Next we'll flow through a series of Qigong movements taught by Erik Harris, a master of this tradition. We'll touch the Wuji state of oneness, connecting with our true nature. Then dance jam facilitator and contact improvisor Doug Pouliot will facilitate a freeform community movement experience. We'll close again in circle at the end of the morning. Live music for this event will be provided by Cosmic Hue, a duo with Kalidasa Joseph Getter and Craig Norton, two world music specialists and multi-instrumentalists.
