EGERLANDE / - The Egerland forms the northwestern edge of the Czech Republic. Originally, it was a small region of less than 1,000 km (390 sq mi) around the historic town of Eger, now named Cheb.

a lot of fanfic about characters just takes their name and not their personality, like Leon being a violent guy or some crap just for the plot, I have read that kind of fic and enjoyed the smut but it's because the writing was decent and I imagine Leon in that situation... I mostly like the character x reader stuff btw cuz I'm down bad T_T

EGER - contrary to EGER in Hungary - this town is in Czech Rep. and today is named >>> CHEB. Before the expulsion of Germans in 1945, the town was the centre of the German-speaking region known as Egerland.
