well my car radio doesn't have bt either but i barely use its cd slot because an aux input & a usb stick with 20+ folders are much more convenient, narrowing those down to 7 wasn't easy but we made it! with the usual caveat that i might change my mind tomorrow etc. :

ibn el leil, mashrou' leila (which i own in its deluxe edition, the demo interludes kind of break the flow but it has bonus tracks i adore so.)

concert in blue, iamamiwhoami (functions as a greatest hits of sorts)

heaven or las vegas, cocteau twins

101 live, depeche mode (also functions as a greatest hits, it's unfortunately pre-violator but i don't like the selection in their other compilations as much)
