Well Done:

I worked hard in this tense period, yet I hadn’t overstrained myself. I drunk tea, I went out for a little snack, I calmly proceeded the technical processes.

Friendly approach to everyone.

To better:

I’m a bit unfocused with my evening routine. I wanted to read and maybe write an assignment, yet I watched one episode of “Conversations with friends” and then, when mom came switched to “Perry Mason”. I didn’t wanted to engage with the series, so I googled some things instead. As a result I haven’t done anything. Remember what beautiful things I anticipated when I was working and do them.

Delights:

After work stroll with “AM” album on repeat. Perfect soundtrack for now.

Alexandra Petrova

She claimed the title of the most beautiful woman in Russia at only 16 years of age. Competing for the crown against the unfortunate finalist, Svetlana Kotova, Petrova seized victory and fame, but also the curse.

In just a few years, Petrova rose rapidly in the modeling business, but failed to find her love. Everything changed when she met 35-year-old Konstantin Chuvilin in her native city of Cheboksary. The man was in business up to his ears, a prosperous entrepreneur who ‘controlled’ local market spaces in the city. Some describe Chuvilin as an influential member of a criminal gang that reinvested profits into legal businesses.

In any case, Chuvilin was the main target of a killer who waited for the couple and two other businessmen on the stairs of an apartment complex in Cheboksary.

A stray bullet hit Petrova. The 19-year old Miss Russia died on the way to the hospital just two days before her twentieth birthday on September 18.

Well Done:

Participated in the ACA meeting, though initially I didn’t want to delve into the burdensome questions we discuss there. Thereafter I felt at ease with my healing process.

I responded to an administrative issue at our small ACA group with amicable civility. Though I really wanted to point out the arrogant stupidity of a member.

To better:

In my mind I still hold responsibility for issues that are not my sole concern. Automatically I took the misunderstanding in the small group and organisational problems of my friend’s birthday party as my personal failures. I shall remind myself that matters of few people are matters of few people, not just me.

I caught myself wanting to flee reality: listen to noisy music, watch engaging films etc. Underneath this compulsive behaviour there is sadness and loneliness that correspond with need for friends and it’s current unfulfillment.

Delights:

Clear blue sky and shiny white snow all over town. Such a pleasure of walking in winter magic.

I really enjoyed visiting a bookstore, looking at the popular stands and choosing a gift.

I’ve made delicious chicken in batter.
