ADULTS: BOTH HANDS interlocked between nipples, press down 2 inches CHILDREN 1-8: ONE HAND between nipples, press down 2 inches INFANTS: TWO FINGERS just below nipple line, press down 1.5 inches 30 compressions at 100-120 compressions per minute, allow chest to recoil between compressions, immediately follow with rescue breath

I’m sorry about not posting for a few days, but has anyone thought about death? I mean yeah you can die painfully or peacefully, but what happens after that? Are we reborn or is there heaven? Just, black or white? But before we at least try and answer these questions, most people fear death, they see it as a plague, something to run from, but, life must come to an end eventually, so why run from it? Every step we take each day is a step closer to death, some people like to run to death as a savior from this cruel world, some don’t get to walk. We are lucky with our lives, with homes we can afford and family who love us. Some or most people don’t get that fairytale ending, life isn’t perfect and neither are we, so why must we flee from death when there is no end to it? Why run when it’s bound to happen? What the point? What *is* the point of living?

Sorry for this depressing little episode, I was feeling bleak at 2am :)
