Simply because Max doesn't have the same appeal as Lewis and Charles, because they appeal to the fans who aren't just interested in racing - in fact, they're known outside of the racing sphere and make the effort to put their name out there by going to public events. Max hates publicity and doesn't go out to events if they aren't racing related. Even personality wise, I think Lewis and Charles come across as more likeable too - so people are more drawn to them. Then there's also the fact that they're seen as more conventionally handsome than Max, so they attract a lot more female fans than other drivers and in turn, those female fans will take interest in their WAGS.

And because Max doesn't want any of that.

Supposedly, Franco later confirmed that it was a chartered flight. But I haven't found anything that actually confirms this apart from claims by LH and Franco fans. And overall, the only sites I found mentioning Franco's statements are sketchy ones — you know, the kind of sites that end in 'blog', if you know what I mean 💀💀

Charles lately screams "F1 driver by the day, celebrity by the night". I don't really follow him anymore because of this. Because i want to see him as a ferrari F1 driver (and maybe future ELMS driver), not a celebrity with an arm candy. I know he has the money but does that dog need an LV harness? //

I've always loved Charles and I was rooting for him to win WDC, or P2 in the standings until the end of last year. But I've lost that love and respect for him this year because it's starting to feel like he's not serious about the sport. So why would I root for someone who himself is not committed to his profession?

And I think it's primarily because of how much he seems to be into literally everything except F1. He vacations, models, meets celebs and literally uses his dog as a prop within those 2 days between races, but I've not seen him seriously work on the car. And not to mention, his gf and her rabid fans have also turned me away from supporting him.

You do realise he goes to the factory more often than Max right? Since Spain Max wasn't even in Milton Keynes. And since the tifosi camp outside Maranello we have Charles training and working documented.

Plus Charles keeps everything else pretty local in that small stretch of the French, Monaco, Italian borders.

Meanwhile Lewis flies all over the world in between races. You don't know if he pops up in LA or New York or somewhere in Asia or anywhere else in Europe.

All the fans who believed Charles would be invited to MET...clearly he's not that famous. Being a co-chair's teammate does not give him a free invitation. And if he's not famous, you can forget about Banned #1.////

I found it laughable that fans were insistent that Charles and banned #1 were going to be in attendance. At the end of the day, it was a bunch of unnecessary and delusional speculation. Their only "reasoning" (because I can't even call it evidence), is that Lewis is his teammate or because they believe that Jacquemas was going to do a collab with them. Instead, neither Charles nor his gf were in attendance and Jacquemas was worn by Tyla. I think those fans were giving Charles and Lewis' relationship waaaayyyyyyy too much credit...and giving banned #1 way too much relevance if they ever thought a wannabe influencer was relevant enough to be invited when she's literally only known because of her famous F1 bf.

With the connections that Lewis has, I wonder if he could get someone like MG banned from the MET...But then again, it's not like she'd ever be considered for an invite in the first place. If Max would never even get an invite even though he's the reigning WDC, there's no way in hell that MG could even step foot in there. Granted, Max has no interest whatsoever in any kind of event like that, so he wouldn't care...But MG? She would be frothing at the mouth for this kind of opportunity. Talking about drivers dynamic Charles is the only driver on the grid (apart from fernando) who defends Max to the media. During the whole Austria, Hungary, Cota dilemma, Charles just said that he’d do the same thing because they’re fighting for the title and that’s the only way to do it.

Compare that to Lando’s reaction and his recent admission that he wouldn’t do what others do to win the championship (be aggressive basically) and he’ll get there by being “nice” is crazy.

Lewis won’t defend him because Max has never supported Lewis (the only black driver) against racism by piquets or even the media. If i were Lewis i would do the same so I don’t blame him one but. The other drivers (lando , george) give me the ick in their need to be different from him (especially compared to Charles who says he enjoys fighting max the most- lestappen things i guess lmao).

so between 2015 and 2020 when the BLM movement started Lewis and Max were friends? They never were. Period. Why is this the 3rd ask to insinuate otherwise? Lewis may like his hookups younger but he's not out here making friends with a teenage super talent. I'm not going to blame the demons for that. When I see max interacting with the other drivers, I get upset because it seems so one sided on his part. It’s obvious he sees some of the drivers as friends, but they don’t think the same as him (Lando). I think his only genuine friends who are drivers are Nico and Daniel, and I can’t help but think he deserves better//

I noticed this too but then I watched the drivers interactions in general. They all seem off this season. I feel like they all just fake friendliness for the cameras but it's obvious they don't really like each other. Max is being treated the worst. Lando and Carlos are for sure jealous and George was exposed by him for being a snake. I wouldn't be surprised if Lewis and Charles avoid him because of the witch. They both are smart enough to know the witch is just trouble. Just talking to her will be spread all over the internet and that could affect their reputations. And the other drivers just never been close enough to Max.

Lewis was never close to Max so nothing to do with her. And Lestappen will Lestappen. But since they don't spend podium time together anymore because it's all papaya we don't get our Lestappen crumbs anymore.
