An experience that truly fortified the respect I have for my craft unfolded recently as I visited the range with my fellow actor and good friend, Clay Wilde. This was more than an evening spent revisiting the discipline of firearms handling and aiming. It was a reaffirmation of the unwavering dedication to authenticity and safety that each role demands of us, especially those that involve firearms. 🔫💪

In my acting journey, the character of Officer Hudson from the noted horror film "Malum" - a project by the brilliant Anthony DiBlasi, carries a special place. This role, along with others that require handling firearms, accentuates the weight of responsibility we carry. As a Navy veteran, the reverence for this discipline is deeply rooted within me. 🚢🎬

The focus, the discipline, the steady hand – it all culminated at the range. Aiming close to the 90% mark of my intended target, I realized the importance of a composed mind and the true value of 'breath control.' A testament to how an unwavering mind can truly make its mark. 🎯
