Si A: "Dear All.
Kira kira demikian pak, 🙂“
saya “Betul sekali pak. 🙂”
Saya: “Salam kenal pak Haryo.
Si A: “Termasuk belajar dari kegagalan saya ya mba?!😁”
Saya; “Betul sekali pak. Hehehe”
Si A: “Ya mba, mohon dibimbing saya untuk belajar ilmunya, saya kurang paham tentang istilah istilah, teory maupun metodologi nya, terkadang kendala saya disitu, assessment, disain program dan pelaporan saya buat dengan sekedarnya, kedepannya saya ingin memperbaiki kendala kendala itu🙏”
Saya: “Baik pak.
Terima Kasih.

P43.6-M bridge in Dgte opens for bidding
#PHinfo: P43.6-M bridge in Dgte opens for bidding
DUMAGUETE CITY, Oct. 2 (PIA) -- The full span concrete bridge connecting barangays Batinguel and Bagacay along the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) office here will open for bidding on Oct. 10.
Dumaguete City Bids and Awards Committee confirmed this following the pre-bid conference participated in by several construction firms to clarify matters before they ultimately decide to make the bid for the P43.6-M infrastructure.
Dumaguete City Mayor Felipe Antonio Remollo said the proposed second bridge traversing Banica River will replace the old spillway so that it can be utilized even during flooding.
The structure will be high and sturdy enough to keep all motorists and residents along the river banks safe, said Remollo.
About five construction firms participated in the pre-bid conference presided by BAC Chairman and City Legal Officer Manuel Arbon with prospective bidders including Uy Condev Corporation, PhilSouth Builders, Supreme Mega Structure Builders Inc., VVER Construction and Mighty Hok Summit Construction and Development Corp.
Construction firms who were not present during the pre-bid conference can still participate and submit their bids not later than Oct. 10.
The winning bidder must agree to the stipulation in the contract that the construction of the bridge be completed in 303 working days.
Meanwhile, mobilization in the construction of the bridge in Colon at the back of Foundation University has started with the possible removal of electric posts this week to further clear the work site.
The City Government and the administration of Brgy. Taclobo along with the engineers of the project will continue to consult the affected residents to address their concerns as the construction work continues. (jct/PIA7 Negros Oriental with reports from CPIO Dems Demecillo)

Strong Sales In This $162 Million Project Has Resulted In The Fast Tracking Of The Project
CONSTRUCTION of the third tower within the $162 million Cambridge Residences development will start in February, with strong sales prompting the developer to fast-track the project.
The third stage of the four-tower project offers a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments priced from $330,000, with the 164 apartments in the first two towers sold out.
Eastview Australia project manager Graham Goldman said the third tower was scheduled to be completed by Condev Construction by August 2019.
“We expect Tower 3 will mirror the sales success that drove the sellout of the first two towers where buyers, particularly those buying their first home, were galvanised by the very reasonable price point,” Mr Goldman said.
“Another compelling feature is the location on the doorstep of Robina Town Centre … residents are just minutes from a major shopping, dining and entertainment complex, public and private hospitals, a major medical precinct and Robina Train Station.
“And they have easy access to the M1, connecting them with the wider Gold Coast region and Brisbane.”
The Agency director of projects Steven Chen said Tower 3 of Cambridge Residences offered some of the best value apartments on the Gold Coast, particularly for first home buyers and investors.
Tower 3 will consist of 127 apartments across 12 levels, with resident facilities including a swimming pool, gymnasium, barbecue area and basement parking.
Apartments range in size from 74sq m to 158sq m, including balcony and courtyard areas.
One bedroom apartments start from $330,000, with three bedroom apartments from $626,000.
Once completed, Cambridge Residences will consist of 386 apartments across four towers.

P20-M bridge seen to declog traffic in Dumaguete City
#PHnews: P20-M bridge seen to declog traffic in Dumaguete City
DUMAGUETE CITY -- The city government here has started the construction of a multimillion-peso bridge to replace a spillway that was damaged by Typhoon Pablo in late 2012.
Traffic along Colon Street has been closed to give way to the construction of a full span concrete bridge at the back of Foundation University. It will connect the villages of Taclobo and Bagacay, said City Public Information Officer Dems Rey Demecillo on Tuesday.
The Colon Bridge project is locally funded with some PHP20 million, he noted.
Mayor Felipe Antonio Remollo earlier said the contractor, Joint Venture of Jaime Ching Enterprises and Supreme Mega Structure Builders, Inc., must complete the project within 299 calendar days, “barring any fortuitous event”.
Meanwhile, the city government has scheduled the bidding for the BIR Bridge project on Oct. 10, according to Demecillo.
The budget for the project is pegged at around PHP43.6 million.
The full span concrete bridge will replace the existing spillway connecting the villages of Bagacay and Batinguel passing through the road where the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) office is located, hence the name of the bridge.
The BIR spillway was also damaged during the onslaught of Typhoon Pablo although it remains passable to four-wheel vehicles unlike the Colon spillway.
At least five construction firms participated in last week’s pre-bid conference, namely, Uy Condev Corporation, PhilSouth Builders, Supreme Mega Structure Builders, Inc., VVER Construction, and Mighty Hok Summit Construction and Development Corporation.
Both bridge projects across the Banica River are expected to declog the traffic in this capital city once they are completed as these connect to road arteries for those traveling to other parts of Negros Oriental without having to pass through the city’s main thoroughfares.
Residents welcomed the bridge projects because in the past, especially during typhoons or bad weather, both spillways would overflow and become impassable due to flooding of the Banica River. (PNA)

Ambisi Tidak Terkendali
Semoga tercapai.
Amin
