more fanfics and shit 🥺

The only puzzle that needs to be solved to make sense of timelines, potential to change future etc..

And that is Lukwa.. and her timeline and her story

Ep 1 - we are watching the past and we learn Doc is doing his research and there is this patient who relived her past during cardiac arrest with the exception of that she could look into the future 4 minutes. She seems to be perfectly normal and happy now, nothing crazy or out of world happening to her

Ep 2 , 3 - Great comes to know that another patient had similar experience. He "dreams" of meeting her in a room

Ep 4 - we meet Lukwa again and talks about the 4 minutes room and seeing another man there. She also starts talking about what part of her life did she relive... and the scene cuts

From Lukwa's perspective (and assuming it is all normal timeline) we gather -

a) during cardiac arrest one has 4 minutes to live and brain is hyper active in that time

b) brain is reliving past dictated by one's strongest beliefs (regrets?), religion etc with the exception of seeing 4 minutes into the future (all imaginary)

c) multiple people in same room (now THIS IS WEIRD).. if two almost dying people reach the same limbo place then there is supernatural intervention... and this plot would make sense only if it is about second chances (now add the other pateint's story of seeing white angels performing on her... and she survived.. so maybe the end is supernatural intervention giving you second chance and saving you)

From patients in general and doctor

While we hear different experiences, we HAVE NOT HEARD of reality changing for anyof them... that would be mind boggling finding right? and everyone seems pretty sane talking about their experience as just an experience and also the doctor... reality changing would defy real world science and Doc seems chilled out so his research - whatever it leads to - doesn't seem to have led to Reality alteration

THE BIG BIG CONFUSION

Assuming Lukwa is normal timeline and truth (her conversations, her scenes are true) then she met Great. Great must have gone into cardiac arrest or got into his accident (while being rushed to hospital) to meet Lukwa in the 4 min room? If so, then Lukwa has recovered recently (assuming great has been out for a few days before cardiac arrest) and her interactions with Doc are in real time.... However, doc and tyme keep interacting so time continuity does not hold true

2. Let's assume since ep 1, we are in Great's dream - time does not flow normally here... nanosecond can be days..

Every character that we see (except the scenes before intro) Great has met them already and at time of his near death, he already knows about a lot of convoluted relationships/motivations etc

Now, in the past great and tyme were still entangled.. he would have met Dan Doc, he would have met Win (with respect to Title's murder), tonkla etc... ... So, if he interacted with Dan in the past he MIGHT HAVE LEARNED about his research work and 4 minutes case of another patient.. Did he meet the patient ever (crossing paths or something.. don't know)???

NOW, if we consider this.. then even the part where we see Doc speaking with his patients is happening in Great's dream world...brain is building its entire narrative... and now meeting the lady in the same 4 min. room makes sense because, again, it is not real .. and time continuity makes sense, continues to make sense

If writer plans on keeping supernatural out of the way, a logical ending for this should be

a) either great and tyme meeting up in some limbo state being together but dead in real life (more to imply that both cared about each other the most that they ended up in same place post death)

b) Great waking up.. giving evidence to Win to catch Korn, Dad, Tonkla etc... and somehow saving Tyme.. and reconciling

But, i don't see reality changing in any of that.. aka.. woman in ep 1 still died in car accident, Dome still died being killed, Title still dead - killed by Tonkla, Nan/girl still shot and dead

So, net net we need Lukwa's story, her demeanour etc.. because this Lukwa that we are seeing is still Great's dream world.. and that's not a reliable world with respect to any character

4Minutes Ep 5 Drunk Thoughts

I don’t normally drink on school nights but I’ve already made my decision toady. Here I am at episode 5. I just finished this week’s episode of Boy Next World and let me tell ya I bet switching over to this show is gonna do something weird to my brain even without the alcohol. I will have regrets in the morning. I have regrets now. But unfortunately I am a grown adul and am making my own decision (autocorrect has already fixed many errors. Because I am already drunk. Oh so the 11:00-11:04 is the time after Great was shot. And in his head he goes back and changes what he does in those moments. The world where Dome is alive exists in his head when he fixes those mistakes. And it's 4 minutes because that's how long he can survive without oxygen. But that doesn't make a lot of sense either. Because how did he end up outside with his mother and fighting with his dad in the world where he didn't fix those mistakes? How was he put in the position to get shot. I'm gonna stop trying to figure it out and just keep watching.

Well I suppose it's early enough to watch episode 6 too. Catch y'all in the next one.

4 minutes theories as of ep3

a little theorising for 4 Minutes based on the first 3 episodes because this show is itching my brain in the best way. and said brain is actually working a little today (as much as it can) so! mostly just putting this together so I have it all in one place

main theories (mostly things I'm fairly confident of/have strong text support):

Tonkla and Dome are brothers (literally no other reason to introduce Dome otherwise)

Great's visions of the future are actually glimpses of parallel/divergent timelines

You have around ~4 minutes to start CPR to prevent brain injury when someone's heart stops. This is the reason for the 4 minute limit of Great's 'visions': the person coding in hospital at the beginning of ep1 is obviously Great - flatlines at 11.00. he doesn't survive in every timeline (nor does Tyme)

we see Great and Tyme in Timeline 1 (T1). This is the timeline where Great has taken the second option each time - stopped to help the woman he hit, took Dome to the hospital etc.

on-screen Tonkla and the cop are in Timeline 2 (T2). key divergence is Dome's death

the opening ep1 scene of Tyme getting shot is T2 if there's only 2 main timelines

time progresses differently in the different timelines - or we're seeing things non-consecutively

gambling ring server gets hacked in T2, and the scenes of Korn related to that are in T2. but we also see Korn in T1 when he meets up with Great. unsure if the hack happens in T1 as well (where we see Tyme and Nan meet up and she gives him the USB, then Nan gets caught with the safe)

someone close to Tyme died because of the online gambling and that's the reason for his vendetta. Nan is also important to him beyond the access she gives <- going after Korn with a knife in a public area was not a well-thought-out plan.

minor observations & things I need to see more of to get an idea:

Tonkla and the cat he sees during sudden lightning/thunderstorm in ep1. Manee talks about her son with Tyme (and Anne) during a thunderstorm/lightning + Tyme sees Great's name on the card with a lot of significant lightning. ep3 didn't give us lightning but we did get actual rain, same as the beginning of ep1.

Great gets the visions of himself and Tyme the second time he sees him (omg he does get railed on the pool table whew) not the first time he runs into him after fleeing Manee's room

Title's dad is Important (hence the way Title walks around like he's untouchable). he tells Great to let him know if he needs Title's dad to do anything. my assumption is he's one of the crooked cops/shareholders in the gambling.

despite the establishment of the 4 minute rule, Great is clearly seeing himself & Tyme beyond that. also the vision of himself in the gallery with an unknown woman was not 4 minutes away.

strong theme of suicide (Manee's son, Korn's mother). Den is constantly trying to get Tyme to see his patients as people, and warns him against "prolonging the inevitable". we love a little heavy foreshadowing

Very tentative theories based mostly on vibes:

Great drowns, leading to cardiac arrest

Tyme's cup apology to Great is from a/the timeline where he killed Korn

T1-Tonkla is helping work against the gambling ring. Actually rewatching ep1, I thought I remembered his initial scene establishing him as good with computers (potentially the hacker) but all we know is that he'll fix "it". oh well, I'm still guessing this

I haven't looked at anyone else's theories or anything (except for @le-trash-prince's episode posts) so if there's anything that contradicts/supports/etc any of this please let me know! looking forward to the remaining episodes proving me wrong of 90% of this 😌

15 Day BL Challenge - The Sequel

Day 20: Which series do you wish had more episodes than it did or you wish had another season?

Two Worlds. This series was honestly my fave MaxNat series so far. I love the world time travel elements and semi-parallel universes. The action was amazing and I even enjoyed the lil love triangle. I loved the series up until the end. It felt like they threw in Kram's mysterious incurable disease to rush along the ending because they were running out of time.

There were so many things I wanted to explore before the end of the series and 8 episodes just wasn't enough time. I wanted more with Scarface Tai and Kram in Universe One. They wrapped up Phupha's storyline off screen and we're just not supposed to talk about how he married his sister? What happened to Kram's father from Universe One? What happened with WayuJao??? They didn't even get to finish their story??? I think a solid 10-12 ep run would've done this series wonders.

4 Minutes. Same issue, not enough eps. 8 eps wasn't enough time to flesh out this complicated ass plot. We needed at least 10 eps for this series. I think if we had more time we could've felt a little more attachment to Great and Tyme in the "Real" timeline. Their entire relationship was dreamt up and we still really don't know how they got together because we only saw a handful of interactions between them in real time and before Great got shot they were NOT on good terms and now they're boyfriends? But I'm a Greattyme girlie so I enjoyed what we got.

But how do we even know if they're still alive? I think if the series was a tad bit longer Tonkla might have survived and been able to escape with Korn?? Maybe we could've gotten more from Win other than poor police work and sex. I enjoyed the series for what it was because the series was amazing and I loved it but I felt like we needed more.

History 3: Trapped. WHERE IS OUR SECOND SEASON??? WHY IS TANG YI STILL IN PRISON????? WHY HAVE WE NOT SEEN HIM REUNITE WITH HIS BELOVED COP BAE SHAO FEI! It's not even like Chris and Jake aren't on board for a sequel...

To My Star. Look TMS doesn't need a 3rd season honestly and truly BUT I am DYING to know what tf is up with Seo Joon and his parents! Why did they abandon him? Why do they talk so badly to him?? Why are they ashamed of him. Also I would just love a season of soft boyfriends Seo Joon and Ji Woo.

Well I still have questions… but I didn’t come here expecting answers ig 🤷‍♂️ at least Great and Tyme survived, plus Great’s parents and Warit and Title went down. I would’ve been frustrated if none of the Sriwat cargo stuff got resolved in the end. I would like to know who tf had kidnapped Warit (Nan’s vengeful spirit in my heart).

Also the art exhibition lady??? Did she just give them future seeing abilities??? Coz Tyme had the OOBE but he never saw the future the way Lukwa and Great did. Anyways that’s lady Jinta in my head.

The bar for worst BL dad is pretty high (Tony Chen when I catch you) but Great’s mom might get worst BL mom in my book lmfao she really did not give a shit

Overall I think the series was fun ride. There were some things I felt could have been improved upon, but when is there not? The series had a lot of really great visual storytelling, some wonderful performances, and I think a nice story about how Great and Tyme had this brief but meaningful connection that they both felt could have gone better under different circumstances, and the way that connection saved them. Sometimes you don’t need an earth shaking romance to feel that with someone. Sometimes you just find someone you want to have a peaceful life with.

On one hand I don't know how realistically they could have her happy ending being alive together I feel like in order for that to happen they both need to move on from their pain and baggage Great needs to start respecting himself and Tyme needs to let go of the anger and resentment

It wouldn't be surprised if they don't end up together period in a weird way I think that would hurt me more then them dying because at least if they were to die maybe they'd find their way to each other in the afterlife but them walking away from each other would just feel final

I know none of that probably makes sense but in my head it does

I would love it if they were to survive they both come to an agreement to move forward and not back in order for anything to happen between them

9/10 show it sorta had 20+ minutes of dead time here at the end but i was on the edge of my seat and very engaged the entire time it was well done but they managed to make me not care about the main couple which isnt supposed to happen in a bl you cant let some twink steal the show!!!
