It's been almost two decades of this shit. I know it began before I was hoisted infront of national television cameras against my will, but I also know it definitely got worse after that and gave my abusers more confidence to see that I wasn't being taken care of by the other protesters or National Lawyer's Guild. These people use these places when they can't convince the legal system to file charges. They use them even if there's no drug use or illegal activity. They serve as "re-education" camps. They serve as instruments of torture and coercion, compliance-inducing deprivation of liberty and imposition of a range of abuses. Much easier than making up legal charges and organizing alongside corrupt government officials. https://filtermag.org/forced-drug-treatment-mexico/ The massacre this article below talks about happened the same month my parents locked me away in one of those same exact "anexos" as a way to force me to leave my house. The house which I legally own. They forced me into the place under the false promise that I was going to be take to press charges against the guy who broke my leg after weeks and months of harassing me in and outside my own house. They had flown all the way to Nayarit even though they live in the USA, just to take me out of my house and force me to return to the house they own in Tijuana. They then left me there with a broken leg for almost two months and promised to release me if I agreed to leave my house and come to Tijuana. They promised to give me the house, saying that they didn't care at all if I sold it or kept it as long as I came to live nearer to them. They also insisted I sell the house in Coamiles, even though it was my only property. I suspect that the incident in which my leg was broken again, about a year after I arrived in Tijuana, (On May 11th, 2021, when the state police illegally tried to deport me.) was actually in accordance with my parent's plans to force and coerce me into abandoning/losing all my assets, property, and returning to live in the USA where all this type of abuse began for me about 11-13 years ago. I've passed multiple blood tests and other lab tests, clean, no drug use since shortly after my medical cannabis card expired in California. This has been hell and then some. Nobody cares. It's too late for anything to really be fixed. Even my conservative family members behave as if it's easier at this point to have me caged or killed than to admit all they've directly done or been complicit to. https://www.latimes.com/world-nation/story/2020-07-02/massacre-at-drug-rehab-center-dramatizes-escalating-violence-in-mexicos-guanajuato-state
I have literally been threatened by a fucking police dispatcher for asking for help when my ex was being threatening and aggressive. Then when she finally went beyond the point of no return, the local police helped her clean up her mess and make her hands look clean about it.
I've gotten in a police car under the guise of "get in the car and we'll go press charges against the guy who broke your leg" only to get locked into one of these places, and not see a single act of justice in my favor. I haven't even touched a joint of weed in all the time I've been in Mexico.
This is more than too much for one person, and there's no tradeoff or perks. I could live a hundred extra years and it wouldn't atone for the trespasses against me, not that anyone's looking to atone. I'm not seen as worthy of any explanations or justifications. Their lowest of low can trample me underfoot and I'll be brutally or absurdly reprimanded in the pettiest fashion should I so much as try to fight back proportionately.
I want it to be over. They only want me to be over, even if it only crushes my soul and not the biological life out of me. But they'll take that too, their lives aren't satisfied with "enough." Nothing is too far an indulgence for them to gut my life for. I'm sure if it weren't me, they'd use someone else, maybe more than just one person. It's gotten this far and they won't stop yesterday just like they didn't stop the day before yesterday-- so why would it be over today or tomorrow?

This integration empowers cannabis testing laboratories to enhance regulatory compliance, automate result reporting, and streamline laboratory operations, ensuring adherence to the state’s regulatory requirements.
The Office of Cannabis Regulation (OCR) requires all cannabis licensees in Rhode Island to use Metrc for tracking cannabis products throughout their cultivation, manufacturing, transportation, testing, and sale. The integration ensures that cannabis testing labs can track and trace all samples from receipt to final disposition, minimizing compliance risks and ensuring a seamless flow of information between the lab and the state’s tracking system.
Advantages of CloudLIMS’ Integration with Metrc for Cannabis Testing Labs in Rhode Island:
Automated Data Management and Test Results Submission: This integration allows laboratories to automatically pull sample information from Metrc into CloudLIMS, including key details such as Metrc package tag IDs and strain data. Once testing is completed, laboratories can easily upload the results back to Metrc with minimal effort, simplifying the reporting process and ensuring timely and accurate regulatory compliance. This reduces the administrative burden and ensures Metrc records are kept precise and up-to-date, minimizing errors and saving valuable time.
Real-Time Sample Tracking: Laboratories can monitor the status of samples and test results in real-time, leading to improved visibility across processes. This transparency enhances communication with clients and regulatory authorities, ensuring smooth operations.
Efficient Reporting Process: The integration automates the generation of compliant Certificates of Analysis (CoAs), significantly cutting down the time needed to prepare and submit these reports. This efficiency ensures that CoAs are delivered promptly, enhancing laboratory productivity and performance.
Faster Turnaround Times (TAT): The integration streamlines the reporting process, helping cannabis testing labs expedite regulatory submissions, ensuring compliance, and preventing delays.
Simplified Auditing: The CloudLIMS-Metrc integration makes it easier to access and verify data during audits, providing a clear and transparent trail for regulators. This ease of data access contributes to smoother audits.
Scalable Solution: As the cannabis industry in Rhode Island continues to expand, the integrated solution is designed to scale effortlessly, accommodating increased data volumes and complexity while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency as labs grow.
“We are excited to offer CloudLIMS-Metrc integration to cannabis testing laboratories in Rhode Island,” said Arun Apte, CEO at CloudLIMS. “In an industry where compliance is critical, the integration helps cannabis testing labs meet the state reporting requirements. How Consumer Safety Can Be Ensured By CBD Testing?
Tumblr media
It takes years to build trust among your consumers and takes a fraction of seconds for breaking that same trust. While in the case of medicines and food industries, that trust is worth billions and trillions of dollars, don't you agree?
In the same vein being a trader, farmer, or product manufacturer of a cannabis industry, it's indeed important to deliver the best and safe product with complete assurance so that customers can show their full faith while trading.
The once-forbidden cannabis plant, today has become legalized in various provinces, however, the federal laws are still there with some fixed-out checkpoints like the level of THC and CBD present in the cannabis plant. Hence, the CBD testing labs come into play to address the best results of the tested cannabis in both the legalization and quality assurance terms.
Well, whatever the business or market you trade, the utmost priority is always the customers, if your customers are happy, then only the business will sustain or else, would face hurdles.
As known by all, the cannabis industry is highly chaotic since it results in unfair CBD producers artificially boosting or lying about the THC and CBD content in their cannabis products. Other businesses are even vending products that might have been tainted with pesticides, heavy metals, or other toxic ingredients. And so, to stand out in selling the quality cannabis product, businesses must integrate with the best and third-party CBD testing labs.
Why Choose Third-party CBD Testing Labs?
The third-party lab testing leads to the testing outline of cannabis products by the labs that have no alliance with the cannabis product producer. As such, the estimation of those cannabis products will be honest and impartial plus will not be controlled by any of the cannabis product producers.
Also, having an unbiased attitude on the analysis and test results of CBD products is required, particularly when the cannabis business is not controlled by the FDA rules in the way as the other products are.
Truly, each republic has its own set of laws when it reaches to the fact of how cannabis products are manufactured, packaged, specified, and classified. However, third-party lab tests are a critical measure of assuring consumers about the quality and made them aware of what type of product they are buying.
The CBD test labs that are considered approved by the state laws, must adopt the relevant techniques to accurately test the quality and health of cannabis products as per the regulations required by the state authorities. So, the consumers get the quality product within the state rules. It determines that CBD test labs have gone through an accreditation program while distributing the cannabis products, and have provided their agreement information to republic regulatory authorities.
How Consumers Get Benefited From Tested CBD Products?
Consumers only greed for quality and safe products when they spend bucks for anything. While in the cannabis industry, the traders must ensure quality and legalization assurance for their consumers.
And therefore, the third-party CBD test labs focus more on the following major three areas by which customers get the benefits:
Potency Assurance
The third-party CBD test labs test the potency of the cannabis product and assure the consumers with unbiased potency results about the THC and CBD levels. More precisely, such CBD test labs determine the proper amount of CBD plus any extra amount of cannabinoid in the product with proper ratios. Also, determines the other content potency present in the cannabis sample.
Contamination Testing
During the entire cannabis growth, farming, and harvesting process, a huge number of contaminants make their entrance into cannabis products, therefore, the CBD test labs test the products before they get sold to the consumers.
This is important, as various contaminants such as chemicals, heavy metals, residual solvents, microbes, etc. can be dangerous to human health. And so, by identifying their presence through the third-part test labs, they can be unbiasedly drained out to deliver the safe and quality product.
Legalization Assurance
As discussed above, the cannabis plant is the once-forbidden plant due to the presence of the drug element THC. Hence, later on, the cannabis plants have got the legalization in various republics by declaring the approved amount of THC in the cannabis products that is 0.3%. The cannabis products manufacturers, therefore, get checked their products from the third-party CBD test labs to get the honest test results.
In The Nutshell...
In the end, it can be concluded as products such as cosmetics, food, dietary, or medicinal ones must be tested with complete assurance for the customers.
So, to ensure that the cannabis product your customers are consuming is safe and productive, choose the best way that is third-party testing from the CBD test lab results. Here, you will find the detailed information presented by the independent third-party CBD test labs that use a class of scientific methods with proper instrumentation to define the quality of the cannabis products that you are selling to your customers.
