This Is Still About You... | Crossover Fanart
Crossover fanart for Set It Off, as tomorrow the reimagined version of their song Wolf In Sheep's Clothing will come out, and I'm so excited about it!
I was that "kid" (I was 20, so maybe a young adult xD) who knows this song because of Undertale music videos. And funnily enough, I never looked into the band at that time, only listened this song and Nightmare with the game music videos, and that's it. Oh boy, I would have known them for almost 10 years if I had started listening to their music back then XD
Anyways, it was really fun to draw. All band members as characters from the game - Cody Carson (singer) as Sans, Maxx Danziger (drummer) as Undyne, and Zach Dewall (guitarist) as Asgore. For the singer, it was obvious, he sings the song in first person, so it can be pictured as Sans talking to Chara. For the drummer, I chose Undyne because the guy is now a wrestler as well, and since Undyne is a muscular warrior, I thought it could be fitting for him. And for the guitarist...well, he is the tallest in the band, and Asgore is a huge monster. I couldn't think about much more XD
Also, some wolf silhouettes for the song. I really loved working on it, and I was surprised when I saw last weekend that I finished it. I, who always battles with deadlines, finished early. I was really happy about it and couldn't wait to upload it.
I hope you like it!

How to Create the Perfect Soundproof Podcast Studio
If you’re a podcaster looking to upgrade your sound quality and create a professional recording environment, then a soundproof studio is an absolute must. With Dewalls—those sleek, modern walls—your studio will have a minimalist look, but it’s essential to focus on the acoustics to ensure your podcast sounds crystal clear. Let’s dive into how you can turn your space into a soundproof podcast studio, all while keeping that Dewalls aesthetic intact!
Tumblr media
1. Acoustic Panels: The Essential Soundproofing Tool
Dewalls may look stylish, but they can be a bit “echoey” due to their smooth surfaces. To absorb sound and control reflections, you’ll need high-quality acoustic panels.
Some top choices include:
Auralex Acoustics Studiofoam Panels – Customizable and effective, these foam panels will reduce sound bounce and keep your podcast crystal clear.
ATS Acoustics Panels – These offer great absorption while maintaining a professional look, perfect for your modern Dewalls setup.
Primacoustic Broadway Panels – Excellent for controlling both high and mid frequencies, these panels will make your voice sound natural and clean.
Acoustic panels are easy to install, come in a range of colors and designs, and can be cut to fit your Dewalls, keeping everything looking sleek and purposeful.
2. Bass Traps: Handling Low Frequencies
Bass frequencies can create muddiness in your recordings. Installing bass traps in the corners of your room helps to absorb low-end sound, creating a much cleaner, more balanced audio. These are essential if you're recording in a room with Dewalls, as the reflective surfaces can cause low-frequency buildup.
Brands like Auralex and Acoustic Foam Panels offer bass traps that match the design of your acoustic panels, so your space can be both soundproof and stylish.
3. Soundproofing the Door & Windows
Dewalls are usually paired with modern doors and windows, which might not provide the best sound isolation. Here are a couple of quick solutions:
Door Seals: Install a high-quality door seal to prevent sound from leaking through the cracks.
Window Inserts: If your podcast studio has windows, consider adding soundproof window inserts. They’re easy to install and can significantly reduce external noise.
4. Consider the Floor
A common soundproofing mistake is overlooking the floor. Hard floors can reflect sound, adding to the noise. To keep things quiet, opt for carpet tiles, rug pads, or foam flooring. These solutions will help reduce sound reflection, especially when paired with your Dewalls' acoustic panels.
5. Optimize Your Room Layout
Even with the right panels, placement is key. Arrange your desk and microphone setup away from reflective surfaces (like windows and hard walls). This will help keep sound from bouncing around and creating unwanted reverb.
Try setting up your gear so that you’re facing an acoustically treated wall (with your panels and bass traps), which will minimize sound interference and ensure a clean recording.
6. Bonus: Add Soundproof Curtains for Extra Quiet
If you want to add that extra layer of sound isolation, soundproof curtains can help reduce outside noise, especially if you’re in a noisy area. These heavy-duty curtains are perfect for covering windows and additional doors, making your Dewalls room even more soundproof.
Final Thoughts: Creating a soundproof podcast studio in a room with Dewalls is all about combining modern design with the right acoustic treatments. Acoustic panels, bass traps, and the right flooring will transform your space into a professional podcast studio while maintaining the minimalist, clean aesthetic of Dewalls. So, whether you're recording interviews, storytelling, or just talking about your favorite topics, you’ll have a space that sounds amazing.
