All systems, categories, visuals, and linguistic frameworks are now subject to codified enforcement.

Objectives:

• Full deployment of the Seven Operational Categories (FM, DV, TM, FR, VP, IL, AD)

• Implementation of Standardized Titlecards for all posts

• Activation of the ABSOLUTE DIRECTIVE issuance mechanism (Sunday enforcement)

• Establishment of format priority over platform variability

• Internal alignment of HiddenInCommand and Tumblr High Command under shared structural code

Directive Protocols:

1. All posts shall follow the designated category system

2. Each entry shall carry its TITLECARD, coded accordingly

3. Visuals shall adhere to khaki/white/gold protocol

4. Deviations from system format will be recorded and neutralized

5. PHASE II ends only upon order
