Quiet corner to help me behave

I was sent to the space I have arranged as specified in my new revised rules for the first time yesterday evening for quiet time.

I had to sit on the dining room floor with my legs crossed and my hands on my head facing the corner in silence.

It was very humiliating to be treated like a naughty child particularly when my youngest sister-in-law arrived at our home and observed me in my long dress and long wool cardigan sat in this childish manner.

It did however give me time to focus on maintaining my compliance and obedience with my revised rules as I have been able to do in the past few weeks. Experiencing such a childish discipline has reminded me of the consequences of misbehaviour which I will face as well as making an example of me to my youngest sister-in-law so that she will avoid misbehaving as I have.

Having drawn a monster bride who looks genuinely monstrous for a change, I also thought to draw the guy who winds up getting hitched to her. He's a Romanian art school student who thought this sudden arranged marriage was some dream before it dawned on him how real it was.

Like the monster bride, I haven't decided on his name yet, but I've considered Andrei, Anghel, or Silvian. I've considered making him asexual (if closeted) but still romantic, else the premise would be too mean-spirited on him.

Why Office Workers Feel Increased Pressure on Joints

For those office workers who experience increased pressure on their joints, do you know the cause? It is actually due to prolonged sitting, sitting cross legged, and lack of movement throughout the workday.

Sitting for extended periods, especially in poorly designed office chairs, leads to spinal misalignment, increased strain on the lower back, and stiffness in the knees and hips.
