How to Prepare for MPPSC While Working a Full-Time Job?
Tumblr media
Preparing for the MPPSC exam while managing a full-time job can be a daunting task, but with the right strategy, it is possible to excel in both. The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) exam requires dedication, time management, and consistent effort. Working professionals often struggle to find a balance between their job responsibilities and exam preparation. However, the good news is that with proper planning and the right resources like MPPSC coaching in Bhopal or an MPPSC online course, you can make your dream of cracking the exam come true.
1) Time Management Is Key
One of the most crucial aspects of preparing for MPPSC while working is effective time management. Start by analyzing your daily schedule and identify pockets of time that can be utilized for study. Dedicate at least 2-3 hours every day for focused study. Utilize early morning hours or late-night sessions based on your comfort and routine.
2) Choose the Right Study Material
With limited time on hand, selecting the right study material is essential. Instead of accumulating multiple sources, stick to one comprehensive MPPSC online course or coaching material. Online courses are especially beneficial as they offer flexibility and structured content. Make use of online video lectures, recorded classes, and digital notes to learn at your own pace.
3) Make a Study Plan
Prepare a realistic study plan that covers the entire syllabus over several months. Break down topics into small, manageable portions and set weekly and monthly goals. Prioritize subjects that are scoring and frequently appear in the exam. Include revision time and practice tests in your schedule.
4) Leverage Online Resources
Opting for MPPSC coaching in Bhopal can provide you with valuable guidance, but if your job doesn’t allow regular attendance, choose an MPPSC online course. Online platforms offer mock tests, current affairs updates, and interactive doubt-clearing sessions. Studying online not only saves travel time but also provides access to quality content anytime, anywhere.
5) Practice Answer Writing
Since MPPSC Mains requires descriptive answers, practice writing regularly. Dedicate some time each weekend to writing essays or answers to previous years' questions. This practice will enhance your writing speed and presentation skills, which are crucial during the exam.
6) Stay Consistent and Motivated
Staying consistent with your preparation while working can be challenging. Motivate yourself by setting small targets and rewarding yourself when you achieve them. Surround yourself with supportive peers who understand your goals.
Conclusion
Preparing for the MPPSC exam while juggling a full-time job may seem overwhelming, but with the right strategy and consistent effort, success is attainable. Whether you choose MPPSC coaching in Bhopal or an MPPSC online course, make sure your approach is disciplined and well-organized. Remember, dedication and persistence are the keys to cracking the MPPSC exam while managing your career.

Challenges faced by a student during competitive exams?
The number of candidates has exceeded the number of seats available by a huge margin. Indian students appearing in competitive exams have to face many problems. We often hear that only 1 mark difference leads to 1000 students appearing for competitive exams. The ratio is so odd that students are bound to feel the heat for performing. Also, there is constant peer pressure which means 1-2 points can make a big difference and make or break a dream! The civil services students who are in race of government officer post also have to face 3 exam phases. They have a pressure to get highest marks so they can get the best post in UPSC and MPPSC exam.
Tumblr media
Students aspiring to become doctors or engineers, who are an integral part of this rat race, must appear for at least 3-4 entrance exams to get admission. It weighs heavily on the psyche of the students who need to re-work their strategy for different formats of each exam.
I would like to make it clear that competitive exams are a very different platform of testing as compared to the normal year end exams which are conducted by the students at the end of each academic year. This gap has hurt many students and this is the reason why people excel in academic year end exams but fail in the final hurdle of competitive exams.
Tumblr media
These competitive exams are purely based on the application of the knowledge that we learn from the text books and very rarely, the theory is tested directly. I think therefore, the best way to defeat them is to learn to apply what we learn. This is the need of the hour and it is and clearly the test parameter in all competitive exams. Also, they have limited time and hence perfection and practice are required to crack these exams, which surely gives everyone a run for their money.
MPPSC Coaching in Indore advice to students attempting UPSC MPPSC exams is to remain calm. Never give ear to all the rumours and potential questions that are expected. Prepare for the exam in your own way and try to remember all the intricacies of the questions and their answers. Solve all the easy questions first and then solve the difficult ones, your pressure will be reduced.
Along with nervousness, stress, high expectations, lack of confidence, low preparation, enthusiasm, there are many factors that cause this for the student who is writing the exam. As few are mentioned here-
1) Management of Time- Civil services exams like UPSC, IAS, MPPSC, SSC, Banking ask a student to answer multiple subjects within 2 to 3 hours. Apart from this, the papers are quite tricky. So, the student will waste time in finding out the type of question asked. These types of exams require a great practice especially in time management.
2) Fear of giving wrong answer and hence scoring negative. In most competitive exams at least one mark is deducted for every wrong answer. Hence, the student usually gets scared and confused about the answer given by him/her.
3) Difficult questions in objective pattern
4) OMR Confusion- Sometimes, in a hurry, a student may mark the wrong answer in the OMR sheet even though he has solved for the written answer or else he may mark two answers for the same question where You must answer only one.
5) Lack of time for preparation- Most of the competitive exams start in the month of April/May. Students hardly get a gap of a week to prepare thoroughly.
If the students can overcome the challenges, then they are sure that they will be able to crack the competitive examinations.

Benefits of online coaching that may change your perspective
It is a daunting challenge to do IAS exams without coaching. We can't just be super talented. In reality, you have to Join IAS Coaching In Indore for some extra benefits, even if you are super talented, which you cannot get from books or YouTube. The way of studying for IAS tests has also switched to digital with the advancement of technology. For a single topic, people have convenient access to YouTube, the internet, and eBooks to search hundreds of study materials. This is positive, but many students assume that only these materials, which may be pessimistic because of their hope of being an IAS, would make a breakthrough. Because of financial limitations, some students often choose not to take coaching.
Advantages of Studying in Group
You can't concentrate when you want to learn in isolation. Typically, parents have a general mindset that studying in a closed and silent environment can be very useful for learning. But, in reality, the retention capacity of the Human Brain is diminished by isolation. People have the fundamental propensity to live in groups, and so students in groups are actually quite fruitful. This means improved retention, plus you can connect with a lot of fresh faces and share suggestions about how you can train well for cracking IAS Exam.
There is another positive feature of group analysis, i.e. the comparative edge. Competition increases efficiency regardless of product or service. Thus the comparative edge is not possible in self-studies. We all wish to be better than all the others, and the only way is to train for UPSC CSE is to opt for the best coaching classes. To encourage you to work as a team, Join IAS Coaching In Indore, which is also important. This would be beneficial to you in the interview round and then further down in your career after being an IAS.
Take MPPSC online classes
Students will now either try for a job in the private sector or a government sector job. However, as we talk of later gains, all have their pros and cons; a government sector job certainly has plenty of benefits relative to a private-sector job. It's necessary to look for Mppsc Notes Online if you want to clear the MPPSC exam.
The easiest way to practice for the MPPSC is to get enrolled in a credible coaching center to help you prepare for the exam and build confidence.
Provides clarity
Several coaching institutions are concentrating on a specific task, like banking. It is also important to have a good grasp of certain topics and principles to obtain work. It is necessary to grasp the definitions to get all questions correctly. The Mppsc Notes Online help the student to develop their ability. They guarantee that they have well-trained teachers with several years of experience.
Provides a direction
To clear any entrance exam, smart work, along with hard work, should be required. The student typically understands the principle but is not aware of the kinds of questions in the test, so it is imperative to consider the test's illustration following the curriculum. Online MPPSC coaching helps candidates study by providing intelligent techniques and making the student aware of how much time to devote to which subject.

Proven Approaches to Remain Consistent when Preparing for MPPSC
Getting Ready for the MPPSC Assessment is a challenging job. It gets much harder during this pandemic catastrophe when researching is the very last thing that comes to mind. But it's crucial to blur out the term and concentrate on the job at hand, use this precious time for your MPPSC Preparation.
Reckless prep will not get you. The MPPSC Coaching in Indore crucial thing is to study using a wise strategy consistently to decode the MPPSC examination.
However, consistency isn't straightforward. Many pupils struggle to make a constant schedule and follow it carefully. If you're too, like several other people, fighting to acquire consistency in your custom and routine, let's learn a few cool strategies and suggestions which could allow you to incorporate consistency into your customs.
Follow a regular
Consistency can't be created daily. It is a habit that must be constructed over time slowly. It might help you if you produce a pattern for yourself and follow it carefully. Proceed from the habit-building principle of mathematics. Practice your program for 21 times without missing, and that is it, you're probably habituated to it. Following a routine can allow you to build consistency and enhance the effectiveness of your groundwork.
Produce a Research Strategy
Studying with no strategy is like hustling with no aim. Such hard work will get you no matter how much you really grind. This is how you can produce your preparation simpler. Split your MPPSC syllabus into different components and sub-parts. Developing a research plan in this manner can allow you to pay your syllabus at a constant and very organized fashion. Prepare mppsc notes in parts as you divide the syllabus, also prepare short notes for final revision.
Avoid procrastination
Procrastination is the largest devil in poor study habits. Attempt to follow along with your research plan as just as possible. Don't procrastinate through your everyday goals. This will make matters pile up till it becomes too overwhelming, impacting your own consistency. Procrastination becomes a habit quite easily because you are inclined to embrace bad habits considerably faster than decent ones. Thus, you need to be cautious to not allow this demon to influence your fortune of challenging work.
Push your limits
Each single day, do not only make it a point to satisfy your daily and weekly goals. A study that one additional topic now, spends one additional hour analysing, take one additional mock evaluation. Spending one additional hour daily can help amplify to provide you 30 additional hours of prep each month. This can place you apart from the competition. Pushing your limitations is the only way to broaden your bandwidth for challenging work.
Establish rewards on your own
Each time you meet a goal or do something additional that you wished to perform, reward yourself. You do not necessarily have to purchase a reward. It may be anything which you like doing or whatever makes you happy. Establish little rewards for smaller targets and large benefits for larger goals. This is going to keep you inspired and behave as a refreshing break between feverish research programs.
Do not let Modest inconsistencies split the cycle
Most of us are people and live together with our families where happenings are a regular item. If something occurs and breaks your everyday ritual, then allow it to remain in that day. Don't allow it to interrupt your whole routine. These small inconsistencies aren't your drawbacks. They're only obstacles that will need to be spanned briefly. Follow your program and adhere to a disciplined strategy whilst researching.
Stay Motivated
Motivation is crucial. Whenever you feel down if you are feeling that it is becoming too hard, whenever you begin to eliminate trust, remember why you began. Recall what prompted you to pursue this objective. Recall what your lifestyle will be like once you finally crack this exam. Bear in mind everything that you'd be able to perform, and generate a gap in society, ideally producing a better world for those around you. That inner motivation ought to keep you moving.
The pros at Sharma Academy, the major finest MPPSC Coaching in Indore, urge you to stick to the tips mentioned previously to build consistency in your prep that MPPSC requires to crack it.
Good fortune following your objective! We hope you attain it with flying colors!

Preparation Strategy for Prelims, Mains, Interview for Madhya Pradesh Public Services exam
My views for Civil services MPPSC
The civil service is one of the prestigious and challenging careers in our country. Approximately between 1–2 lakh students appear for MPPSC Prelims. Regarding the total number of selections, it depends on the total vacancies, for example in 2013, there were 755 vacancies, 591 in 2014, 435 in 2015 and 255 in 2016 in 2018 Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has released a recruitment notification for 202 posts of Deputy Collector (Naib Tehsildar), Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) and More.
So you can see the vacancies are decreasing every year and competition increasing, the candidates are giving very tuff competition to each other in this scenario only the focused and systematic study plan can help you to compete. Joining a good MPPSC coaching in indore will help you achieve your dream.
How should you start as a beginner?
As a beginner starting from point zero one can buy mppsc previous year question paper module and attempt some questions daily, moreover the questions from NCERT too will help. Start writing answers and when you study, don’t wait for the whole or even sufficient amount of syllabus to be finished. For example if you are reading history and you completed The Mauryan empire soon after check previous years papers and try to answer related question as many as you wish. Don’t wait to complete the full subject or syllabus it will not be good approach you can skip such question for later which don’t cover your prepared topics.
Qualities required for cracking the civil services
Good Intelligence quotient (IQ)
Good reading skills
Good scoring potential through good memorizing skills and ability to reproduce original ideas and concept
Hard work and perseverance
Good writing skills
Focus and determination
Good analytical skills
Proper planning and time management
Good Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
High self esteem and confidence
MPPSC Civil Services is a comprehensive exam it need at least 2 years of preparation and 10-12 hours daily study. A few people may be lucky who can make it with just one year of study and single attempt. The MPPSC is not just looking for hard working people but also smart working people. The students who plan their schedule properly using time management techniques, will have better chances to succeed.
MPPSC Prelims Preparation
The first step to enter in MPPSC is prelims exam so you have to be very careful, serious and focused while preparing for the mppsc pre exam. It consists of two papers Paper 1 for General Studies it is of 200 marks having 100 questions each having 2 marks with no negative marking. This is the scoring paper of prelims exam for mains this is the only paper on it's basis you will got selection in mains. You can divide it in 3 parts First Special: approx 20 question comes out 0f 100, you are giving exam for MP state psc then your knowledge about your state should be very much strong. Second part is Current Affairs: at least 10 questions comes from current affairs, The national issues which are currently running in our country you have to knowledge about that, for this read 2 news papers at least. give at least 2 hours to news paper reading for current affairs news. By this your mains exam preparation will be done. Third part is Acts (SC/ST, HR, CR): These are 3 acts added by MPPSC board in syllabus you should have deep knowledge about SC/ST Act, Human Rights Protection Act, Civil Rights Protection Act. Easily 10 question will be coverd by this acts section. So the 40 marks will be covered by these 3 topics MP, Current and Acts. You can crack prelims easily by preparing this three topics so strongly. Remaining 60% will be covered by other subjects like science, history, geography etc.
Paper 2 for General Aptitude it is of 200 marks having 100 questions each having 2 marks with no negative marking. It is qualifying paper you need to score 40% marks in it to qualify and it can be easily done.
MPPSC Mains: Study Plan -
Generally after Prelims exam result announcement aspirants got 60 days to prepare for the Mains exam. These two months are going to be the most important days of your MPPSC mains preparation. In order to crack this, you need a robust mains study plan along with the relevant study material.
I- MPPSC General Studies Paper I
GS 1 mainly contains Geography and History. These portions are static, lengthy and factual in nature. Therefore, most students, especially first-timers tend to spend almost half of their preparation time on this paper. While the weightage of this paper is around 21 %(300/1400). So, the careful utilization of time is the key.
So, instead of reading it thoroughly, read all the topics mentioned in syllabus once this month and then revise it in next month. For Indian History, you can refer to any book which is comfortable for you. For World History, and other important topics of Geography you can refer to these links. It should not take more than two weeks to complete Paper 1.
II- MPPSC General Studies Paper II
GS 2 mainly covers polity and social issues. Polity has mostly static content for which your prelims preparation will help you. Revise those notes; alternatively, you can prepare polity through M. Laxmikant, one of the best source to read polity. Five days are enough to cover Polity along with Security issues.
Next part is the Social Issues which requires knowledge of current affairs. Static portion like acts, organization etc you can cover from here in very little time. Read the schemes of Central and State government concerning Education, Health, Welfare sector etc. along with other topics mentioned in the syllabus. Prepare your own notes and try to cover this portion in 5-6 days. Notes will help you in revision.
III- MPPSC General Studies Paper III
The first half of MPPSC GS paper 3 covers Indian Economy, whereas other half has these important topics: Science & Technology, Reasoning, and DI, Environment, Energy etc.
For Indian economy, you may refer to Sharma Academy's video lectures or Indian Economy by S.N.Lal. These sources will give you an insight on almost every topic mentioned in the syllabus. Along with this, read the summary of ‘Indian Economic Survey’ and ‘Indian & State Budget 2018’. Also, go through the schemes for rural, urban, and agriculture sector. Try to complete it in 5-6 days.
Fo Environment section, you can refer NCERT Books, you can also read these topics from the internet. As environment portion is limited so complete it in two days.
For Science & Technology, the best strategy is to read out the particular topic from Science NCERT class 7-10. And for emerging technologies refer any notes or read it from various internet feeds. It will take two days to complete this part.
For Reasoning, practice the type of questions asked in previous year papers. Refer the source you used for CSAT preparation during prelims preparation.
IV- MPPSC General Studies Paper IV
GS paper 4 is all about ethics and case studies. Student needs to have a clear perspective and positive mindset to attempt this paper. Some of the topics you can read from any book like Ethics by Lexicon Publication or by Arihant. Try to mug up as many thinkers as you can because in past lot of many questions were asked from this topic.
Around 75 marks out of 200 are from case studies and the easiest way to score in them is to practice as many case studies as you can. Cover the entire ethics paper in 4-5 days.
V- MPPSC Paper V: General Hindi
This paper checks your proficiency in Hindi language. Study Hindi Grammar from any standard book and practice letter, report writing etc to secure good marks and take an edge from other students. Do not devote any particular day for this paper, instead, try to give one our daily to finish one topic from syllabus each day.
VI- MPPSC Paper VI: Essay
This paper has the least weightage but it doesn’t mean it is less important. For essay preparation, read newspaper daily to have good content with you and practice one or two essays every Sunday to get proficiency in writing the essay.
The above preparation will take around 35-40 days to cover the whole syllabus once. Then in the remaining days try to revise whatever you read at least two times. One more thing, like study, practice is also very much important for mains examination. Therefore, you must daily do some answer writing practice, or you can join a test series. Test Series is good idea to evaluate your self try to solve the questions in particular time limit and use a timer to analyse your efficiency to write. Specially in word limit question's answer.
MPPSC: Interview preparation
Interview is the third stage of MPPSC examination in this interviewers evaluate the candidate's potential for civil services and examine their personality it is to assess the personal suitability of the candidate for public services. There is no any book or syllabus for interview here you can get high marks with less hard work. Start Interview preparation for MPPSC after the mains exam don't wait for the result. Generally question arise from your surrounding which you mention in your profile (biodata) the interview team will go through your biodata then will ask the questions about your native place, your education, if you were in job they ask about your work experience.
Short words for MPPSC
This exam needs hard work and full concentration of the aspirant.
Use test series for practice it is essential to test your analysis power, you can try more than one test series will be beneficial for accuracy speed and analysis of self.
Enhance your accuracy in question solving.
Increase your speed of question answering.
Do writing practice as more as you can.
Develop writing skills write at least 40-45 pages in 3 hours.

How Many Hours Should You Study Daily for UPSC Preparation?
Tumblr media
Preparing for the UPSC exam is a challenging journey that requires dedication, strategy, and consistent effort. One of the most common questions among aspirants is, "How many hours should I study daily for UPSC preparation?" While there is no one-size-fits-all answer, let’s explore an effective study schedule based on different factors.
Understanding Study Hours for UPSC Preparation
The number of hours you should study daily depends on your preparation stage, efficiency, and study method. While some aspirants study for 10–12 hours, others crack the exam with focused 6–8 hours of study. It is not about how long you study but how effectively you utilize your time.
