Clash of FE Classes - Final
(pictured: a Sage icon from Shadow Dragon, and a Dracoknight icon from Shadow Dragon, on a GBAFE arena background)
I am fashionably late, whops
introductions to the classes, other closely associated classes, and explanations under the cut
Mages are typically infantry units who cast magic with their tomes, and promote into Sages, who typically wield staves as well as tome magic. in games that divide magic types, Mages and Sages wield Anima (although Sages sometimes dabble into Light magic as well), and in games that divide types of Anima, there is typically one branch of Mage for each type of Anima magic, with few mechanical distinctions otherwise. Mages are typically distinguished from Clerics and their associated classes by having a higher focus on offense instead of Resistance, although both class lines share a penchant for extremely low durability against physical weapons. closely associated classes include the Priestess from Gaiden/Echoes: Shadows of Valentia; the War Mage from Genealogy of the Holy War; the Archsage from Blazing Blade and Radiant Dawn; the Diviner and Onmyoji from Fates; the Guru and Enchantress from Echoes: Shadows of Valentia; and the Warlock and Gremory from Three Houses.
are they Wyvern Riders and Wyvern Lords, or Dracoknights and Dragon Masters? the answer is not consistent across the series, as aren’t the translations. and as aren’t, for that matter, their typical weapon types; historically, they’ve wielded lances primarily and sometimes swords, as Pegasus Knights do, but Path of Radiance gave them axes as a new secondary weapon, which then became their primary weapon in Radiant Dawn, and this has since remained that way. whatever it is exactly that these people are riding, though, they’re as mobile as Pegasus Knights and a lot more durable to boot, which consistently makes them powerful and versatile units – although their Speed isn’t always up to snuff, their Resistance can let them down, and they usually still take heavy damage from bows. closely associated classes include the Wyvern Knight from Sacred Stones (who is on a different mount than that of the Wyvern Riders and Wyvern Lords of the same game, thanks treehouse); the Dragonlord from Radiant Dawn; the Griffon Rider from Awakening; and the Malig Knight from Fates. Ashnard from Path of Radiance, as well as Ivy, Zephia and Zelestia from Engage, all have unique wyvern-riding classes (although it’s, uh, definitely not a wyvern that Ashnard rides…).

hmmm we haven't had a unit lim banner in a while we really need more of those. vbs, wxs and l/n to go.
...you could have toya as the 3* on the anniversary banner and then do vbs lims. throw kohane or akito on there too even though they only recently got lims.
but then again it's probably too close to the vsinger lims and minori is desperate for a lim as well...
idk maybe they'll just do unit reps for anniversary again like none of them are at the max atm
or you could do vbs lims as the november lim event. means they land the xmas slot again but. fine. throw a L/n after or something so a different unit can get the christmas banner
maybe they'll do christmas lims this year they finally did halloween last year. it's possible i guess but it would clash with new year banner unless they made it the november lim event.
also i'm guessing there will be another culture festival event at around the correct real-life time (novemberish). probably one of the new classes. could be a permanent mixed event and then vbs unit lims before? that kinda works.
obviously as well since a lot of characters are starting to hit 5 lims and every MC has their 4th now we'll be moving into 6th lim territory, with Shiho and An likely first out the gate because of how long ago they got their 5ths.
no fucking clue who could be NY event but if we're still doing vday and white day i could probably work those out. easier to start with white day. there's only 4 boys so if we continue on that route it'll be an akito or rui banner. probably Akito unless he lands one before then. also i'm assuming they'll want to avoid pairing up the boys from the same unit so that gets you akito/rui banner or tenma brothers banner. obviously if akito gets a lim banner before then you can scrap this because as a rough estimate since there's 8 characters left and i don't think all of them will have gotten a banner by february in order for akito or rui to get their 3rd. it took 22 months for the first rotation so as a guess based on that second rotation will last until next may. so anyway if akito gets an event before white day then you can gender flip it. maybe go with An because she gives me the most ikemen sort of vibe ig. anharu ikemen white day event i'm still manifesting you.
if you did that it would be interesting to gender flip valentine's but it really depends on how brave the devs want to be i remember the dress design competition ended up. if not then just throw Minori on it I guess? pretty much everyone who's left has been on vday except mizuki, minori, akito and an, and two of them have white day cards (but saki did get both actually so it can work).
wait why am i predicting valentines day this was meant to be about the september mixed events
anyway i'm thinking maybe something like this?
vocaloid units are random guesses and the blank spots for the september mixed events are for vocaloid cards that i couldn't be bothered to predict. i put minori on the miya banner because i figured it could be like a graduation-sorta thing. however based on the timing of the thanksgiving fes and the wandasho channel that will presumably be held during that, you might be able to scrap the separate miyajou and kamikou banners and mash them into one. have some generic mixed event directly after the vsinger event.
if they do end up doing miyajou kamikou banners separately (ignoring the fact i pulled this out my ass and it might not happen at all) then you can probably swap around the lineup for kamikou. mizuki has a lot of cards rn so maybe you could drop them to a reward card. i think tsukasa is likely since he just got a 2*. same with an since she just got a 3*. but then again they've already been a lineup on new years. you could throw akito on but he just got a 4* and was also on new years. he does need a stamp quite desperately though... oddball 1-2 on the lineup makes sense to me like they'll probably get chucked in the same class and it brings a balance with the 2nd and 3rd years on the banner. eh i guess mizuki and an works since nene is probably anniversary so i ruled her out.
i picked leo/need for first event back because... i dunno. they started the first one? idk i felt like it. rui banner because obligatory rui october slot 2.
...this isn't really going anywhere, is it?
take this i dunno what i'm saying anymore oh shit this is a long post
I think we might get a N25 event fairly soon or at least an event with Mizuki in it because Hiichan posted a tweet recently about being in a recording session
#i hit character limit on the note i was writing all my spec in so it just goes on tumblr now sorry#bye#mine#project sekai

jimmy sitting disheartened and all alone at the courthouse would be his day, every day, if he didn't indulge in ugly excess and fill every nook and cranny of saul's existence with continual noise and color and too loud advertisements and paid companionship and a bluetooth immediately in his ear. there's a piano in the mansion that never gets played, he can't explain why he even bought it, jokes it adds class. putting a tombstone in the middle of the room would be too unsubtle, not that he's aiming for subtlety. he avoids going down to court when possible, avoids interacting with the legal community in general, and they have a particular ire towards him when he does. they are not his colleagues, they are his adversaries.
suzanne called him a scumbag and there was only one person in the world who'd defend him against that accusation, and she's gone. when kim wexler left, the ada said, good for her, aloud to everyone in the vicinity, but then they all talked about what a shame it was to lose such a fine lawyer. it had to be the hamlin thing right? a few people whisper, maybe, in her time at HHM, she and howard were closer than they seemed, didn't you know the firm paid for her law school, there's another piece of the HHM legacy ruined forever, but those rumors are shut down quickly. first with, no, he wasn't like that. it's still hard to believe he could ever... and then with, no way, she was devoted to mcgill. she defended him at the hearing against his own brother, remember? that was the beginning of the firm's problems. even, i heard she accused howard of nepotism. then other details, she quit s&c abruptly, that was probably his fault. he did the same thing in santa fe. never made sense what she saw in him. or, she seemed to get fixated on wanting to help people, think it was guilt because she knew what he was becoming? or, she finally woke up, guess she was disgusted by what he was becoming. imagine having to live with him. or, why would a woman like that ever marry him? she disbarred herself! he totally tanked her life. or...?
discussions of james mcgill begin to treat him like he's dead, though no one quite realizes they're doing it. it wasn't that he'd been a bad lawyer, he was smart, he could be a really nice guy, but he was always wheeling and dealing. hard to know what was real until he showed it with that de guzman thing. maybe that was why she disappeared.
none of these discussions are had in front of saul because saul is never approached like a human being, but he still knows they have them. he's an annoyance, an aggravation, self-aggrandizing, tenacious. he succeeds with his cases, often. at a cost. they have to deal with his screeching commercials and his clashing suits, it is impossible to avoid this man in albuquerque, he rises to mini-celebrity status through sheer obnoxiousness alone, never letting anyone forget he exists. i'll fight for you. nobody knows what he's even fighting for - glory? money? respect is out of the question. they never see anything genuine from him except his desire to win.
he will not sit alone at the table. whatever, it doesn't matter who's there with him, but he's not pathetic. he's great. hell, he's untouchable. you've never mattered all that much to me...but so what? this is easier. no more pretending, no more attempts to play it straight, no one else to try and change for. he's a cathedral of justice with foam columns. they can't take him down. he beats them to it.
#IDK WHAT THIS IS#i'm upset#jimmy mcgill#saul goodman#kim wexler#better call saul#bcs spoilers#*#btw the rumors and commentary are dedicated to people who don't get this show lol

Once Friends
FE Three Houses Drabble
Word count: 1,454
“Teach... what should we do?”
Claude’s voice rang out besides you, snapping you into the reality of the situation.
An army, clad in gold, standing with you.
An army, garbed with blue, ahead of you.
An army, soaked in crimson, in a steadfast march. They would arrive in moments.
You focus your gaze on the man standing a few paces in front of you, carrying a spine-chilling spear.
“Dmitri!” You called his name. He flinched, ever so slightly, so small you may have imagined it. Was the Dmitri you used to know still in there? “What happened to you?”
“I think the real question here,” he growled, “is what happened to you? Ever since you’ve decided to prance around with those Deer, you’ve gone soft.” He spat out the word ‘deer’. “I do not intend to hold hands and make friends while we are being oppressed. Justice must be obtained, and we will be the ones to take it!”
A cool voice broke in, “Is that really how you see things, Dmitri? I would’ve thought you were smarter than this.” Edelgard and her army had arrived. “You know, it really is such a shame. Years ago, we stood here as classmates”, she sighed, “But now, you choose to stand in my way. All of you.” Her eyes trailed towards you and Claude. “And if you wish to achieve something, then it must be taken by force.”
“As big class reunions go,” Claude shook his head, a heavy-hearted smile on his face, “This one’s got to be the worst in history.”
‘How did it come to this?’
You heeded your surroundings, and your heart shattered. These were your beloved students, your family. You had fought beside, argued, and laughed with these students. You did everything together. And now, they were about to slaughter each other, with you at the heart of this twisted battlefield.
The tension in the air held a vice grip around your throat. A slight creaking to your right told you Claude was drawing his bow. You opened your mouth for one last hopeless attempt at negotia-
"Enough”, Dmitri split the silence, driving his spear into the air. “Soldiers, our time is now! Justice will be ours! KILL EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM!”
“For the Adrestrian Empire!” Edelgard roared, urging her army to charge with her axe lifted into the air.
You gasped, drawing in a breath you didn’t know you were holding. You shook yourself back to your senses. “Forces, Charge! Put a stop to this madness!”
Metal clashed before you, arrows flying, blood splattering, fallen bodies being stepped over as the three armies collided. Screams of pain pierced into your heart from every side. War is so ugly. You incapacitate one enemy after another, trying not to look too closely at their faces. ‘I’m such a coward’, you thought. ‘I can’t even look my own students in the eyes while I’m cutting them down.’
Amidst the chaos, you see Dmitri, mercilessly thrusting his lance into anyone foolish enough to get to close. His eyes meet yours, his face harder than stone. He begins making his way towards you through the sea of bodies and steel. ‘I’ll have to face him head on, maybe I can get through to him!’
He lunged towards you, his lance making a path to your chest. You deflected, startled by its ferocity. He was really trying to kill you. He stabbed at you again and again, and each time you deflected. Your arms burned. “Dmitri, you don’t have to do this! We can talk this out!”
“It’s too late for that now!” He bellowed. “If you wanted to suck up to me, you should’ve done it five years ago!”
You grit your teeth. “Damnit man! We used to be friends!”
“Used to be, yes. But I refuse to be friends with one who stands by and serves our oppressors!”
The crowd around you was already thinning, as soldiers dropped one by one. The battle wouldn’t last much longer. You were getting desperate to find a way to stop the fighting.
“Dmitri, ENOUGH!” ‘Why am I doing this...’ “I won’t fight you anymore!” You threw your weapon down.
This caught him off gaurd. “What are you doing?”
“We want the same thing; for peace throughout Fódlan. It’s..” Your breath caught in your throat, desperation slipping into your voice. “It’s not right for us to be killing each other like this. Don’t you see? This is what the higher ups want; for us to wipe each other out so that there’s no one left to oppose them!”
Dmitri’s eyes wavered. He is still in there!
“Please, Dmitri! Just listen to me, listen to reason!” It was all you could do to keep yourself from bursting into tears.
“You... Believe so?” He warily lowered his spear.
“I know so.” You extended your hand. “Come with us, Dmitri. We’re on the same side!”
Moments passed as though they were hours. The chaos around you had calmed; every eye was on the two of you, waiting to see if he would take your hand, ending the fighting.
More excruciating seconds passed. Your heart was damn near escaping your chest. Finally, after the most painful staring contest you’ve ever been a part of, Dmitri threw down his lance, and strode forwards.
Relief washed over you, the sickening tension and fear that had previously taken hold of you. Your face split into a smile, as Dmitri took your hand, accepting your offering of peace. Wow his grip is tight!
...A little too tight.
You tried to pull your hand away. He held on, his grip made of iron. Panic started to wash over you. You couldn’t reach your sword. You didn’t have any other weapons!
He pulled a knife from his cloak with his free hand and brought it over his head, his eyes pieces of ice.
“I don’t make deals with traitors.”
He brought the knife down. You caught his wrist, barely, and desperately tried to keep its gleaming tip from reaching your chest, but it was futile. You looked into his eyes, and were shocked to find that they had tears in them. He didn’t want this either. The knife shook, inching ever closer to your chest. You couldn’t move.
“It doesn’t have to be this way, Dmitri, please!” You were begging for your life. He didn’t respond, only pushing down harder than before. A sharp, burning pain in your chest told you that the knife had begun to dig in.
This was it; this was how you were going to die. Begging and pleading at the hands of a former friend. ‘Why did it turn out like this?’
You felt something hot splatter onto your face. Your vision went red. The grip on your hand was released, the knife in your chest stopped pushing. Dmitri’s eyes widened; there was an arrow in his neck. He stumbled back, releasing you, gasping for air that wouldn’t come. You fell backwards. He dropped to his knees, his hand reaching for his neck.
“Y-you...” Whatever he was trying to say, he didn’t finish it. He collapsed to the ground.
You felt footsteps to your right. A hand reached out in front of you. You didn’t take it; you were too shocked, you couldn’t take your eyes off Dmitri.
He was your student. Your friend. And now? He was gone.
“C’mon, teach, stand up.” Claude gently grabbed your hand, pulling you to your feet on unsteady legs. “I’m sorry for what I did. But he was killing you, and it was the only way...”
Tears welled up in your eyes. You couldn’t believe it. There was no way that one of your closest friends was lying dead on the ground in front of you, it couldn’t be true!
The dam inside of you snapped. You started sobbing, tears pouring out for your lost friend.
Claude didn’t say anything, just wrapped an arm around your shoulder and turned his face away. ‘Is he crying too?’
The Blue Lions were retreating. They no longer had anyone to follow. The Black Eagles were nowhere to be found; they must’ve retreated earlier.
One of your own soldiers shouted for your attention. “Should we give chase?”
Claude answered, “No. We’ve lost enough. We’re going back to base.”
You didn’t object. The reality of the situation stopped you cold. You had just murdered the ruler of the Kingdom of Faerghus. War was imminent. thousands upon thousands of lives are about to be lost, and it’s your fault. Your heart sunk even further than it already was. You drew in a shaky breath, and began the trek back to base. This was only the beginning of a long, blood soaked path.

Finally finished FE:3H!
Just finished the Blue Lions route! Took about 65 hours. My thoughts under the cut (spoilers)
That was fun!! It got a bit repetitive with the monthly routine at times but I was very impressed with the graphics and moving round the Monastery
I thought the characters were well fleshed out and I liked how non-main characters were still plot relevant. Eg. Ashe losing his adoptive father and how he mentions being upset in later chapters. Crazy how every bit was voice acted!! I loved Seteth’s voice. Felix, Sylvain, Mercedes all sounded great. Dimitri crazy voice!!
Mostly enjoyed the story but was a bit disappointed with the way it was wrapped up tbh. It was very fast and left a lot unanswered about Byleth’s origin, Sothis, Rhea, Edelgard’s motivation/source of power. Seteth and Flayn... I know there are two other roues so I assume these things are covered in those but a bit weird to have no mention. Why does Byleth have no heartbeat? Who is her mother? Why is she tied to Sothis?
I don’t see the point at all in Sothis disappearing halfway through the game. It did absolutely nothing to the story and removed a narrator/main character. Why couldn’t she bless Byleth with her power and then stick around as a spirit guide?? And she was basically never mentioned again!?? What?? And whilst I hate f!Byleth’s ugly outfit soooo much her design got even worse when the hair colour changed. The mint colour clashes badly with the dark clothes. And why light green and not Sothis’s colour? That would make more sense.
It wasn’t a very hard game on normal mode because you have so many opportunities to train but I don’t mind. Next route I will be better with classes/weapon skill levels. Will do Golden Deer next after a break.

A secret fear of Fe
I am an INFP with a rather intense Fi function, and my Fe is not so developed (less developed than my Si and Ti). So as you already know, Fi and Fe can be a clash, as Fe users may find Fi users selfish, and Fi users may find Fe users inauthentic. That makes a huge difference between, for example, INFPs and INFJs, although most of the time we still get along fine.
Not sure how many people will relate, but I am actually secretly a bit afraid of Fe users. So far I can get along with ENTPs better then other Fe users, probably because they have a mild and stable Fe. INTPs seem to like me, and I like them too, but when we get closer we clash. INTPs have inferior Fe which are not necessarily a stress response (I tend to think of the inferior function as something we need to put to ease as a basic need), and the way some INTPs can be so (selectively) sociable feel strange to me.
Now INFJs. I know a few INFJs and I have an INFJ best friend, some of them are clearly affectionate, the others are rather cool. I have problems with the affectionate ones because I am myself, not outwardly affectionate. I put my affection in my heart and it’s not easy for me to show it. Same for emotions. I describe the more outwardly emotional INFJs as active volcanoes, they may have emotional outbursts once a while, but they can manage and will calm down easily. I and some INFPs are extinct volcanoes, we seem to be always calm but once we finally have an outburst, it’s a disaster. I just don’t understand how they express their emotions so easily, and am confused and don’t know what to do when I face their emotions. But of course they don’t know that I feel this way, as long as I don’t express it, and we get along fine generally.
My INFJ best friend is a cool one, sometimes so cool that I feel insecure and neglected. But I find that she is the type that will make new friends in a new class of strangers, while I prefer to stay invisible in the corner until group projects happen. Some other INFJs I know, they are not especially cool or affectionate (or they shift), but when the caring or affectionate side suddenly appears, I get scared. I am not blaming the INFJs of course, this is more about me being not used to affection. Like that time when we were playing card game and I spent too much time frowning and thinking (while wearing a mask because I had a cold), an INFJ suddenly asked if I was okay. The feeling was so weird, I was suddenly being cared for and given high priority attention. I was fine, but since he could only see my frown he thought I could be feeling unwell. I was impressed by the attention, but I couldn’t help but be scared and feel uncanny. There was also a time when an INFJ met me for the first time, and already decided to hug my arm because the ground was slippery and she was afraid of falling. My reaction was being completely stiffen and I couldn’t walk normally, or talk normally when she asked for my name.
So yeah, I am scared of suddenly being cared for and getting attention, or receiving love or affection. It feels kinda creepy to me even if the person is nice. My experience makes me feel like when Fe users do these things, they penetrate right into my heart and expose my weakness.
Sorry for the long post. Just some interesting experiences :P And those types that I didn’t mention, I simply don’t have enough experience with them.

“Slow down you crazy child You're so ambitious for a juvenile”
Sadie was never quite patient. She was born in the middle of a snow storm in Memphis while her mother was working on her masters degree, and her father was beginning his career in the field of banking and finances.
”I like the name Sadie,” her mother, Jocelyn finally said as they stared at the pink bundle blankets in front of the them.
”Maybe Beth for the middle name,” Richard suggested after his favorite song by Kiss. “Sadie Beth Morgan. I like it.” “But then if you're so smart tell me Why are you still so afraid? (mmmmm)”
When she was ten her parents had told her they were moving to Seattle; her dad was originally from London, and her mom was originally from deep in the heart of Texas, they had met when they were both doing undergrad work in Chicago, moved to Memphis for her mother’s grad work, and then had lived the last five years in Santa Fe.
Her dad had gotten a job as marketing director of a Seattle bank, which was going to be a lot of money, while her mother got a job at Seattle children’s working in the NICU doing swallow therapy. The move was one they promised was going to be permeant, but Sadie was hopeful they’d move back to Santa Fe eventually. “Where's the fire, what's the hurry about? You better cool it off before you burn it out”
But the longer they stayed in Seattle the more she realized they weren’t moving back home. By the time she was 14 she had come to find Seattle home. Her parents were very career focuses and had set up very high standards for both Sadie and her younger brother Jeremy,
Jeremey thrived under pressure, he had straight a’ and was dedicated to playing baseball. While Sadie crumbled under any sort of pressure, and made it by with C’s.
She and her mother clashed over everything, while she and her dad only seemed to bond over music. “You got so much to do and only So many hours in a day (Ay) But you know that when the truth is told That you can get what you want Or you can just get old”
High school was a disaster she spent most of her time barley getting through school; half of the time she was high during class the other half she was skipping.
Her afternoons were spent working at the local record store or shop lifting lip gloss and panties from the mall.
Her parents begged her to find a hobby, and the only club that would take her that didn’t seem lame was photography which started her love for taking photos. “You're gonna kick off before you even get halfway through (Oooh) When will you realize, Vienna waits for you?”
Of all the places post high school she ended up in Athens, Ohio at Ohio University studying photojournalism. Halloween of her freshmen year she was at a frat party when she got a call from her mother who was screaming and crying, she slowly left the party and ended up on a flight back to Seattle.
Her younger brother’s life at 16 quickly ended due to a drunk driver, When she returned back to college she felt like she could ignore the grief, and in her mind her little brother was still alive.. A grief she never quite coped with. “Slow down you're doing fine You can't be everything you want to be before your time”
The four years of college flew by, and her only two jobs offers she had gotten were taking sports photos for a conservative university, or working for Seattle Met taking photos.. She hated sports, and living by her parents again didn’t seem appealing but in the end Seattle won. “Although it's so romantic on the borderline tonight (tonight) Too bad, but it's the life you lead”
”Did you get your apartment?” her co-worker Bea asked her as they walked through the building together coffee in hand.
”I’ll be able to sign my lease next week, which thank god because I don’t want to wake up every morning to my mother doing her working yoga and talking about egg whites, while my dad is working out on the treadmill telling her the secret to health is red wine,” Sadie explained with a sigh.
”Ironic you mentioned red wine when I think you got picked to cover a local brewery,”
”That’s perfect I shotgunned a beer last night,” in her parents basement hiding from them because they wanted to talk about her lack of drive in life. Something she didn’t quite understand? she had a job. How was that not drive? “You're so ahead of yourself that you forgot what you need Though you can see when you're wrong”
”So, how was the interview?” Bea asked as they both sat at their desk. Sadie picking the lettuce out of the wrap she had gotten for lunch.
”I never quite understood why places insist on putting lettuce in wraps, nobody even likes lettuce,” she rambled on as she looked up at her co-worker. “The interview was good I got a lot of good photos.” “You know you can't always see when you're right (you're right) You got your passion, you got your pride”
The interview ended up being more good, and the relationship formed between Daniel and Sadie ended up being something that was more than she could imagined. Every single thing seemed easy and fun. “But don't you know that only fools are satisfied? Dream on, but don't imagine they'll all come true (Oooh) When will you realize, Vienna waits for you?”
The easy turned to fear when she got a positive pregnancy test, and her whole world was turned upside down. She didn’t quite know how to be a mother, and what if she was bad at it?
“You can no longer your beer tours with Sadie articles anymore,” Bea commented as they both stared at the pregnancy test on Sadie’s desk. Of course this series of articles was a new thing within the last year, so it wasn’t exactly a big deal in the magazine yet. “How are you going to tell Daniel?”
That was the moment her words finally started to sink in. “I don’t know. I’ve never told anyone i’m pregnant before,” nor had she ever been pregnant before. “Do I just tell him?”
“Slow down you crazy child”
All the ideas of how to tell Daniel didn’t quite seem to top the ironic baby onesie she found with a bottle of beer and a baby bottle on it that said “daddy’s drinking buddy” that, that was funny to her.
Which was how she ended up telling Daniel leaving it for him on his desk while he was working. “Take the phone off the hook and disappear for a while It's alright, you can afford to lose a day or two (oooh)”
When Ivy was born she swore she was going to be the best possible mom to her, but then post-partum depression set in and she wasn’t quite sure what to do with herself. And she felt like she was trapped in a cycle of never quite being enough, and she wasn’t quite herself. “When will you realize, Vienna waits for you?”
After six months of it she left. She left to try to find herself, got a job working for a travel magazine to that allowed her to take photos of anything she wanted.
But every time she went somewhere all she could think about was Ivy and what she was doing and if she missed her. Which hurt even more when she thought about Daniel and what he might be up to.
She often wondered if he missed her, or even thought about her. “And you know that when the truth is told That you can get what you want or you can just get old”
The years flew by and she knew she couldn’t be away from him anymore which led him to stopping by his house knocking on the door in the middle of the night praying that it wasn’t a wife who would answer, and that he was willing to hear her out. “When will you realize, Vienna waits for you?”

Ian and Gabriella were raised by parents from two completely different sets of circumstances. All of their grandparents were Quirkless, but had the recessive gene that eventually gave rise to Quirked humans.
Kevin and Samantha Allistair were whole-heartedly accepted by their parents when their quirks developed. They wanted to help and support their children, even if it meant a few burnt curtains or some expensive eyewear. With their parents’ encouragement, the two eventually found success despite the lingering prejudice from the First Generation. Kevin even spent time as a freelance hero before moving into law so that he could help with some of America’s own Hero-based legislation. Samantha became a psychologist who was on the City’s Quirk counselling team, helping adults and children alike deal with their fears.
With this kind of background, Ian’s parents were ready to help a quirked child thrive. As a child when Ian made mistakes his parents would take him aside and explain how he could improve, or why the situation was wrong. They took a gentler, perhaps even permissive approach to parenting. Ian, as a result, never developed much of a tolerance for conflict, but still took inspiration from his father’s hero stories, and more so loved to watch shows from the days before Quirks developed - he especially loved to watch shows where the heroes shouted their names before the big battles. His driving principle in life was to help others, and his parents did what they could to help him seek his dream at every turn.
Gabriella’s parents were harsh and very protective of their daughter. Unlike the parents of Samantha and Kevin, Claudia and Daniel’s parents were extremely prejudiced against the Quirked. The two were cast out by their families, who were afraid of the power of their own children. Claudia and Daniel had difficulty finding stability from there. Daniel spent some time as a vigilante before eventually joining the local police force, whereas Claudia became a teacher, wanting to help influence and help children so they might not face the same difficulties she did. In their respective lines of work, they still saw lingering prejudice and became frightened for the life their daughter might lead after they discovered they were pregnant.
Gabriella developed a fire to excel at an early age. She pushed herself hard in academics, sports and any other activities she in which she could find some competitive spirit. This fire was not mean-spirited, however. Rather, she used her passion for competition to connect with friends. She often found herself clashing with bullies and would get into scrapes with them in self-defense or defense of others, which her parents would lecture her about every time (if only because she shouldn’t be violently wailing into children that she was already much taller than). Ever since her Quirk first manifested, her parents were terrified that the bullying would only escalate. She first was only able of partial shifts, making her resemble a feline humanoid like her father, but no extreme muscle augmentation was immediately noticeable. Hearing stories of the kind of people her grandparents were, Gabriella always kept her quirk under control for the first several years of her life.
When she began complaining of aching bones as she approached puberty, her mother knew that she was going to manifest more complex shapeshifting abilities. With the power combination going into her, Gabriella’s parents were afraid she might hurt someone. With the American economy still attempting to stabilize after the rise of pro heroes, their financial situation situation was getting no better and they could not afford the Quirk counselling they knew she would need. So, they turned to friends who had taken them in after they were kicked out in their youth; Gabriella’s godparents, the Allistair family.
Gabriella had met her godparents before, and was friendly with Ian. The two had bonded over their mutual love for heroes. Gabriella always played aggressive, running in and saving the day, where Ian would play it safe, often yelling about how he would save the innocent people their villain-of-the-day had captured. However, when Gabriella, at the ripe age of 10, Gabriella was sent to live with the Allistairs. She had met her godparents before, but never had long-term exposure to them. Her parents promised this would not be permanent, and that they would visit her often as they could. The latter half of the promise was kept - her parents visited on holidays, birthdays, and sometimes for no reason at all. She had regular contact with them and was given a cell phone by her new guardians with both the Allistair’s contact information as well as her parents’.
Gabriella and Ian became inseparable friends. On Gabriella’s first day in the home Ian was hesitant to say a word to the girl, but when she finally jumped onto the couch next to him as he watched his favorite hero show, she didn’t give him much of a choice. While Ian was a meek and anxious child, Gabbie (as she preferred to be called) was more than happy to pick him up when he was down - literally, if necessary. Ian, likewise, was often there to calm Gabbie’s short fuse and offer peace…or offer an ice pack if he got to a situation too late. They were, in many ways, opposites of each other, but filled in gaps where the other needed. The children’s quirks also began to develop around the same time, roughly a year after Gabbie’s arrival to Ian’s home. They had very different experiences, but with both showing their unwavering devotion to the other.
Ian’s quirk activated after he woke up on his third birthday with his mother’s ability to see the entire light spectrum. This ability almost took his eyesight due to the boy not having any sort of protective eyewear to filter out all the new, blinding. His mother gave him a pair of protective glasses for everyday use, which left only the normal spectrum visible of light visible. Later, she also gifted him a pair of hand-me-down pair of goggles that switched between different lenses and electric charges to allow Ian to filter out different wavelengths of light. The mechanism was crude and needed refining, but it got the job done.
Ian’s quirk, “Lightsmith”, is a combination/mutation of his parent’s quirks. Ian inherited his mother’s “Spectrum Sight” ability, which allows him to see the entirety of the light spectrum as it truly is. He also inherited his father’s ability to absorb light energy and expel it as an energy blast with his “Laser Beam” quirk; due to inheriting both of these Quirks, both of them seem to be weaker than the abilities his parents displayed. Unlike his mother, whose eyes eventually were able to eventually adjust to filter and see certain wavelengths of light at will, Ian is likely going to need special glasses for the rest of his life. Similarly, Ian can absorb and expel light as well, but when his Quirk first manifested at a young age, it seemed much weaker than his father’s ability. He would not discover his Quirk’s true potential for some time – that being the ability to form hard-light constructs from the stored light he had absorbed over time, as well as the light around him.
At age 13 Ian was able to form constructs roughly 2 cubic feet in size, a flat construct such as a shield over 3 feet long by 1 ft. wide. During a simple brute strength test Ian was able to use his constructs to greatly augment his own strength to such a degree that these constructs were able to break slabs of granite. Ian’s constructs are an extension of his mind, and require concentration to maintain. To even build a construct Ian must have a clear picture of what he is building, including any mechanisms that must go into it. The complexity of a construct has a direct impact on how much strain the construct will exert on Ian’s mind; any construct used for simple strength augmentation, as well as constructs used as tools within his size limit, could be sustained for roughly 30 minutes (if he is not disturbed), or could be used for 10 minutes of combat. Overexerting himself with constructs that are too large or pushing himself beyond his time limit can result in Ian being crippled with painful headaches. Headaches, which, Quirk doctors determined, could eventually result in brain damage. By age 15, with the help of Quirk classes and Gabbie’s relentless pushing, Ian had greatly refined his abilities. He could make his constructs nearly 2 cubic meters in size, and layout shield and other flat objects 9 ft. by one ft. in square. His constructs now were able to multiply much more than ever before, allowing him to bend ¼ inch-thick stainless-steel plates with some effort. He is able to hold battle-ready constructs for twenty minutes while practical constructs could hold for 45.
Gabbie’s Quirk is likewise a mutation coming from her parent’s Quirks combining together. Her father’s “Feral” Quirk gave him cat-like features and reflexes, while her mother’s “Cat Form” Quirk allowed her mother to assume the form of several species of feline. Gabbie’s power, instead of being a combination of the two like Ian’s, is a fusion - the “Werecat” Quirk. Gabbie, like the lycanthropes of legend, is able to assume the form of a great tiger, as well as a Hybrid Form that is half-beast half-human. At the age of 14 Gabbie was able to stay in her Hybrid Form for a maximum of 3 days without consequence. Staying in her Hybrid or Beast Forms for too long will result in some of her feline features carrying over to her human form permanently. This was discovered after she stayed in her Hybrid Form for 4 days to spite a teacher (who had requested she not use her Quirk in class). As a result of this incident, Gabbie’s pupils are permanently shifted to cat-like slits. Similarly, her ears are now large cat ears the top of her head. Gabbie’s Hybrid Form is a force to be reckoned with, as the increase in strength and agility allows her to turn the tide of most conflicts single-handedly. At age 14 she was able to break granite slabs up to a half-inch thick. The transformation’s boosts to her agility increased her running speed twofold and enabled her to leap two meters in a single vertical leap. Many of these were more than doubled by age 16, showing Gabbie’s natural talent with her Quirk. Her strength was improved enough that she is able to use her claws to rend through stainless steel plates of similar size.
Gabbie’s Beast Form, unlike her Hybrid Form, sacrifices grace to become a pure force of nature; larger and tougher than any tiger found in nature, the form’s raw power brings an almost crippling downside. The Beast Form is harder control, with Gabbie now having to focus on retaining her sense of self rather than be concerned about any lingering feline features. The instant the transformation takes hold, Gabbie can begin feeling her human nature ebb away. After her first shift into this form as a child, Gabbie was told by Ian that she was completely non-responsive to any attempts at reason. Ian recounted how painful the transformation seemed, describing to his friend how he had rushed to her bedroom after hearing her screaming in pain. He recounted to her how her bones were slowly moving into different places and her features were changing as she took a feline shape. It took time for him to get help from his parents, and for his parents to contact Gabbie’s. By the time they were all gathered, Gabbie was fully transformed and she then lashed out at everyone who attempted to calm her; this incident was what lead to Ian discovering his ability to shape light into solid form, as he created a shield to protect himself from Gabbie as a reflex. After she was subdued (a feat which took both the Allistairs and her own parents) Gabbie had no recollection of the night prior. Gabbie has trained tirelessly to tame her beast side, but the form’s limit has only been able to be slightly extended as time has gone on; at age 14 she was only able to stay in it for a maximum of 10 minutes per day. Any longer and her consciousness would begin rapidly eroding. Even at age 16, this was only extended to 15.
During the summer after the two had finished their freshman year of high school they were watching the UA sports festival and being immersed in the displays of skill and grace. The American Hero system had settled in a way where Hero certification had become similar to a college certification course. The two had always dreamed of becoming heroes but felt that it should be more than a point on a resume. Watching the students from UA battle, Gabbie stood and grinned fiercely.
“We gotta go there, Ian.” Gabbie told her adoptive brother. “That’s where all the best Heroes graduate. That’s where we can really begin to shine. That’s where they can teach us how to make a difference.”
That day was the two’s first steps to becoming true heroes.

ENFJ: Julian Bashir, “Star Trek: Deep Space Nine”
ENFJ – the Giver, the Mentor, the Believer
It’s encouraging finally to see an Fe-dom character in Star Trek who’s a good guy. As a nerdy sci-fi show, I think Trek prefers Thinkers over Feelers, and most of our heroic Fe-users have also been Introverts (McCoy, Worf, Troi). Till now, all we had in the Extravert category were Janice Rand and Edith Keeler, and they weren’t around long; and Quark’s kind of an anti-hero. We also have two ENFJ Trek villains, with more to come on DS9. Bashir himself started out extremely unlikeable, a brash, arrogant Extraverted Feeler on a crew run by moody Fi-users. Some fans never got over that. Some, like O’Brien, found a lot to love and respect about our young doctor.
(Some of us just thought he was cute, but that’s beside the point.)
Dominant Function: (Fe) Extraverted Feeling, “The Garden Fountain”
Doctor Julian Bashir wants to save the world. Or, worlds. He wants to help every sick or injured person he meets, whether they want his help or not.
Charismatic and charming in ways that infuriate his crewmates when he first arrives on DS9, Bashir eagerly talks up his own intelligence and accomplishments as if waiting for applause. He lets the unimpressed Kira know what a sacrifice he made by taking this assignment “in the wilderness.” He often mentions the one question he got wrong on his final medical exam, which made him second in his class instead of first—it’s later revealed that he missed the question out of fear of appearing too perfect, and to hide his genetically engineered nature.
Even after all his embarrassing behavior in the first episode, Bashir shows he’s ready for the job by jumping in to treat the injured during an attack, and commanding Odo’s assistance.
After that, even as he’s growing out of his youthful arrogance, Bashir continues to throw himself at situations where a gallant healer is needed.
He helps neutralize biological weapons called Harvesters to end a long war. He stays by Garak’s bedside to get him through withdrawal despite all the abuse his patient spits at him. He insists on trying to fix both Melora and Sareena, two different disabled women with whom he becomes romantically involved. He works to cure the Jem’Hadar of their white addiction, a whole planet of the Blight, and the Founders from their wasting disease, even though they’re the enemy. He’s driven to stop Sloan and Section 31 because of the corruption and evil they represent inside the Federation.
He’s both heartbroken and outraged when he and Sisko are trapped in a Sanctuary District in 21st-century Earth, where the homeless are segregated from society and forgotten. The Starfleet officers can’t interfere without damaging the timeline, which Bashir understands but can barely tolerate.
Julian’s need to be admired fuels his talkative nature and constant humble-bragging, and also makes him an easy target for Garak. The simple tailor flatters the young doctor’s ego to get his help with some covert business, but little does Garak know that Bashir’s friendship is sincere. The two enjoy each other’s conversation over lunch for many years, and despite Garak’s endless secrets and deceptions, the Cardassian exile finds Bashir a steadfast and dedicated—if sometimes too trusting—companion.
Julian initiates his friendship with Chief O’Brien, mostly by pestering and badgering him to hang out. Bashir sees something admirable in the older man, and wants his respect and guidance. He screws it up a lot, but once they’re stuck on a few adventures together, Bashir wears him down. Their friendship becomes one for the ages, and though it takes seven years for the Chief to admit his affection for his best friend, the effort is well worth it to Julian.
Bashir is estranged from his parents, because they subjected him to illegal genetic engineering to repair the mental and physical disabilities he was born with. This left him with the feeling of being unwanted, that all his accomplishments were an attempt to prove himself worthwhile. They finally settle the matter after Bashir’s father voluntarily goes to prison for their crime, and his mother gives a lovely speech declaring that what they did was out of love, not shame.
Auxiliary Function: (Ni) Introverted Intuition, “The Labyrinth”
In a nifty contrast to his insecurities, Bashir also has a lofty opinion of himself and his abilities. His aspirations fuel his messiah complex. There’s no disease or condition he doesn’t absolutely believe he can heal, and he applies himself with obsessive focus.
Bashir idealizes his assignment to DS9, seeing the whole thing as an adventure that he hopes will make him a hero. It does, eventually, but only after his fantasies of living in a rugged environment clash with the real thing. Bashir has equally inflated ideas of what the spy life is like, and he enjoys playing James-Bond-style stories in the holosuite. Garak, the real-life spy, is not amused.
While the Ne-dom Garak enjoys the idea of multiple truths in any story he’s telling, Bashir wants to get to the singular truth that explains who Garak really is. He’s not satisfied with “especially the lies” being as true as the actual truth. Still, Julian enjoys his philosophical conversations and debates with Garak over lunch, and is disappointed when Chief O’Brien just wants to eat and run.
Bashir’s idealism, while making him naïve at times, also makes him a quintessential Starfleet officer. He shows shock and disappointment when people like Sloan of Section 31 preach a more cynical view of the world. He always sees what could be, and what could be better. This makes him willing to make peace with enemies and work to cure the incurable.
Tertiary Function: (Se) Extraverted Sensing, “The Kitchens”
Bashir’s impulsive and rash in his youth. He goes through girlfriends casually, and remarks to Chief O’Brien that he hates the idea of settling down. He runs his mouth off and can’t seem to shut up even when it’s good for him. He’s athletic and competitive, and ready to make Quark a lot of money by beating O’Brien at raquetball.
Julian cools off during his tenure at DS9. The reality of this “wilderness” teaches him a lot of wisdom and humility. He can’t save everyone, but he becomes smarter about trying. He becomes more carefully skeptical thanks to Garak, and more down-to-Earth thanks to O’Brien.
He stops idealizing Jadzia Dax, and lets her live her own life. When her successor Ezri shows up, Julian is able to take a chance on a new romance. He’s careful not to see Ezri as a Jadzia substitute, but rather appreciate her for who she is as a real, separate person, and to enjoy their time together as it happens in the moment.
Inferior Function: (Ti) Introverted Thinking, “The Laboratory”
Julian is intelligent and hard-working, and scores high in all his classes. Once he sets himself on a medical challenge, he’ll analyze data and run experiments till the wee hours to find results. When he repeatedly fails to cure the Blight—even making it worse through his efforts—he despairs of ever succeeding, and decides he’s an arrogant failure. Jadzia helpfully advises him that it’s even more arrogant to assume there is no cure just because he can’t find one.
One of Bashir’s biggest human fix-it projects is the Jack Pack—a group of genetically engineered humans who didn’t turn out quite as well as he did. He nurtures and cares for them, hoping to find a way to re-integrate them into society; but when they start running the numbers on the Dominion War, Bashir gets sucked into their mathematical pessimism. He declares to Captain Sisko that the Federation must surrender or face obliteration, completely forgetting the human element that may unpredictably change his calculations.
Once it’s public knowledge that Julian is genetically engineered, he’s able to let his higher intelligence show without holding back. For a little while, he becomes colder and more analytical. Garak accuses him of turning into a Vulcan.
This doesn’t last long, as Bashir’s natural empathy and charisma warms him back up soon. He has a heart-to-heart with Captain Cusack, and at her memorial reassures his friends that he does indeed care.

Clash of FE Classes Semifinals - Match 1
(pictured: a Swordmaster icon from Shadow Dragon, and a Dracoknight icon from Shadow Dragon, on a GBAFE arena background)
introductions to the classes, other closely associated classes, and explanations under the cut
Myrmidons are typically sword-wielding infantry units, who promote into Swordmasters, still sword-wielding infantry units. technically, the first Myrmidons promoted from Mercenaries in Gaiden and then into Dread Fighters; still, boundaries between two distinct styles of sword-wielding class would grow bigger and wonkier for the next three games. Binding Blade finally consolidated the distinct Myrmidon class, with its focus on Skill and Speed above all other stats – as well as its signature eastern aesthetics. other closely associated classes include the Trueblade from Radiant Dawn; the Samurai from Fates; and the Mortal Savant from Three Houses. Lyn from Blazing Blade plays very similarly to a Myrmidon while belonging to a pair of unique Lord-type classes.
are they Wyvern Riders and Wyvern Lords, or Dracoknights and Dragon Masters? the answer is not consistent across the series, as aren’t the translations. and as aren’t, for that matter, their typical weapon types; historically, they’ve wielded lances primarily and sometimes swords, as Pegasus Knights do, but Path of Radiance gave them axes as a new secondary weapon, which then became their primary weapon in Radiant Dawn, and this has since remained that way. whatever it is exactly that these people are riding, though, they’re as mobile as Pegasus Knights and a lot more durable to boot, which consistently makes them powerful and versatile units – although their Speed isn’t always up to snuff, their Resistance can let them down, and they usually still take heavy damage from bows. closely associated classes include the Wyvern Knight from Sacred Stones (who is on a different mount than that of the Wyvern Riders and Wyvern Lords of the same game, thanks treehouse); the Dragonlord from Radiant Dawn; the Griffon Rider from Awakening; and the Malig Knight from Fates. Ashnard from Path of Radiance, as well as Ivy, Zephia and Zelestia from Engage, all have unique wyvern-riding classes (although it’s, uh, definitely not a wyvern that Ashnard rides…).

INFOGRAFIA CINEMA 3D I ACTIVITATS

Si els nostres alumnes no tenen cap dificultat…
Mentre et sentis còmode i et puguis ‘concentrar’.
No m’agrada estar asseguda i a la biblioteca no és lloc per donar voltes o seure a terra.

Clash of FE Classes Opening Round - Match 1
(pictured: a Swordmaster icon from Shadow Dragon, a Hero icon from Shadow Dragon, and Eliwood's portrait from Blazing Blade, on a GBAFE arena background)
introductions to the classes, other closely associated classes, and explanations under the cut
Binding Blade finally consolidated the distinct Myrmidon class, with its focus on Skill and Speed above all other stats -- as well as its signature eastern aesthetics. other closely associated classes include the Trueblade from Radiant Dawn; the Samurai from Fates; and the Mortal Savant from Three Houses. Lyn from Blazing Blade plays very similarly to a Myrmidon while belonging to a pair of unique Lord-type classes.
Mercenaries are typically sword-wielding infantry units, who promote into Heroes, sword- and axe-wielding infantry units (although sometimes they've remained sword-locked, and on rarer occasions they've picked up weapons other than the axe). since becoming a clearly distinct class from Mymridons, Mercenaries have emphatized balanced stats across the board -- fast, if not as fast as a Myrmidon or a Pegasus Knight; tough, if not as tough as a Knight or a Fighter. other closely associated classes include the Sword Fighter from Genealogy of the Holy War and Engage, and the Forrest from Genealogy of the Holy War. Ike from Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn, as well as Diamant from Engage, play very similarly to Mercenaries while belonging to various unique Lord-type classes.
Lords are typically sword-wielding infantry units. this is typically the unique class of one or more protagonists in a given game. it's not entirely uncommon for Lords to wield weapons besides swords, but there's always at least one Lord (or Lord-like character) in each game who wields a sword. promoted lord classes vary a lot; in a few games they don't promote at all, and there's a lot of variation on whether these promoted classes acquire new weapon types, new movement types, or not much at all besides 20 more levels.

Clash of FE Classes Opening Round - Match 2
(pictured: a Cavalier icon from Shadow Dragon, a Knight icon from Shadow Dragon, and a generic Great Knight portrait from Three Houses, on a GBAFE arena background)
introductions to the classes, other closely associated classes, and explanations under the cut
Cavaliers are typically horse-riding units who wield swords as well as lances, and promote into Paladins. in some games, Cavaliers are only given one type of weapon, and divide into classes according to those weapon types, usually (but not always) remaining single-weapon even after promotion. no matter the weapon, though, Cavaliers stand out for their versatility, high movement, and balanced stats, with Paladins often being among the few physical melee classes with more than below average Resistance. Alfred from Engage plays very similar to a Cavalier while belonging to a pair of Lord-unique classes.
(NOTE: Refer to Match 7 for Bow Knights, etc.)
Armor Knights are typically heavy-armored, lance-wielding infantry units, who promote into Generals, thusly picking up at least one and sometimes several new weapons. in some games, Knights are instead given one of various types of weapon, and divide into classes according to these weapon types; however, even in such games, it's typical for the divided classes to eventually all promote their way into the same final class, which combines all of its potential predecessors' weapon proficiencies. Knights are infamous for their extreme stat spreads, with abysmal Speed but outstanding Defense and HP; they're difficult to take down, although they'll generally find themselves vulnerable against magic, effective-damage weapons, or just a sufficiently strong and persistent axe user. Knights and Generals are also extraordinarily common as enemy bosses, especially in the early- to mid-game; being formidable, but with discrete weaknesses, they naturally test a fledgeling player's ability to adapt to challenges. closely associated classes include the Baron from Gaiden/Echoes: Shadows of Valentia, Genealogy of the Holy War and Thracia 776; the Marshall from Radiant Dawn; the Fortress Knight from Three Houses; the Spartan from Echoes: Shadows of Valentia; and the monstrous Fiend from Gaiden/Echoes: Shadows of Valentia. Hector from Blazing Blade and Edelgard from Three Houses play very similarly to Armor Knights while belonging to various Lord-unique classes.
Great Knights are staples of Fire Emblem games with flexible promotion options, typically acting as a common option for Cavaliers as well as Knights. heavily armored cavalry is a traditional image of medieval warfare, and Great Knights seal it in deeper than the likes of Paladins; they tend to compromise between mobility and toughness in a way that makes them very distinct from other classes, at least at a glance. Great Knights are typically afforded a broad range of weapon proficiencies by their middle-road promotion status, but they usually end up being associated with axes first of all.
