No but seriously, I'm so hyped for it right now, I've spent a literal week working on this in anticipation for it too! I cannot wait to check it the series premier tomorrow, no doubt it's going to be so freaking wild.

Boy now this little project took me about a WEEK to finish up proper. between having to go back once to redo the rough drafts, taking an hour to line out each character. TWICE. Then having to redo the flat coloring cause of an issue with the fill tool and J's hair, figuring out the shading, making the character's silhouettes stand out from the BG well, and finally making sure to put my socials around it to make sure others know where I'm at in the end.

All things considered though, this turned out really well in my opinion. Not perfect of course, but for the time put in, it came out great. Hopefully it'll make for a Great spotlight piece for the Murder Drones Fandom, and a fun project to look back on. Still as always, I'm willing to take of any feedback wherever and whenever I can. So, feel free to give your thoughts and I'll be sure to read them.

Who am I you may be asking yourself; well, I'm an associate's graduate currently building up a portfolio in any number of different fields of Visual Art, whether it be Graphic Design, Illustration, Game development, so on and so forth. Personally, hoping to offer commission services and sell prints, as well as develop my own small game in near future. First Self Portrait of 2025, might as well do something nice and show off my tool set.

Currently I have some plans in the work, both personal and professional, and it'll take some time to get things in order. But know I will get some things ready soon enough.

Hoping to do some printed designs and potentially work on a series or two, both original and fan based. so, keep an eye out for when I upload next, and let me know if you guys want more of it.

Future Plans for 2025

Hello Everyone

So far, I've had a very nice Christmas with Family and Friends, got some nice gifts this year too, and of course made some simple yet greatly delicious ham with mashed potatoes, brussels sprouts, carrots, and stuffing too. Overall, it was a nice holiday to spend at home yesterday, and I still got personal plans to do over the weekend as well. Hoping to See "Sonic the Hedgehog 3" of course looking to do some same day shopping after holidays too.

But right now, as well, I also need to prepare myself for the coming New Year of 2025, and I want to plan out my goals for it. In general, I want to continue to create more art, and even more so share it across the wider art community through social media. To do so of course I want to better set up a work schedule that fits best for my situation as well as set up a sustainable model for the time and effort I spend on my work. I want to set up a commission service to earn a bit for character pieces, learn new skills and retread old concepts, and upgrade my workspace setup to be more efficient, and comfortable. I also want to keep working towards improving my current state of health with more exercise, better dietary habits, and more time to truly relax my mind and spirit. On top of all that, I do want to setup an online storefront for possible print work. I didn't graduate with an associate in graphic design AND Illustration for nothing after all.

For things that I do have a solid idea for goals, here are a few I had in mind as examples.

Create a (series) of webcomic(s) to improve my story writing skills.

Produce a variety of printed designs and works.

Attend more local events and conventions.

Engage and converse with other art peers more.

Go out to the gym and pool more this year.

Customize and fill up an autograph journal of my favorite VA's.

Set-up a workspace for digital & traditional art.

Get a new car for travel, and/or learn to use the public transit system of my area.

Do a road trip throughout my home state.

Learn how to paint traditionally with gouache & watercolor.

Suffice to say, I'll need to really plan things out for the coming year, at least have things set up well enough for the first half of it. but for right now though, I just want to spend the first half of January getting my priorities in place. Maybe get some supplies, begin learning said new skills for visual art, set-up road maps for various goals, etc. So, I'll be stepping away from social media for the time being, to focus on getting myself set up for the coming new year. I won't be gone long though, just long enough to myself situated and ready. until then, I'll see you all next time when I return.
