Concert Review: Travis Scott’s Grand Show for AstroWorld Tour at Talking Stick Resort Arena
Cheapest Travis Scott TicketsTuesday night the Talking Stick Resort Arena in Phoenix, Arizona hosted the biggest, grandest show I have ever witnesses in my life. By the end of the Travis Scott's Astroworld Tour show, the crowd was overwhelmed. The show was all the Star’s efforts to bring back the same chill and thrill that he might have felt during one of his frequent visits to his favorite theme park Astroworld. Travis Scott Tickets Coupon can be benefited from by using the Ticket2concert website.
Tumblr media
The album Astroworld name is also inspired by that same park. Astroworld theme park was demolished in 2005 due to certain reasons but remains fresh in the minds of people who whole heartily loved that place.
Anyhow, coming back to the concert, the theme of the concert was also set upped to be like of a theme park with a large Scott’s head statue at the back of the stage. The production was undoubtedly dedicated to theme parks from a working roller coaster ride to some of the other fun rides. You can get Travis Scott Concert Tickets Cheap at ticket2concert with ease. Visit now before you miss this chance.
Tumblr media
Scott and some of his fans even rode the roller coaster, seeing the rapper performing at height was one of a kind experiences never seen before in any other rap production. Other visual effects were equally incredible amazing lasers, a variety of colors lights, and the absurd visuals of the large ocular screen at the stage’s back.
There were statues of notable political personalities scattered on the stage with, cyberpunk skyscrapers with lettering in Cyrillic and Japanese Katakana, then there was this unbelievably beautiful butterfly motif reappearing every now and then. If you are looking for Cheap Travis Scott Concert Tickets there is no better source for them than ticket2concert. You’re your tickets now! Scott would go and stand in the middle of it to make it look like he has wings. There was also a huge bulky astronaut that appeared at the end of the show.
Tumblr media
The full show featured just as amazing installation and visuals. The show featured songs from the Astroworld including "RIP SCREW," "STOP TRYING TO BE GOD,"  "SKELETONS," some harder tracks like "STARGAZING" and "NO BYSTANDERS" to slower cuts like "ASTROTHUNDER,” The show contained as many deep cuts, "Mamacita," "Don't Play," and "3500."
Scott has taken live rap to new kaleidoscopic heights with his tie-dye tour merch, and the light-headed, overcast songs. Buy your tickets from ticket2concert and get Travis Scott Tickets Discount. The most power-driven fact was that aside from the rides and the songs Scott showed candid admiration for his fans. This certainly highlighted excite that the crowed felt on being on this stimulating event. The crowed was going crazy jumping and singing along their favorite songs from the Astroworld album.
youtube
The only thing that I found quite strange was the stories that played at every set change was a series of memories or sibling being separated that didn't relate to any of the songs being played at the time, it was hard to figure out what were they trying to do. You can too enjoy Travis Scott’ fabulous performances live because Ticket2concert is offering Travis Scott Concert Tickets Cheap. Other than just that little slip, the show was a massive success.

// Google search Lainey Gossip Drake gets cut off February 11, 2019 at 3:31 PM by Kathleen Drake accepts the award for Best Rap Song for 'Gods Plan' during the 61st Annual Grammy Awards on February 10, 2019, in Los Angeles 331327 This is the Grammys. Set those words to the tune of Childish Gambino’s “This Is America.” The track won Song of the Year and Record of the Year last night, making it the first rap song in HISTORY to win those categories. In its 60-year history, the Grammys only now found a rap song they deemed worthy of two of their biggest honours. These are Grammys that Drake has never won. He’d won 3 previous to this year’s show, but all had been in the “Rap” categories. Last night, “God’s Plan” won Best Rap Song. This is the Grammys. Drake’s history with the Grammys has been tepid at best. He did not submit More Life for consideration. In 2017, he didn’t show up to the ceremony to collect his two awards, again both for rap categories. Here’s what he said then about his Grammys. “Even though ‘Hotline Bling’ is not a rap song, the only category they can manage to fit me in is a rap category. Maybe because I’ve rapped in the past, or because I’m black, I can’t figure out why… I won two awards last night, but I don’t even want them. … It feels weird for some reason.” We’ve written about this in the past in reference to Jay-Z and Beyoncé, two living legends, two artists who put out two of the greatest albums of the past decade. Jay and Bey are constantly relegated to the “urban” categories. They didn’t show up to this year’s Grammys but they did win Best Urban Contemporary Album for Everything is Love. Drake has called out the Grammys in the past for their blatant disrespect of a genre that has kept the music industry afloat for years and their lack of reverence for a genre they use to make their show more entertaining through performances but rarely through awards. Cut to last night. Drake accepts his award and calls the Grammys out to their face. He wasn’t sitting in the audience. He refused to play the ‘stand in the crowd and give you cutaways’ game. He was waiting backstage when his name was called. He walked out smiling, clearly with his own plan in place. An early shot fired: “It’s actually the first time in Grammys history I actually am who I thought I was.” I didn’t know how to interpret that line at first. It was Lainey who suggested Drake was calling out the show for constantly relegating him to the Rap column. Then, I revisited his statement above. “The only category they can manage to fit me in is a rap category.” So, what he’s sarcastically getting at is that with this song – an ACTUAL rap song – it’s the first time the Grammys gave him recognition for “who [he] thought [he] was.” That was his first jab. His next swings were more deliberate. They landed, without any need for interpretation. “All my peers that make music from their heart that do things pure and tell the truth, I wanna let you know we're playing in an opinion-based sport, not a factual-based sport. So, it's not the NBA where at the end of the year you're holding a trophy because you made the right decisions or won the games... This is a business where sometimes it's up to a bunch of people who might not understand what a mixed race kid from Canada has to say or a fly Spanish girl from New York or anybody else… But my point is you've already won if you have people singing your songs word for word, if you're a hero in your hometown. Look, if there's people who have regular jobs who are coming out in the rain, in the snow, spending their hard-earned money to buy tickets to come to your shows, you don't need this right here. I promise you, you already won." Drake tries to say more but before he can throw another punch, the Grammys cut to commercial. The producers may try to say it wasn’t deliberate but up until that point in the show, the other winners were not cut off as abruptly. And you can’t ignore that just as Drake was reading the Grammys, it was conveniently time for a commercial break. Listen, Drake could have sat out the show altogether, like he’s done before and like Childish Gambino did last night, and Frank Ocean has done before them. No, he showed up with something to say. Drake turned down performing at the Grammys this year, as did Kendrick Lamar and Childish. Hip-hop artists seem to be fed up with the Recording Academy’s bullsh-t. I’m glad that Drake showed up to say his piece. I’m glad he stood up for a genre that he currently dominates. If the charts are any indication, Drake is the most relevant artist of today. He’s been criticized in the past for not using his platform to say anything substantial. Last night, Drake stepped up and dropped the mic. FINALLY. If I’m being picky, I just wish he had really gone for the jugular. If Drake was trying to say that the Grammys don’t care about black artists, I almost wish he had just said it – with gusto. In his own words, he said the Grammys weren’t relevant. He told his peers that these awards don’t matter and that they shouldn’t be looking to this show to validate them. He’s right. He shouted out Travis Scott and Cardi B, two black artists who put out two of the most pertinent albums of the year but were still pushed into their lanes of Rap or “Urban.” (Cardi was nominated for Album of the Year but didn’t win.) If Drake had been given more time to talk, maybe he would have called these injustices out by name. But instead of letting the man have his moment, the Grammys silenced him like they’ve been doing to the biggest artists in pop culture for years. Sounds like a real solid strategy in staying relevant. The Grammys cut off DRAKE. This is the Grammys. It’s poetic that Childish Gambino’s song about racial injustice in America is the first rap song to break the Grammys’ shutout of the genre. The song is telling America about itself. It won two of the Big Four awards on a night that Drake told the show about itself. It may be my favourite thing Drake has ever done. I’ll leave you with Hannah Giorgis for The Atlantic breaking down what Drake’s chess move says for the future of this flailing show. If Drake, that goofy and algorithm-friendly genre-bender of a rapper, is no longer willing to feign appreciation for the award, then who in hip-hop will care about its future? A WORD. A #LiveNation source told says, “Nicki’s tour could be the most disappointing ticket sales of the year for any artist. These are big arenas with up to 20,000 capacities. Sales for opening night in Baltimore is 2,000 tickets. LA is 3,400, New Orleans 1,000, Denver 1,300, Chicago 3,900. Even her hometown Brooklyn is only 5,050.” Sources even said the #NickiMinaj tour is in danger of being canceled! Meanwhile, on Monday, Minaj went after #TravisScott and #KylieJenner on her Beats 1 show, “Queen Radio,” accusing them of manipulating the sales of his No. 1 album by using a well-known industry cheat of bundling free albums with cheap merchandise — like clothing and so-called tour passes — to bump up sales figures. Minaj fumed that Scott was “selling f - - king sweaters [and] tour passes” and parading daughter Stormi “for publicity.” She called Scott “ho n - - - a of the week,” ranting the alleged maneuver had put his “Astroworld” album at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 while her new album, “Queen,” debuted at No. 2. An industry insider said, “Nicki has gone off the rails. She can’t take it that she sold less records than #CardiB (who’s stealing her thunder big time) in her first week; she can’t take it that Travis beat her to No. 1. Her ticket sales for her tour are in the toilet, and it’s making her even more crazy.” (via PageSix.com) https://ift.tt/2o0oBat

Airlines Could Reveal Strategies to Impede Spirit and Frontier — Travel This Week
The Big Three U.S. airlines have been heavily discounting to thwart the rise of Spirit and Frontier airlines. Pictured are Frontier planes on September 11, 2012. Frontier
Skift Take: It will be interesting to see whether American and United can continue discounting to the degree they've been doing now that Hurricane Harvey has added vigor to already-rising fuel prices. With the likes of little Norwegian Air bringing its low fares across the Atlantic, this promises to likewise raise blood pressure levels in legacy airline boardrooms.

We apologize for not predicting in these pages last week that the longtime CEO of Expedia Inc. would secretly answer job interview questions at Uber the previous weekend, leave $200 million in stock options on the table, and pose for selfies with Arianna Huffington and Uber founder Travis Kalanick as the ride-sharing company’s new chief executive by Wednesday.
Sorry, that wasn’t in our forecasting bag of tricks. But we will be analyzing the developments on Thursday in a Skift call if you want to join us.
After a week of nonstop news like that, we admit we don’t precisely know how everything this week will turn out. The way things are going, perhaps the Priceline Group CEO will take over the corner office suite at Airbnb, and maybe Alibaba will buy TripAdvisor. You never know.
As major airlines try to get their flight schedules through Houston back on track following Hurricane Harvey, and gas prices spike because refineries got swamped, we’ll take a look at other stuff going on this week. As always, you can view all of our Travel This Week posts here.
Will the Cheap Fares Last?
Many of the most influential U.S. airlines will present Wednesday at Cowen’s 10th Annual Global Transportation Conference. Look for most executives to talk about the fare environment — or specifically what they’re doing to try to thwart discount carriers like Frontier and Spirit airlines from growing successfully.
In recent weeks, we’ve seen major airlines discount considerably in off-peak periods, even, in some cases, on close-in fares. United Airlines has been selling Chicago-New York fares for as low as $45. Yes, those are Basic Economy fares so they’re heavily restricted, and business travelers avoid them. But they’re still cheap. (United even told Bloomberg recently it was selling seats on some routes for as low as $20 one way.)
Investment analysts generally know why airlines are discounting. It’s a competitive business, and all airlines want to maintain their share. And at least two carriers — American Airlines and United — are better-positioned than they were this time last year, when neither had a Basic Economy product to sell.
But expect to see some questions about how long all these cheap fares will last. Some analysts have wondered whether it’s time for all airlines to raise fares a little bit.
“We believe that even though Spirit is largely responsible for setting the pricing floor in the industry (along with other ultra low cost carriers), that floor itself could be moved higher without meaningful customer share attrition,” Jamie Baker, of J.P. Morgan, wrote in a recent report.
Airlines schedule to participate include American, United, Delta, Southwest and Alaska.
The carriers might also be able to share a rough estimate of how much money Hurricane Harvey has cost them. United, with a major hub at Houston Intercontinental, will be most affected, while Southwest, with  its its large operation at Houston Hobby, will also take a hit.
Asked on August 26, whether he’s concerned about the fallout, United President Scott Kirby said the airline was more concerned with its people than its finances. “The financial impact is going to be what it is,” he said. Brian Sumers
Pressure on Jet Fuel Prices
Airline executives at the Cowen conference and elsewhere will be addressing how Harvey disrupted the work at jet fuel refineries in the U.S. South. On Thursday, Colonial Pipeline, a key pipeline for carrying jet fuel and other petroleum products from a Gulf Coast refining hub to the East Coast, shut down due to the aftereffects of the storm.
Jet fuel prices — along with gasoline prices at the pump for Labor Day weekend — surged. Jet fuel prices were up 41 percent since June 21, according to Bloomberg.
Airlines are likely to pass much of that cost spike along to passengers in the form of higher ticket prices. Most airlines do use financial instruments called hedges to ensure against sudden spikes. But there is a limit to how well so-called fuel swaps tied to either jet fuel or crude oil prices can cover surprise disasters like Harvey. Sean O’Neill
Just in Time for Hydrogen Bomb Testing
The U.S. ban on citizen travel to North Korea kicked in September 1 — a couple of days before the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea announced it had tested a hydrogen bomb. Adventure travel indeed has its limits.
Summer Visa Work Program Could Be Axed
We undoubtably will hear word this week on whether the Trump administration is gutting the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program for immigrant children born in the United States, but some observers likewise expect to soon learn more, possibly this week, where the White House will eliminate the J-1 visa Summer Work Travel program.
The program has been on the chopping block since earlier this year, and if eliminated would have a big impact on many travel brands that use seasonal employees. Daniel Peltier
Kayak Consults as Some Momomondo Workers Start Packing
Kayak, which acquired Momondo in July, began a formal two-week redundancy consultation process with 47 Momondo and Cheapflights employees whose jobs are in jeopardy because of the  synergies that come with such deals. The process is required in the UK following major transaction like this.
In theory, some of the employees could retain their jobs if Kayak can find appropriate positions for them elsewhere in the organization. We — and they — are not very hopeful, though, and the vast majority likely will soon be out of work. It goes without saying that we feel the pain of these longtime employees. To articulate our feelings further would indeed be redundant.
